ing absolutely beautiful, organized, and so thoughtfully cared for.
As an anxious bride, having Stevie there made all the difference. It was such a relief knowing that if anything went wrong, she would handle it seamlessly. I especially loved how she decorated the tables and created a truly meaningful and beautiful remembrance table.
Stevie goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about making your day special. She helped turn our wedding into an unforgettable, stunning event. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!
Stevie and her team at Save the Date OBX are the real deal. While we technically hired her for day-of coordination, she went above and beyond from day one and leading up to the big...
day. Stevie is kind, down-to-earth, and incredibly savvy, bringing years of Outer Banks event experience that ensured our planning was stress-free and our day was executed perfectly.
She is someone you can wholeheartedly trust with your big day—communicative, professional, and deeply reliable. We honestly don't know how we would have pulled off such a seamless, beautiful wedding without her guidance. In fact, we miss chatting with her daily! You will not regret having Stevie in your corner.

ehearsals with us because we had a last-minute venue change. Speaking of… Stevie saved my BUTT! On our wedding weekend we were rained/winded out of our outdoor venue. Stevie was able to help secure another venue that was just as beautiful and checked all our boxes 48 hours before the wedding. We were fighting every other bride with an outdoor wedding venue. Stevie coordinated with all the other vendors to get them where they needed to be when they needed to be there.
We hired Save the Date rentals for our daughter's wedding in May 2025 and couldn't have been happier. The chairs for the ceremony were beautiful and arranged exactly as we asked th...
em to be. They created a gorgeous floral aisle meadow from the artificial flowers we rented. They moved the florals to the reception, where they were repurposed as centerpieces and a photo backdrop. The linens were impeccable and perfectly pressed. We also rented dessert table displays and chargers, all of which were very high quality and lovely. Highly recommend Save the Date Rentals and owners Stevie and Omie. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Stevie and her husband were EXCELLENT when it came to providing the chairs and our arbor for our beach wedding. It ended up raining on the wedding day so they stayed at our venue l...
iterally all day to help move the chairs/arbor back inside our plan B indoor space. They were so kind and they genuinely just wanted us to have the best day (which we had!).
