tiful moments and doing them justice in photos. She photographed our wedding last summer, and we could not be happier with the photos or with the experience she provided us with before, at, and after the event.
Before the event, she helped us develop a photo schedule that enhanced the day rather than disrupting it, and she really listened to and considered what kind of event we were trying to create. At the event, she knew exactly which moments should be snapped, and I often had the experience of watching something wonderful happen, thinking, dang, I want a photo of that, and then seeing Sari appear out of nowhere to get that photo! She also had a way of getting everyone posed and looking great without making anyone feel self conscious or overly-observed. The way she photographs is so natural, but it's obviously practiced and planned.
Seriously, Sari is such an artist, and she's got the people and admin skills to back it up! After the event, she delivered our photos promptly and continued communicating with us until the job was fully done.
There are few professionals I would recommend as highly as Sari. If you're thinking of hiring her, do it, do it, do it now!

Her support, wisdom, and experience smooth each step of the wedding day. She knew how and when to find the right moments for us to step away, regroup, and simply be with each other. She reads the room and redirects energy, providing opportunities for intimacy and reflection both behind and in front of her lens.
