About this vendor
Sasha Greenhalgh is a Wedding Photographer based in Plainville, Massachusetts. Originally from a small village in the United Kingdom, Sasha has spent the last 10 years adapting to American culture while maintaining a connection with her roots. When she began her journey to become a photographer, Sasha never imagined that she would choose weddings due to her mellow and unobtrusive approach but as she started photographing a few weddings on the side, she realized that her personality attracted the right couples for her. Sasha's wedding photography is grounded in real and unaltered moments, she adapts her approach to fit each couple that she works with in a way that compliments their wedding day. Her favourite thing about weddings is that they are not only a showcase of the love between the couple but of the roots that grew them, the cultures that bring them together and the love that surrounds them as well.
Experience
Sasha attended the New England School of Photography and graduated with portfolio honors in 2017. She spends weekends photographing weddings and weekdays working in the commercial photography industry. Photography is truly her greatest passion.
Services Offered
Sasha Greenhalgh approaches each couple’s wedding with a fresh take, creating a series of images that reflect the couple's event. To give each wedding her full attention, she only books one wedding per day. Images are taken in a contemporary fashion with consideration for the authenticity of the moment. In addition to your wedding, Sasha can also take your engagement photos.

get natural-looking shots without keeping us away from the reception for too long. She was friendly and gracious at every moment, and really put us at ease for the photos! Plus, she and the second photographer smoothly rounded up everyone for group pics, so everyone could get back to the party. They also used any waiting time in between first look & ceremony to get some amazing shots of the location, the food, and the decor.
And of course best of all, the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. We've got plenty to frame and remember our amazing day. Highly recommend her! Thanks, Sasha.

iet and I am super anxious so I was worried about not being able to speak up to vendors about what we wanted, but Sasha was always checking in to be sure she was including what we wanted while adding some ideas of her own. I didn't think I would have a photographer who was just as excited about our photos as we were, but Sasha was our cheerleader! In addition to her wonderful personality, the images she and her second shooter Amanda captured were flawless. I am really self-conscious and they made every effort to make me feel beautiful on this very special day. Our families and friends are obsessed with the outcome of the photos and we can't wait to display them! I also MUST mention how incredibly fast Sasha works. We had sneak peeks sent to us before we woke up the day after the wedding and our full gallery was sent to us before we returned from our honeymoon. Sasha is a must-have photographer!
So grateful we found Sasha via the Knot for our end of August wedding in NH. From start to end, our experience with Sasha was wonderful. She was professional in all interactions, ...
asked great questions to understand our vision for the day, and constantly went the extra mile.
Leading up to the wedding, we talked a few times to go over the venue, church , timeline, etc. I had a lot of questions, and she was quick to respond to all my emails.
Day of the wedding she was on time, directed my family flawlessly for group photos, and had great photo suggestions. Her second photographer, Amanda, was also fantastic and they worked as a team to capture the whole day. I was very impressed that anytime I turned around to ask for a photo, Sasha or Amanda were within earshot - they really did a great job of capturing the guests while also staying close to me and the groom.
Sasha delivered our "sneak peak" photos within a few HOURS of the wedding and the whole album shortly after. The photos are stunning and we cannot wait to frame - my whole family is truly obsessed with how they came out! Sasha captured so many special moments, and I hope I have another opportunity to hire her again in the future.

beforehand and on the actual wedding day, she was professional, focused, and obviously a pro. She also sent us our full album of wedding photos in just a week and a half! Couldn't recommend more.

At the same time Sasha was able to unobtrusively capture a range of intimate moments. It was lovely to go back through the photos and see small, special interactions between our guests that we'd missed on the day.

w many couples had issues with their venders about. For that alone we are grateful, but Sasha didn’t stop impressing us then. Over the year long wait she checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was still on plan and reassure us our date was still secured. She made sure we had another meeting/ phone call to go over the details for the wedding. When we mentioned we would be at the venue 3 weeks before she asked if we would mind if she stopped by so we could walk the venue together. That way she could already have a plan ready for photo locations. If I remember right it was an hour drive each way for her and something we never expected, but turned out to be very helpful when the day came. We asked Sasha for second photographer for a few hours and her assistant was great as well.
Our photos look great and we couldn’t be happier with them. Sasha sent a few preview pictures the day after the wedding which was great. Even better we had all of our photos only 7 days after our wedding, online and downloaded!
Sasha is professional, friendly, responsive, affordable, and so easy to work with. We absolutely loved working with her. We will be recommending her to our friends for their weddings with out hesitation.
Don’t miss out on booking Sasha for your wedding!

We were lucky enough to have Sasha capture our engagement (as it happened!), engagement photos, and our wedding. She worked each event with confidence and class capturing our most precious and notorious moments to date.
She always made herself available to answer any questions and chat about the events. Her creativity and experience made for beautiful and unique photos.
Our family highly recommends Sasha

On the wedding day she was AMAZING. She made everyone feel comfortable and took the most ineradicable photos. I'm not sure how she did it, but she was able to get every angle of our ceremony and reception without being intrusive or distracting.
She captured all the intimate moments of the wedding and looking at the photos I feel like I am back experiencing the best day of my life all over again.

e day of. She spent an ample amount of time making sure she focused on the things that were important to me and my husband. Not only did she take absolutely stunning photos but made sure I was comfortable throughout the stressful day and calmed me down when I was freaking out over time constraints. Because Sasha isn’t just a wedding photographer she spent a good amount of time on the details of my wedding venue, dresses, flowers, etc. which I definitely appreciated. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants quality photos and someone who is so detail-oriented. Could not thank her enough for her work.

enue site on another occasion (because she hadn't been there before) so that we could scout out good places for photos in advance. She was always on time and professional as well as sweet and kind. She was very accommodating to whatever I asked for and provided some helpful tips (since I was very new to wedding planning!). On the day of the wedding she helped us feel at ease when taking photos of just my husband and me before the ceremony started, and these turned out beautifully, as did the posed photos of us with family and friends. She also took a lot of candid shots during the ceremony and reception and I hardly noticed her doing this, yet when we looked at the pictures afterwards, we saw that she captured some lovely moments. All in all, she was a total joy to work with and produced beautiful photos of the day.
