Jordan from Sartoro was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of buying a suit online. I was somewhat skeptical about buying a suit online, but after inputting my measurements and sending them the pictures of myself from different angles that they requested, I wound up with a suit that, apart from needing a couple minor alterations to the jacket, fit extremely well right out of the box and looked exactly the way I imagined it looking. I have a somewhat unusually proportioned body, so most suit jackets don't fit both my chest and my belly, nor do shirts typically fit both my neck and belly. However, with Sartoro, my suit fit my neck and my torso extremely well and comfortably. I was very impressed. I also have to say that I've never had a better fitting pair of pants in my entire life. Customization was a slightly clunky to navigate, but having all the options was fantastic for being able to get exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent with Jordan. He was extremely professional and eager to help out as quickly as possible if there were any issues, especially when it came to making sure my groomsmen were ordering the right suit and color. Truly a fantastic experience working with Jordan, as he was able to get myself and my groomsmen what we needed in relatively short order. Value for money is also far better than typical off the shelf suit retail stores. I highly recommend Sartoro for suits to anyone for any occasion.

Not only are they made to order and extremely customizable down to even the lining but if the suit doesn’t come to you perfect take it to a tailor, and if any adjustments are needed, they pay for the adjustments themselves. Sartoro makes the absolute best suits I have ever seen. We purchased from them for our wedding day (FOB, groom, groomsmen) and we received soooo many compliments. All of the men said the custom fit was perfect and they were excited about keeping these suits unlike other weddings they had been in where the suits weren’t custom made and didn’t look that great. The ordering process was seamless and the suits arrived surprisingly fast. It was a long hard road finding the right color and material until I landed with Sartoro, they had all the pieces I needed, but the uncertainty with online process was immediately subdued once meeting Andy via zoom. I'm necrotic and OCD AF when it comes to this stuff, but Andy patiently walked me through the entire process assisting me along the way with key decisions. Could have asked for anything better. I was drawn in to Sartoros catalogs for their unique colors and designs. I started the order process by setting up a consultation and was scheduled for a phone call with Andy. With his help we reviewed the different options and narrowed down based on what my vision for my tux was. I ordered a fabric sample book with all the colors that piqued my interest. The book took about 2 weeks to ship but once it got to me, I was still a little indecisive. Andy was extremely patient and fast to respond to over 45 emails through this time frame. I finally settled on a design and ordered the tux mid November. To my amazement it arrived in less than 3 weeks. The fit was almost perfect! I did take it to a reputable tailor in my area who is making some minor adjustments that Sartoro will reimburse as a partial refund. I have gone to many shops including a few well known competitors but I could not find such a unique tux anywhere else for a similar price. I am extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Sartoro to any grooms looking for their perfect tux or suit.

I had such a great experience with Sartoro! I wanted a custom suit for my wedding day and decided to try Sartoro on a friends reccomendation. The experience was so smooth and fun. I actually selected all the customization's with my now wife's grandmother who couldn't make it to the wedding. Custom is the way to go! Purchasing a suit from a store doesn’t work for all body types! We learned this the hard way-my husband purchased a suit from a store along with his groomsmen in our wedding with the promise that a tailor could take it out for him. Knowing that he’s never felt good in a suit he agreed to purchase thinking this is the best he could do-until we found Sartoro!! This custom fit suit, made for his body type showed up at our door and made him feel the best he’s ever felt in a suit! Andy and his team from Sartoro went above and beyond to ensure this suit was going to fit and arrive on time for our wedding and we were so thrilled that it did! We were obviously more concerned about the fit and matching the groomsmen’s suits but reflecting back it was so fun to pick out all the custom details of the suit as well! We went with a dark navy suit and a burgundy liner with a monogram. Everything turned out perfect and I am so glad my husband finally felt confident in a suit, especially for his wedding day!

I absolutely love my Sartoro linen blazer. I was unable to find the color I was looking for and Sartoro had several great options. Their online platform makes it really easy to determine the right size, limiting what can typically be a costly trip to the tailor. I was also able to work with their team to answer questions I had about the shipping time (which should not have been a concern because they turned the blazer around even faster than advertised). Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be ordering again!
