You know what you want it to look like (or at least you’ve got a pretty solid vision swirling around up there), you’ve gone through the trials of finding the perfect vendors and when that big day comes, you want to be able to sit back, relax, and actually ENJOY the amazing celebration you and your fiancé(e) have put together.
To do that, you now need to find someone you can trust, someone who gets your vision, someone who understands you both, and someone who is capable and eager to take the reins and lead your fabulous wedding team so you can celebrate with friends and family. You need an experienced day of coordinator!
Deciding to work with us will not only take a huge weight off your back but also give you someone to bounce ideas off of, someone to run etiquette questions by, and someone to offer solid recommendations on the best coffee places in town. We’ll go over everything you’ve planned and help tackle what is still left to do. We’ll build a custom timeline together based on our expertise and your personal style and vibe as a couple. We’ll sort out the floor plan and make sure you have all the correct linens, tables, etc., so there are no surprises on the day of. Ultimately, you’ve got a really solid friend by your side now to confirm everything is taken care of before, during, and after you say “I do”.

While we don't currently offer full service planning, we are more than happy to help you with a few additional elements beyond the day of management. If you're looking to plan the majority of your wedding but want help finding a specific vendor or two (caterer, florist, rentals, etc.), we can build a custom package to suit exactly what you need.
We also have custom sign and décor rentals available as well that can be added on or booked a la carte. Please let us know if you are looking for a beautiful seating chart, welcome sign, etc. that is kind to the environment!

Lauren did a great job making sure we got to where we were supposed to be without being too pushy and pulling us away from conversations. She had great ideas when it came to planning the little details and was so helpful in making sure we thought of everything we could possibly need. I thought I was prepared and had a comprehensive list of day of needs, but Lauren went above and beyond. My husband kept going on about how helpful she was and how much he liked Lauren. He said that they day was better than he ever expected it could be thanks to all of her help. My wedding party, many of who are married and have been in tons of weddings themselves, kept saying how impressed they were at how smoothly the day went. I can not recommend Saulnier Weddings enough!

We had 2 weddings (a Cambodian one on Friday and a Western one on Saturday). Lauren was instrumental for both of them. She even researched the Cambodian wedding before hand. There were several custom/unique aspects of our wedding as well as last minute / "in real time" changes that Lauren orchestrated perfectly.
She generally had a calming affect to everyone involved, and knew how to navigate when to be patient and when to be firm.

bove and beyond what we ever expected from a “month-of” coordinator – she was friendly, detailed, communicative, and most importantly, had us excited about our wedding, rather than stressed in the weeks leading up to it. Although we were planning from out-of-state, I was completely at ease knowing that she was just an e-mail away. From vendor recommendations, to design ideas, to managing day of coordination, she was there from start to finish. Giving me options that matched my budget, without overwhelming me with choices. Her connections throughout Austin were critical in making our day a success. As someone who had no idea what flowers she wanted, or what linens would look well with what, Lauren really helped to guide me on choices that made the day still feel like me, but also looked like an elegant and cohesive planned event. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, managing last minute fiascos including glassware mishaps, and our shuttle breaking down a few days before the event! I got so many compliments from my guests on how everything seemed to have been thought through, and how the day flowed so well together. And that was all thanks to Lauren! Throughout our meetings with Lauren, she truly listened to what we were looking for, while making sure that she shared her vast wedding knowledge with us. She was able to guide us through decision-making, gave great advice on all aspects of the wedding, and truly cared about the outcome. Each time we spoke with her, we felt a great sense of relief, and felt like our crazy to-do list was manageable because we had Lauren.
There are far too many things to list that Lauren took care of for us. We would have forgotten or missed half of the things on our wedding schedule if not for her. Our family was grateful that she took care of so many things and they were able to simply enjoy the day. Our other vendors were delighted to work with Lauren, as she was so incredibly organized and easy to partner with. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, and recommend her to all of our engaged friends. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding, spend time with family and friends on the dance floor, and not once did we have to worry about anything on our wedding day.

She took over everything seamlessly, was so communicative with updates and changes, managed all the last minute closures and changes of our vendors, and worked hard to get to know us and our specific needs from day one. She was so easy to work with, so sweet, and incredibly organized. When our (rescheduled) day finally came, it could not have been better. Even week of the celebration, she had to work on her feet and figure out how to execute the originally planned all outdoor festivities for the unexpected rain showers. It was perfect!
