that looked incredible on him. The tailoring was flawless, highlighting his figure while keeping the look effortlessly stylish. Since our wedding took place by the Mediterranean Sea in Saint-Tropez, the suit couldn’t have fit the vibe more perfectly. Its fresh, coastal elegance blended beautifully with the scenery and matched my dress in the most harmonious way. It felt as though the entire look had been designed just for that moment. We couldn’t have been happier — the suit was everything we hoped for and more.

service was top tier and we were able to have everything done perfectly and ON TIME

design my suits for all of us over the phone!

a custom suit/tux or select directly from their stock collection. The decision to buy vs rent was a no brainer when I discovered Sartoro. I had a vision for the groomsmen, fathers, and me to have different styles of tuxes with subtle differences, yet be cohesive as we formed one. Not only did they help accomplish this but also gave tips and suggestions along the way. Everyone who ordered raved about the process and how easy it was. The service was superb, the process was seamless, and the clothing was nowhere near off-the-rack or close to the big-box stores. The material was of high quality and shipped fast. I will continue to use Sartoro for tailored attire, no matter what the event.

e through final alterations. They were fast and accurate with shipping times, which could have easily been a big stress point. They offered a wide variety of fabrics, colors, and styles, including just what my wife and I were looking for – not something that can be said about other online suit retailers. And last, but certainly not least, they will nail the fit. My suit was close, but not perfect. They quickly remade it to adjusted measurements and nailed it. Top that off with the tailor reimbursement for any minor adjustments locally, and I don’t think there is a better value or easier fitting process out there. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking to outfit a wedding party and to anyone simply looking for a fresh suit.

virtual consult and my contact (who I later found out was the founder of the company!) helped me get some fabric samples that weren't even available online yet. I absolutely fell in love with one of the new fabrics and ordered a suit for an upcoming wedding. Throughout the whole process of designing and the suit and getting the right size my contact was incredibly helpful and very patient with all my questions. When the suit came it needed some adjustments (it was my first suit from them, after all) and my contact went above and beyond to help me navigate this process. In the end I've got a suit that looks super fly and that I feel amazing in. And now that they know my exact size I'll definitely be going back for future suit needs!

y pleased with the process, quality and fit. Sartoro made this process very smooth. The customized options truly make this one of a kind. Sartoro is highly recommended for a custom quality suit at an affordable price.

I was able to suit myself and my entire wedding party with ease. Communication was spot on at every step. I had tons of questions and concerns. They were even able to help me find something that wasn’t marketed on the website yet. The fit was much better than any other online options I’ve seen out there. Most of the suits were spot on and even if the fit wasn’t perfect for everyone, Sartoros alteration and correction policy is very reasonable. It’s very clear that they care and want you to love their service and products.

upport was unlimited, and they answered every question I had and made sure I had everything I needed for my big day. On top of all that, the quality of the materials was even better than it looks online. I'd 100% trust them and choose them if I had to do it all over again. They get my highest recommendation for dependability, and they definitely earned a lifelong customer!

he expected delivery date and I was very happy with the overall fit and look. I would highly recommend using Sartoro for any suit/tuxedo needs.

d that it would be tough to have perfect measurements when you could not actually go to a physical location. These fears from myself and my wife were instantly dashed after the first meeting. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan throughout the process and I was always impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and time management. He immediately ensured us that they would be flexible to ensure that the suits would be everything we needed it to be. The whole team was instrumental to ensuring that not only I had the best suit possible, but that all nine of my groomsman would look and feel amazing in their suit. I recommend that you reach out to Sartoro if you are interested in a high-end bespoke suit for any occasion, especially for a wedding party. I attached some pictures below of the groomsman and myself with the suits, also in the last picture my old man is wearing a light gray suit from Sartoro as well.

ade some minor adjustments and resubmitted. The thing is their customer service is so damn good I had a new suit in 4 days. They were responding every bit of the way. With 3 weeks until the wedding we were unsure if everything would be good to go but it was. I suggest if you have a time crunch pay for the expedite service they can have a custome suit ready shipped in days. 100% would recommend.

ime. All of it. It was so easy, that I didn’t really trust it, and I kept an eye out for other options if the suit was funky when it arrived. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’d give 100. When I put it on, my fiancé flipped out. She had a small quibble with the buttons, which I had selected as a custom order, so I reached out to my customer service rep, Apple, and she sent me a replacement packet of buttons immediately, easy peasy. I can’t wait to get married in this suit. Thank you, Sartoro! Thank you, Apple! I can’t recommend this company enough.

surements and sending them the pictures of myself from different angles that they requested, I wound up with a suit that, apart from needing a couple minor alterations to the jacket, fit extremely well right out of the box and looked exactly the way I imagined it looking. I have a somewhat unusually proportioned body, so most suit jackets don't fit both my chest and my belly, nor do shirts typically fit both my neck and belly. However, with Sartoro, my suit fit my neck and my torso extremely well and comfortably. I was very impressed. I also have to say that I've never had a better fitting pair of pants in my entire life. Customization was a slightly clunky to navigate, but having all the options was fantastic for being able to get exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent with Jordan. He was extremely professional and eager to help out as quickly as possible if there were any issues, especially when it came to making sure my groomsmen were ordering the right suit and color. Truly a fantastic experience working with Jordan, as he was able to get myself and my groomsmen what we needed in relatively short order. Value for money is also far better than typical off the shelf suit retail stores. I highly recommend Sartoro for suits to anyone for any occasion.

d required no further tailoring. Initially, the local tailor I consulted was skeptical of online suit companies, claiming they rarely fit well on the first try. However, he was genuinely impressed, exclaiming that my suit was "[the] perfect fit". Sartoro’s attention to detail and inclusivity was exceptional. One of my groomsmen is a non-binary woman, and they were able to perfectly accommodate her preference for a more feminine pant style. Another groomsman ordered his custom pants with less than two weeks to the wedding, and Sartoro went above and beyond to rush the order (normally taking 3-4 weeks) at no extra cost, ensuring they arrived on time. I worked directly with Jordan Allen over email and Zoom, and he made the entire process seamless and clear. I'm typically hesitant about online-only ordering, but with Jordan’s support and dedication, I felt completely at ease. Sartoro provided a personalized and reassuring experience, and I will undoubtedly continue to use their services in the future. Thank you, Sartoro, for making our special day even more memorable!

, perfectly fitting garment right out of the box? Hard to believe, but it happened to me. Could not recommend Sartoro more.

ectations, providing a refined look far superior to traditional rentals. I wholeheartedly recommend Sartoro to anyone seeking elevated style and exceptional service for their special occasion.

the lining but if the suit doesn’t come to you perfect take it to a tailor, and if any adjustments are needed, they pay for the adjustments themselves. Can’t recommend them enough!

id the custom fit was perfect and they were excited about keeping these suits unlike other weddings they had been in where the suits weren’t custom made and didn’t look that great. The ordering process was seamless and the suits arrived surprisingly fast. Since then my husband has bought another suit coat from Sartoro, I purchased his Christmas present from them (a linen suit and shirt), and my mom has bought my dad multiple pairs of pants. This will be our family’s go to for every wedding and suit purchase in the future. Highly recommend!

finish, the experience demonstrated a remarkable commitment to service, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Jordan Allen has been my customer service representative from Day 1 and has provided guidance, perspective, and consistency every step of the way. The journey began with a seamless and user-friendly online platform that allowed me to easily communicate my ideas for a custom-designed garment. Sartoro’s website not only provided a variety of design options but also offered a user-friendly interface that made the customization process enjoyable and straightforward. From the initial call to discuss my vision, the samples and even fixing and replacing an item I messed up during the ordering process, I have always felt taken care of. What truly set Sartoro apart was the personalized attention I received from their customer service team. I was impressed by their responsiveness and genuine interest in ensuring that my vision for the custom design was fully understood. The team went above and beyond to address my queries, offering insightful suggestions and guidance throughout the design process. The commitment to service was further exemplified by the timely and transparent communication regarding the status of my order. I appreciated the regular updates on the production timeline, which added a level of assurance and demonstrated Sartoro’s dedication to keeping customers informed. Upon receiving the final product, I was genuinely delighted with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The custom-designed garment exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, fit, and aesthetic appeal. It was evident that Sartoro not only valued my business but also took pride in delivering a product that reflected their commitment to excellence. What truly stood out was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture from Sartoro following up was a correspondence to ensure all items were received, were properly fitted, and were exactly what I had envisioned. This small but meaningful touch demonstrated a level of care and appreciation for customers that is rare to find in today's business landscape. My experience with Santoro was nothing short of exceptional. Their commitment to service, dedication to custom design, and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers have undoubtedly earned my loyalty. I wholeheartedly recommend Sartoro to anyone seeking not only high-quality clothing but also a customer-centric experience that sets them apart from the rest. Thank you, Sartoro, for making my custom design journey a memorable and enjoyable one.

options to make my suit look great. Will definitely go to them again.

one with their impeccable fit and luxurious feel. Each of the groomsmen looked incredibly sharp, embodying elegance and style, thanks to the expert tailoring. What really set Sartoro apart, though, was the exceptional customer service provided by Andy and his team. His dedication and professionalism made the entire process seamless. He was there to guide and assist every step of the way, ensuring everything was perfect for our big day. Sartoro is undoubtedly a five-star choice for any groom seeking sophistication and perfection for their wedding attire.

he big day. It was a long hard road finding the right color and material until I landed with Sartoro, they had all the pieces I needed, but the uncertainty with online process was immediately subdued once meeting Andy via zoom. I'm necrotic and OCD AF when it comes to this stuff, but Andy patiently walked me through the entire process assisting me along the way with key decisions. Could have asked for anything better. Suit is beautiful. Can't wait!

his help we reviewed the different options and narrowed down based on what my vision for my tux was. I ordered a fabric sample book with all the colors that piqued my interest. The book took about 2 weeks to ship but once it got to me, I was still a little indecisive. Andy was extremely patient and fast to respond to over 45 emails through this time frame. I finally settled on a design and ordered the tux mid November. To my amazement it arrived in less than 3 weeks. The fit was almost perfect! I did take it to a reputable tailor in my area who is making some minor adjustments that Sartoro will reimburse as a partial refund. I have gone to many shops including a few well known competitors but I could not find such a unique tux anywhere else for a similar price. I am extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Sartoro to any grooms looking for their perfect tux or suit.

nted to do, all the way to actually having my suit, the whole time I was greeted with transparent communication and collaborative teamwork for my style. It was an absolute pleasure to have Jordan as my point of contact.

oro's exemplary craftsmanship was during our wedding, where all my groomsmen and I were outfitted in their suits. The elegance and quality of Sartoro's designs were so impressive that one of my groomsmen became a customer himself. At work, my attire exclusively comprises Sartoro suits, complemented by a matching vest, tie, dress shirt, and a tastefully selected pocket square. This ensemble has garnered me numerous compliments from colleagues, earning me the nickname 'Mr. Dapper' around the office. The consistent recognition I receive is a testament to the refined aesthetics and impeccable tailoring of Sartoro's garments. Engaging regularly with our executive leadership team necessitates not only a sharp mind but also a sharp appearance. Sartoro has been instrumental in enhancing my professional image, providing attire that resonates with confidence and comfort. It's not just about looking good; it's about feeling empowered to perform at my best. This is why Sartoro remains my preferred choice for professional attire. - James

ut it is perfect. Delivered in less than 3 weeks and completely painless. Not inexpensive but far from breaking the bank. You get what you pay for and Sartoro is worth it.

I actually selected all the customization's with my now wife's grandmother who couldn't make it to the wedding. I was so pleased with the quality of the suit, and how all my customizations looked, that I shared Sartoro with my wedding party! The suits fit great on all of us. I felt so comfortable on my wedding day and danced the night away. It's so nice to buy this suit rather than rent it, because I can use the suit to other events going forward. I'm very satisfied overall, thank you Sartoro!

men in our wedding with the promise that a tailor could take it out for him. Knowing that he’s never felt good in a suit he agreed to purchase thinking this is the best he could do-until we found Sartoro!! This custom fit suit, made for his body type showed up at our door and made him feel the best he’s ever felt in a suit! Andy and his team from Sartoro went above and beyond to ensure this suit was going to fit and arrive on time for our wedding and we were so thrilled that it did! We were obviously more concerned about the fit and matching the groomsmen’s suits but reflecting back it was so fun to pick out all the custom details of the suit as well! We went with a dark navy suit and a burgundy liner with a monogram. Everything turned out perfect and I am so glad my husband finally felt confident in a suit, especially for his wedding day!

oftware I did not need any adjustments. My brother got his suit customized with embroidery through the website. It is truly fantastic the price for the customized suits. Two of my groomsmen and myself work in medicine and we are excited to dual-purpose our suits as clinic attire. Great value for the money! Thanks Sartoro

men. The digital tailor made the process very streamlined and Andy was in touch with Darren along the way to ensure members of the wedding party were able to order and customize the perfect suits. My husband and I could not have been happier with all of the suits for our wedding. So many guests complimented the look and fit of the suits. The owner of the company really cares about people and delivers results. We look forward to getting our next suits from Sartoro.

urements online with their Digital Tailor and the fit came out spot on. No joke, the fit was better than some suits I've had tailored in person! The tux is really nice - great fabric, great feel to it. I would definitely recommend them for anyone getting married!

easonably priced suits are absolutely beautiful and tailored to utmost perfection. The materials and techniques used to create these suits are clearly and obviously of a very high quality, and customisation through the online tailor is easy and convenient. I truly felt like the centre of attention (along with my beautiful wife, of course!) at my wedding, and it was a day I will never forget. Thanks for the beautiful suit, Sartoro!

again. My whole wedding party looked sharp and the customization on my suit helped set me apart without being over the top

ermine the right size, limiting what can typically be a costly trip to the tailor. I was also able to work with their team to answer questions I had about the shipping time (which should not have been a concern because they turned the blazer around even faster than advertised). Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be ordering again!

10/10. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

great, one groomsmen needed minor alterations. Overall seamless process and their support team is great for help along the way. This was affordable enough for all the groomsmen and for the price, the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend if you want custom made.

e decisions. Anytime I had a question, their team was on hand to help me out. I would certainly recommend Sartoro to others!

flexibility and creativity to truly make the tux your own. The tux arrived well on time with accurate customizations and was true to size. It was such a relief to have one less item to worry about heading into the big day!
