This review is LONG overdue! Lauren was our day of coordinator for our wedding back in April 2022 and we are still talking about just how good she is!! She handled everything! From...
the MOB belongings to the reception timeline and literally everything in between. Lauren is top notch and you won’t have a worry in the world with her in-charge of your event! Thank you again, Lauren!

Lauren is the glue that held our day together! She kept things running so smoothly and stress-free for us and our entire wedding party. We dealt with rain, unexpected guests, secur...
ity problems, etc. and I never stressed once. If there were any other problems I had no idea, which was lovely haha! Lauren did a great job making sure we got to where we were supposed to be without being too pushy and pulling us away from conversations. She had great ideas when it came to planning the little details and was so helpful in making sure we thought of everything we could possibly need. I thought I was prepared and had a comprehensive list of day of needs, but Lauren went above and beyond. My husband kept going on about how helpful she was and how much he liked Lauren. He said that they day was better than he ever expected it could be thanks to all of her help. My wedding party, many of who are married and have been in tons of weddings themselves, kept saying how impressed they were at how smoothly the day went. I can not recommend Saulnier Weddings enough!
I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to because Lauren was incredible!

uld have thought of. She was able to steer our planning in a really great direction while still customizing it based on our preferences.
We had 2 weddings (a Cambodian one on Friday and a Western one on Saturday). Lauren was instrumental for both of them. She even researched the Cambodian wedding before hand. There were several custom/unique aspects of our wedding as well as last minute / "in real time" changes that Lauren orchestrated perfectly.
She generally had a calming affect to everyone involved, and knew how to navigate when to be patient and when to be firm.
I cannot recommend her more!
I cannot recommend Lauren enough!!! After a not-so-great experience with our first “full service” planner who was going to charge us 3-4x as much, Lauren was a god-send. She went a...
bove and beyond what we ever expected from a “month-of” coordinator – she was friendly, detailed, communicative, and most importantly, had us excited about our wedding, rather than stressed in the weeks leading up to it. Although we were planning from out-of-state, I was completely at ease knowing that she was just an e-mail away. While the wedding day itself had a few hiccups, Lauren still managed to keep it stress-free and moving smoothly. Would absolutely hire her again!
Lauren was our wedding planner for our 4/9/2022 wedding and helped with planning for really the whole year before that as part of her full service package. She was so critical in m...
aking our vision come to life! As an out of town bride getting married in Austin I really depended on her for everything. And she definitely delivered! From vendor recommendations, to design ideas, to managing day of coordination, she was there from start to finish. Giving me options that matched my budget, without overwhelming me with choices. Her connections throughout Austin were critical in making our day a success. As someone who had no idea what flowers she wanted, or what linens would look well with what, Lauren really helped to guide me on choices that made the day still feel like me, but also looked like an elegant and cohesive planned event. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, managing last minute fiascos including glassware mishaps, and our shuttle breaking down a few days before the event! I got so many compliments from my guests on how everything seemed to have been thought through, and how the day flowed so well together. And that was all thanks to Lauren! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a partner (and a friend!) to help you through this process. Couldn't have done it without her!
Let me start with an easy summary: HIRE LAUREN!
My fiancé and I were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator, originally. After researching different coordinators and me...
eting with Lauren, we knew we had to work with her. Lauren is responsive, organized, attentive, and thoughtful in everything she does.
Throughout our meetings with Lauren, she truly listened to what we were looking for, while making sure that she shared her vast wedding knowledge with us. She was able to guide us through decision-making, gave great advice on all aspects of the wedding, and truly cared about the outcome. Each time we spoke with her, we felt a great sense of relief, and felt like our crazy to-do list was manageable because we had Lauren.
There are far too many things to list that Lauren took care of for us. We would have forgotten or missed half of the things on our wedding schedule if not for her. Our family was grateful that she took care of so many things and they were able to simply enjoy the day. Our other vendors were delighted to work with Lauren, as she was so incredibly organized and easy to partner with. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, and recommend her to all of our engaged friends. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding, spend time with family and friends on the dance floor, and not once did we have to worry about anything on our wedding day.
If you are planning your wedding, do yourself a favor and hire Lauren! She is incredible and you will be so thankful that you did!

t I could trust her instantly and she didn't let me down! For this reason, I let Lauren make a TON of decisions on my behalf. She kept me along the timeline, communicated seamlessly and made amazing choices and suggestions from décor to vendors. She is so knowledgeable about the process so there were zero hiccups along the way. On the day of, she was so calm and collected and everything went soooo smoothly. She gave out awesome advice to myself, bridesmaids, father, etc. I cannot recommend her enough, and highly recommend you book her ASAP before her schedule inevitably fills up!

dible job. Her knowledge of the Austin wedding industry, amazing attention to detail, vendor management skills and her wonderful friendliness made planning our wedding so much easier and more fun. We were so lucky to have her help and could not recommend her more for anyone looking for a wedding planner. Thanks Lauren!
Lauren was an absolute dream come true for us during our hectic COVID wedding. She was a stand-in for our original planner who was no longer able to manage our needs with the ever ...
changing COVID situation. The only regret I have is not finding her sooner! She took over everything seamlessly, was so communicative with updates and changes, managed all the last minute closures and changes of our vendors, and worked hard to get to know us and our specific needs from day one. She was so easy to work with, so sweet, and incredibly organized. When our (rescheduled) day finally came, it could not have been better. Even week of the celebration, she had to work on her feet and figure out how to execute the originally planned all outdoor festivities for the unexpected rain showers. It was perfect! The day would not have been what it was without Lauren on our side. And the best part, she made sure I NEVER felt stressed and ALWAYS felt taken care of. I would recommend her hands down to any bride who wants a professional to help plan the wedding of her dreams!!!
Lauren was an absolute God send when it came to our wedding! She is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Lauren will q...
uickly take away the stress of the big day and become your favorite friend to chat with! Lauren understood our budget and worked around the clock to send us vendor recommendations and ideas on how to perfect the look we envisioned for our wedding.
An added benefit of using Saulnier Weddings were the cost savings with our vendors that Lauren was able to identify for us. Not only did Lauren save us a tremendous amount of time but I truly believe Lauren is the piece that made the elements of our wedding flow together perfectly.
I sincerely recommend Saulnier Weddings to anyone who is contemplating a wedding coordinator. Lauren’s attention to detail and desire to make your day exactly as you imagined will exceed every expectation. She is truly incredible and I am so glad we were able to work with her!
WOW! A 5 star review is not enough for how amazing Lauren is. Our original wedding planner went out of business during COVID and Lauren was eagerly there to help us and pick up the...
pieces. She instilled so my trust in us that she was the right person. I 110% believe it was a blessing in disguise that the original planner went out of business because she was a mega upgrade. She was on top of EVERYTHING! She remembered all the details we discussed every meeting and made us feel so important. I am beyond thankful for Lauren because she nailed our wedding. It was absolutely AMAZING! I can't think of one thing that went wrong. I was so relaxed the entire day because I trusted her completely - it was such an amazing feeling and something I've come to learn not all brides get to experience. If you need a wedding planner, stop looking - You have found the best! Book with Lauren now!
