We had a fantastic experience at Sausalito Jewelers. My fiancé and I wanted to look at rings together, since it’s such a big purchase. We made an appointment online and met with Je...
ss, who explained their totally custom design experience. She emphasized choosing and falling in love with your center stone and choosing something timeless and classic that you will love forever. That was really helpful advice for a commitment-phobe like me.
What really set SJ apart for us was their ability to do totally custom ring settings at no additional fee. We had them incorporate a “C” into the diamond setting, and it turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We paid for the diamond and the price of the materials used to create the setting and didn’t have to pay additional fees when we asked for tweaks to the design. The result was a ring that my fiancé and I are totally in love with and bonded over creating together. We also got to visit the beautiful store in Sausalito several times and really got to know the staff, which were added bonuses.

diamond. His dedication, precision, and impeccable style is second to none. Thank you so much for everything. Can't wait to bug you some more with my future jewelry needs!

n particular, was helpful and always remembered us!). From start to finish they made us feel comfortable with the process, comfortable with the budget, and confident that we were getting the absolute highest quality pieces. One thing in particular that was perfect was that each ring was customized to meet our tastes and preferences. They have lots of amazing jewelry to start with, but getting to add (or in our case, remove) detail meant that we got the absolute right rings. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable about this industry, and he has impeccable taste.
