tisfaction was exactly that--satisfying. We got a Cadillac Escalade Stretch limo and everyone felt comfortable. Our driver Keith was very professional and made everyone feel safe while driving. They even provided a bottle of champagne for our whole wedding party to share after our ceremony!

oke with Maria. Maria gave me the quote for $970 for the Denali. I advised her that I received a cheaper quote from Nick. Maria’s responds was to call Nick retarded. Maria told me how Nick had a customer with a groupon and he gave them a cheaper price than what they offer...and again called him retarded. I asked for his title and he stated he is a manager. Clearly someone is lying. Robby was not apologetic towards the situation. He said he would investigate the situation. I was willing to give them another chance. Robby emailed me back saying it will be $1,100 for a party bus. This place is clearly a scam. I’m not one to write reviews on anything - but this was extremely unprofessional and demeaning.

are looking for. Your original email to Satisfaction in June when you received a quote from Nick was only valid for 48 hours. You can find this information in the email you received from Nick.
You spoke to Maria (who is the owner of the company) on October 17th. We are sorry that you were spoken to in a manner that made you feel uncomfortable. That is never our intention as a company and we are apologetic.
The price changed because prices fluctuate as dates fill up and certain vehicles become unavailable. This isn't a scam but simply a process of the limousine industry which relies on supply and demand. More demand on certain days= higher prices. Maria did offer to match another company's rate.
When you called yesterday on November 15th, and spoke to Robby, he looked into the vehicle you wanted and gave you a third quote over email. This price was higher because the SUV you originally were quoted for is now unavailable and the only vehicle available for that day for your size party and time slot is a party bus. Party buses are priced higher because they accommodate more passengers. The quote of $1,100 reflects that.
We hope this helps to clear up some of your frustrations. We stand by our prices and policies and appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us.

oit for photos and then as a shuttle, picking up guests from The Detroit Marriott on two different shuttle pick ups and taking them to The Masonic Temple for our Ceremony/Reception. They were very prompt at picking us up right at the time that we requested, and were patient when we were running behind. Even though our wedding was on September 23rd, it ended up being 90 degrees out! (Not exactly what I imagined for a fall wedding). Thankfully, their A/C was top notch, and there were no issues at all! They kept the A/C running the entire time so that we never had to wait for the bus the cool down after taking photos, which was very appreciated. They were very accommodating when we drove around Detroit for photos, helping all of the bridesmaids (including myself, the bride) off & on the party bus. After hearing so many horror stories with other Limo companies, we are so happy that we chose this company for our wedding and everything was perfect from beginning to end. ere a little disappointed in was they promised a red carpet roll out and pom poms on the bus, which we didn't get, and the just married sign on the back left something to be desired; it was a magnet that kept folding in half so you couldn't read it. Even without those things though, we had a wonderful time. We left a bit of a mess on the bus and she insisted we leave it and continue to enjoy our wedding day.

a tiny picture of a couple in a weird pose, the inside of the limo was dirty and had fruit flies everywhere. The driver (Robby) was nice enough to not charge us for going over our time limit by 20 minutes, but had to stop at a party store to buy our own champage for a toast which is where the extra 20 minutes came from!! Upon receiving this review we went back and combed over the chauffeurs paperwork and spoke to our chauffeur regarding the issues mentioned above. He documented he arrived at the church 10 minutes early and waiting until guests cleared the loading area before pulling up and laying out the red carpet.
On departure the party went to a party store across the street (per client request) to buy non-alcoholic beverages (we do not provide champagne anyway as stated on the paperwork) and then to Stoney Creek Park for photos. The photographer insisted on making extra stops around the park for more photos. The driver complied although he warned the job might go overtime due to the travel distance / time required to arrive at the reception on time. As mentioned, charges negated regardless of the 20 minutes overage.
Finally, our vehicles are cleaned before and after each reservation in addition to being attended to by a full time porter throughout the week.

Our driver got us everywher on time. Althought I heard the boys almost ended up in Canada. That could have been a disaster.
