We are only 20 miles outside of downtown Savannah, Georgia, and Savannah's Hall of Cakes is happy to deliver your beautiful cakes all over the area surrounding Savannah and the Low Country. We limit the number of cakes that we commission each week, because they are baked fresh per order with the highest quality of ingredients. the top was made to look similar to my wedding gown and Delaney did a great job with the detail to accomplish that! The only downfall was as soon as I sat down after being announced as the newly married couple, my mother and planner informed me that my cake was leaning forward, so significantly that we had to adjust our schedule and go straight to cutting the cake so it didn’t fall on the floor in the middle of our reception! Luckily, we got the cake cutting done and the cake off of the floor to be cut before anything fell, but it was a bit of a stress factor I could have done without. The details of the cake were perfect, especially the sugar flowers! The flavors are beyond delicious and the quality is unmatched!

After a wonderful tasting with SHC, where we agreed to many contractual obligations with Delaney, we were very much looking forward to our big day and cutting our beautiful cake. However, following the tasting- the next 4-6 months were full of ...

horrible communication by SHC. Making a long story short, we called several times to confirm our cake, to pay for our cake, to get a contract for our cake, and such. We were met with no responses or sometimes a return text message after days and even weeks. On our wedding day, she showed up and delivered a beautiful cake, took many pictures and showcased her work on social media platforms but could not find one minute of her valuable time to let us know when she would arrive (she was late- which always upsets a bride, especially after lackluster communication). The cake was wonderful. It looked and tasted great. We have no complaints about her work. But the customer service deserves a negative star. We showed up one day after the wedding to pick up our anniversary cake and drop off rental equipment- but no sign of anyone, no answers on phone, email, text, no one answered the door. So we dropped off our rentals at the doorstep, took pictures of proof of drop off and considered our anniversary cake a loss. Yes, she called us the following day and apologized via text and voicemail- offering to meet us to drop off our anniversary cake- but we are on our honeymoon.

Very professional, my cake tasted amazing and it was exactly what I wanted. Delaney emailed me right back and she guided me when I wasn't sure what I wanted. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE. It was stunning!
