About this vendor
Perched atop 175 acres, Satoyama Mountain Farm affords views of a pristine mountain range across ponds and pasture. This organic farm, with its light-filled post and beam barn, rustic farmhouse and spring-fed ponds is one of a kind. The ultimate in privacy and serenity, celebrate this special day with a ceremony nestled into a meadow with ancient stone walls, followed by a reception in the soaring barn and late night by a bonfire. We only are interested in hosting events of about 100 max. This is authentic Vermont - no pretense or ornament - just a natural setting for lifetime event and reunion.

Satoyama Mountain Farm is the most amazing place and we couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding here. The grounds are beautiful and it felt like we had our own pr...
ivate piece of Vermont for the weekend. Everyone was very helpful in the months leading up to the event, and throughout wedding weekend Ben was always available to help if needed or to answer questions. It was the perfect combination of the laid back, DIY wedding that we wanted without feeling like we were completely on our own. The house is really comfortable, and the barn is gorgeous. Our guests were in awe of the entire venue and we were told by many people (most of whom were from Texas and had never been to Vermont before) that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Everything was just perfect and we wish we could do it all over again!
