Satisfaction Limos were perfect for our wedding day! We got quotes from a number of different transportation services that didn't check all the boxes we were looking for (the size, style, and capacity of limo we wanted within our budget) but Satisfaction was exactly that--satisfying. We got a Cadillac Escalade Stretch limo and everyone felt comfortable. Our driver Keith was very professional and made everyone feel safe while driving. They even provided a bottle of champagne for our whole wedding party to share after our ceremony!

Excellent limo service. After he dropped us off at our hotel he went back to the hair salon to pick up the flower girls flower ball that we left behind without any hesitation. He got us to the ceremony on time despite us coming down to the limo a little late and a slight construction detour. The limo we ordered was the Chrysler and they called two days before the wedding to say it was in the shop but asked if the Yukon stretch would be ok! Lol. Heck yeah! We had a blast riding in that!

I was worried when hiring a transportation company after hearing horror stories from friends that used other companies. I can hands-down say without a doubt that using Satisfaction Limo for our wedding day was the best decision we could have made. I am SO thankful for how smooth everything was on the day of. Our schedule was not an easy one and included over 10 trips coordinating 2 shuttles transporting 60 guests from the Hotel to the Church and then the Reception. I highly recommend Satisfaction Limousine for anyone looking for an amazing, stress-free experience on your Wedding Day!

I received a quote from Nick at $580 on the Denali and $830 for the Party Bus. After researching other limo companies I found Satisfaction Limos were the best prices off of the quote I received. I called the company to finalize everything. I spoke with Maria. Maria gave me the quote for $970 for the Denali. I advised her that I received a cheaper quote from Nick. Maria’s responds was to call Nick retarded. Maria told me how Nick had a customer with a groupon and he gave them a cheaper price than what they offer...and again called him retarded. Maria said Nick never knows what he is doing because he is retarded. I did not this this was professional and it was very offensive. I called another day to speak with a manager when Maria called. Maria said she is a manager. I asked if I could Speak with another manager. Maria said there is not another manager. I stated I wanted to speak with someone else. A man answered after she put me on hold. He stated his name is Robby. I asked for his title and he stated he is a manager. Clearly someone is lying. Robby was not apologetic towards the situation. He said he would investigate the situation. I was willing to give them another chance. Robby emailed me back saying it will be $1,100 for a party bus. This place is clearly a scam. I’m not one to write reviews on anything - but this was extremely unprofessional and demeaning.

The vehicle we had originally reserved for our wedding this past Saturday had an engine issue, however, Satisfaction handled it beautifully. I didn’t even know until right before our replacement vehicle arrived! They called my fiancé and they had a plan B all figured out when they contacted him. We ended up with a larger vehicle at no extra cost and an absolutely AMAZING driver in Chrissy (I’m so sorry if I didn’t spell it correctly)! SHE WAS THE BEST!!! She even fixed all of the boutonnières on the groomsmen! Thank you for being such a fun part of our special day!

From the start, Satisfaction was very easy to contact and coordinate. We chose to go with one of their largest party busses that sat close to 40 people. Satisfaction acted as our party bus, picking up our Bridal Party and taking us around Detroit for photos and then as a shuttle, picking up guests from The Detroit Marriott on two different shuttle pick ups and taking them to The Masonic Temple for our Ceremony/Reception. They were very prompt at picking us up right at the time that we requested, and were patient when we were running behind. Even though our wedding was on September 23rd, it ended up being 90 degrees out! (Not exactly what I imagined for a fall wedding). Thankfully, their A/C was top notch, and there were no issues at all! They kept the A/C running the entire time so that we never had to wait for the bus the cool down after taking photos, which was very appreciated. They were very accommodating when we drove around Detroit for photos, helping all of the bridesmaids (including myself, the bride) off & on the party bus. After hearing so many horror stories with other Limo companies, we are so happy that we chose this company for our wedding and everything was perfect from beginning to end. Satisfaction Limousine made our wedding day worry free with transportation for our whole party. They were on time and got us exactly where we needed to be. Our wonderful driver Bill was very friendly and personable. He text me when he was on his way to pick up my bridesmaids, moms and I. There was champagne waiting on the limo bus when we were done with the ceremony and later found out that Bill bought it himself for us! He was such an amazing guy to have be a part of our big day and I give him all of the credit for allowing me to have one less worry on things going smooth on our wedding day. Thank you Bill!!!!

What a great night! Took my wife out to a show at the Detroit Opera House and was not let down by both the event and our transportation. Our driver Ashley was very professional and arrived promptly. Our limo was in immaculate condition almost as if we were the first passengers inside! Arrived in no time and when the event was over there was our driver worry free right out front for us at the door. How convenient is that not having to deal with the downtown Detroit event traffic and with a safe and knowledgeable driver to get you home. Satisfaction Limousines will be our only choice any time we need transportation service as they offer so many options and vehicle types. The comfort of knowing you will have a smooth transaction with the very friendly staff and getting to and from your destination without any hesitation is worth a million! Satisfaction Limousines had come recommended by friends and family as well so based on their recommendation I knew it was going to be a great evening! Thank you Satisfaction! My wife and I were very satisfied! Would highly recommend for any event!

Satisfaction did an amazing job! We had an issue with the limo we had originally booked, and last minute Satisfaction saved our day and provided us with a beautiful party bus! They made our day fabulous!!!! Highly recommend Satisfaction Limos!!!!

They showed up on time with a clean limousine and a very nice driver. She was patient and courteous. We went with this service because they had buses without stripper poles and plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was they promised a red carpet roll out and pom poms on the bus, which we didn't get, and the just married sign on the back left something to be desired; it was a magnet that kept folding in half so you couldn't read it. Even without those things though, we had a wonderful time. We left a bit of a mess on the bus and she insisted we leave it and continue to enjoy our wedding day.

I've been on both the party bus and the stretch town car with this company. But recently I had the pleasure of taking their pink stretch hummer! Every single experience has been stellar- Super clean vehicles, amazingly kind and helpful drivers, timely pickups, and dependable drop-offs. I recommend Satisfaction to anyone that asks on a regular basis :)

I picked Satisfaction Limo after reading the great reviews it got. The white escalade limo showed up late, didn't have the red carpet out when the wedding party was ready to leave the church, no champagne for a toast, the just married sign was a tiny picture of a couple in a weird pose, the inside of the limo was dirty and had fruit flies everywhere. The driver (Robby) was nice enough to not charge us for going over our time limit by 20 minutes, but had to stop at a party store to buy our own champage for a toast which is where the extra 20 minutes came from!! Not satisfied at all. Thought we were getting a deal because the sales girl (Maria) took some money off the bill because the limo was over our budget. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone getting married. Can't believe it made the best of the Knot!

We rented the Ultimate party bus for between our wedding and reception for the wedding party and it was great. Our driver was on time and the vehicle was cool. Most importantly, the wedding party talked about how fun it was the rest of the night. We want to get it again for some other occasion in the future. 3 hours for total $615 seemed pricey but it was money well spent.

I had two party buses (luxury coaches) for my wedding and was impressed with both the vehicles and the drivers. Everything took place downtown Detroit and it felt like the hottest day of the year. Regardless, our vehicles were always near by and ready to roll to the next destination. I couldn't believe what great condition the buses were in and the drivers were very knowledgeable of the city. I highly recommend Satisfaction for your wedding day as they helped make mine flawless!

Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he was awesome! He was on time to my house, knew his way to the church and helped us in and out of the limo every time. The air was always blasting and cool, we had plenty of room for everyone. He even helped the groomsmen out that day! The limo was clean and smelled great. He did whatever he could to make sure everything was fantastic. My brother is getting married next June and I recommended Satisfaction to him already. I was able to lay back and relax and enjoy ourselves no matter what. We were on time to everything and he communicated great with our photographer. We were so happy with our choice, and we owe it all to you! It was well worth the price, and very competitive.

It was a pretty typical limo service. Nothing to complain about. They offer a wedding package with a red carpet role out, ice, and champagne glasses. We brought a cooler in the limo for beers between reception and wedding. We weren't sure of the address of our picture location, so the driver was very patient as my tipsy maid of honor shouted directions to him. Excellent service!

This was by far the nicest Cadillac Escalade Limo i've ever been in. Beautiful inside and out. Our driver was also amazing and even bought us bagels!

We didn't require a limo for our wedding but I have used this company in the past.... they are friendly and reasonably priced. The limos are always clean and the staff are just all around awesome

We used Satisfaction blindly. All other companies that friends and family members had used in the past years did not have good reviews or quality of service was poor. NOTHING about satisfaction was poor or off. They were on time, and were easy to contact up until the day of the wedding. The bus had parked away from the ceremony venue and I left something on the bus, and our driver Robby was back in seconds. The only time it rained on our wedding day was when I was walking to the bus, and Robby RAN from the bus to me with umbrella opened. Would recommend them to ANYONE! The whole bridal party said it was the nicest bus they had ever been in!

This company was great. My husband found them and went out to look at the limo's he found the one he wanted but didn't like the flooring in it, so he said he would take this limo but the flooring needed to be redone. when the wedding day came the floor was new and looked great. The driver was amazing he helped with all of our things drove us around all night and was loving it. He was just great and I have never met someone who really enjoys what he is doing like our driver did. great person! great company!

Satistfaction Limousine saved my husband and I the day before the wedding after another limo company backed out on us 2 days before the wedding, telling us that the limo we had booked was hit the night before and trying to give us a limo that someone else had reserved. Satisfaction stepped in and got us the limo that we had wanted in a professional manner. The service was great and the driver was wonderful. The limo was exactly what was shown in the pictures and was clean. Our only regret is that we did not book with them from the beginning.

Very Clean, Very Professional, Very Reasonably Priced!! Definitely would reccommend this company to anyone for any type of event. I've had bad experiences with other companies, where they don't look like they do in the pictures...but with Satisfaction, you definitely get what you pay for!

we had 12 people in our party and got a limo that seated 14. Not true. My bridesmaid has to sit on her husbands lap and my brother was falling of his seat. The limo and service itself were top notch. The price you couldn't beat for 5hours. Plus is helped that our driver was cute too ;)

I was so pleased with this limo service. He was on time and extremely pleasant and helpful! He repeatedly helped me with my dress and anything we needed. They also were really honest! A card was left in the limo and we received a call and it was mailed out!! Excellent!
