While we never spoke face-to-face, our phone interactions were very pleasant, and very straightforward. Made this vendor super easy to work with. She was wonderfully flexible as my... total count was in nearly constant flux up until about a week before the wedding. Our linens, lights, drapery, they were all absolutely gorgeous. We received many compliments. By the time I arrived in the reception hall an hour ahead of doors open to set up, her team was done and gone with the hall looking like a perfect formal banquet. I highly recommend this vendor.
