Sassie Cakes

We loved our cake! It was beautiful and exactly how we imagined, not to mention delicious! The cupcakes were a hit! Especially the cookie dough ones. I had numerous guests say we should have only gotten cookie dough cupcakes! I will say that we called to switch a flavor of one of the 5 cupcake flavors we ordered about a year before the wedding and we didn’t get the new flavor that was requested. I don’t think I spoke with the actual owner/baker other than the first time we met but the employees at the bakery were very helpful when I needed to coordinate their services with our florist services and everything turned out as discussed other than the one updated cupcake flavor! I would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be going back for any future baking needs!!

Sassie Cakes recently made the most delicious and gorgeous cakes for my wedding. I cannot recommend them enough. The cakes looked exactly like I envisioned them and were absolutely delicious. We chose snickerdoodle, lemon raspberry, and cookies & cream for our wedding cake and carrot cake for the coordinating groom’s cake. Every single flavor was outstanding, but I HIGHLY recommend the snickerdoodle. It is beyond unique. Working with Sassie Cakes was fantastic!

Our wedding cakes, yes plural, were absolutely amazing. We had Krysta design/make us a tiered cake, and four other simple cakes for our wedding. We decided to give Krysta free reign when it came to decorating and design. She did an outstanding job. Our guests are still talking about how yummy and beautiful our cakes were. She even did a Cubs theme grooms cake for my husband. He loved it.

Sassie Cakes is great! She did a fabulous job on our wedding cake. The only hiccup was when we went to our cake tasting she did not show. For reasons that were understandable but very inconvient for us. As a bride that did not know what she wanted I felt that I did not have much guidance at first when it came to the designing of the cake.
