I shared my Pinterest board and overall vision with her, and she absolutely delivered. I explained that I preferred more candid, documentary-style moments rather than heavily posed photos, and she understood exactly what I meant. She captured our day so naturally and beautifully, and looking through the photos truly feels like reliving the emotions and energy of the day. One thing I especially appreciated was how flexible and reassuring she was. Our wedding day ended up being very overcast, and I was honestly nervous about how the photos would turn out. Stephenie immediately reassured me that the weather would not negatively affect the pictures — and she was absolutely right. If anything, the photos turned out even more beautiful because of it! Another thing we loved was that she never made us feel rushed or overly driven by a minute-to-minute timeline. We worked together to create a fully customizable photography timeline beforehand, but throughout the day she allowed my husband and me to actually be present and enjoy the moment instead of constantly watching the clock. Some of our favorite photos came from those more relaxed, natural moments. Stephenie also worked very hard to create the best package possible within our budget. We told her what we were comfortable spending, and she provided multiple thoughtful options that helped us feel confident in our decision. What stood out most throughout the wedding day was her passion for what she does. She truly did not stop the entire night (except hopefully long enough to eat something!) because she was so dedicated to capturing every important moment. Her energy, professionalism, and creativity were incredible. We received so many compliments from our bridal party and guests about her, and some of my bridesmaids were already saying they want to book her for their future weddings — and some of them are still single! That alone says so much. We cannot recommend Stephenie enough and are so grateful she captured our wedding day so beautifully! 🤍📸
