Guests repeatedly came to tell me how much they enjoyed their dinners. My daughter appreciated how Sausalito communicated with her and provided taste-testing so that she could select the dinner offerings. They did not act hurried nor rushed the conversations needed to start the process. I would hire them again.

Because we live out of town, we could only meet on certain days, and Charlotte was always accommodating. A few weeks before the wedding she toured the venue with us to make sure everything was that it needed to be and provided valuable insight. On the day of the wedding, Charlotte was there to make everything run smoothly, even when we were delayed on our timeline. She stayed till the very end to make sure we had everything we needed. At every step, she was encouraging, communicative and flexible. We so appreciate all of Sausalito’s hard work.

ery patient with all of our questions. Their menus were so unique and portion sizes were not your typical wedding portions - tons of food! They also held true to our costs in a high inflationary environment and for that alone I would recommend the team. I would encourage the team to be upfront in initial meetings regarding what is included and what is not in terms of both the catering and bartending service - I would think of random things along the way in terms of dessert plates, bar wash inclusions, etc, and I think it would be helpful if they explicitly spelled some of this out in their marketing materials. Our only issue dealt with the timing. Our wedding was delayed for unforeseen circumstances, which inherently pushed back the timing the remainder of the day. The team was very upfront regarding when they will or will not serve both dinner and alcohol, but I would encourage them to be a bit more flexible with timing if the hosts ask (serve during speeches etc). Between a delayed start time and speeches that went far longer than expected, us trying to see the people we were unable to see during cocktail hour, food was then being served much later than we would have hoped for (which we were upfront with trying to serve asap), causing some of our guests to have lukewarm/room temperature food. Aside from temperature, we received many compliments that the food was cooked to peoples liking with great flavor. Their pricing is fair, the team was professional, and people really enjoyed the bartenders, and they were excellent in terms of setting up the venue the day before, etc. Thank you!

She was friendly and not only made sure everything tasted good but made she we had peace of mind when we went through our timeline and overall flow of the reception. Take it from someone who planned every single detail of their wedding having Charlotte and knowing she had everything covered with confidence really helped me enjoy my special day! We were very grateful to work with Sausalito and 10/10 would recommend other brides and grooms to use them too!

She was absolutely amazing, she helped me through every step of the way up until the very end of the wedding day with planning and coordinating. She did an impeccable job with Organizing everything and was so supportive and KIND and compassionate. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to coordinate our day. Charlotte and Natalie both went above and BEYOND !!!! We were taken care of all the way through and we are forever thankful they coordinated our big day. The food was absolutely AMAZING, all the guests said they’ve never had anything like it at a wedding and we’re overly impressed!

Charlotte and her team was very accommodating and attentive, answering our countless questions and handling many details and requests over the last 15 months. From having us come in February downtown for a delicious food tasting session to driving out twice to Medina to meet us, as well as being there on the rehearsal evening and from early morning to late at night on the wedding day, they were always professional and helpful. They prepared and served nearly 200 meals in 90-degree heat, and the only concern was that it took a while for some to get their meals - but that was understandable. We were very pleased with the price, service and compassion we received and would recommend Charlotte and her team to others planning a wedding! Thank you for all you all did!

Now, the cons, some of which were significant: - The owner and his staff misplaced the plates for cake service (we gave the plates to them before our ceremony), so he made my now-wife and me look around for the plates (which his staff had misplaced) during our reception. - Despite what was promised to us, the leftovers were not packed up for us to take home. Instead, Sausalito left with no warning, taking all leftover food with them. - When Sausalito left, they just abandoned the remaining cake in the kitchen. It was left for us to discover, pack up, and clean up. - Dinner was served late. - Despite what they promised and confirmed with us, they did not bring cake to each table, so some tables never received cake. - The catering manager assigned to us, Charlotte, was not very responsive. Would we use Sausalito again, if we did it over? Probably not. The cons outweighed the pros and caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. The significant lack of professionalism leads me to believe that Sausalito is overrated.

We were able to serve plated meals with a selection between four entrees, which was a wonderful perk for our guests. Above all, we couldn't be happier with our catering choice and would recommend to anyone/ would hire Sausalito again in a heartbeat.

We first met the owner, Babu at the initial food tasting and were very impressed with the food quality, presentation and taste across the board, as well as Babu’s hands on approach in talking us through each dish and options. Based on this, we decided to make our initial deposit and work with Sausalito. Our exact statement during the tasting was that “If the food is half as good at the wedding as it was during the tasting, people will rave about it!” Well, no one was disappointed by Sausalito! After the tasting, we began working with Charlotte, the Catering Manager and worked very closely with her throughout the planning and the event to make sure every detail was just right. As a result of COVID restrictions and uncertainty in scheduling due to the NFL draft being in town, later in the process Sausalito also hosted our Rehearsal dinner. While this event was way less formal then the wedding the next night, the food, service and venue was top notch and very memorable. Babu and Charlotte were so accommodating and easy to work with throughout both events and truly followed through on every commitment they made to us both before we signed agreements with them and throughout the planning and actual events! For the wedding, we selected Steak and Shrimp, Airline Chicken, Salmon and a vegan option, Spinach and Mushroom Ravioli. They also accommodated our Gluten Free guests. All of these meals drew raves from attendees. The food was hot, service fast and presentation was beautiful. We made a couple new friends during this event in Babu and Charlotte and will definitely be stopping down at Sausalito on 9th for lunch or dinner, and will recommend Sausalito highly to our friends for their catering needs! Thank you Sausalito for helping make our daughter’s wedding extra memorable!

edina (Forever Farms) leaving us without a caterer, and Sausalito whipped up an AMAZING menu for us and coordinated the day, with only 3 weeks notice. The Sausalito team is professional, responsive, and catered to us to make sure our day ran smoothly and made us feel SO special. On top of all that the food is PHENOMENAL! We had Filet Mignon, Chicken Wellington, and Salmon with risotto, our guests are still raving about the food. They also worked with us to make a special late night bite that was delicious. The Sausalito Team truly saved our wedding and made it the best experience. They worked with our venue coordinator effortlessly and everything was perfect. Thank you to Babou and Charlotte for making it happen, we can not thank you all enough, it was truly the best day of our lives!
