Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Savilles Florist is a family florist that has been providing Western New York Brides and Grooms with beautiful wedding flower creations since the 1950's. We are a full service florist for all occasions and design only a few weddings at a time to ensure a positive experience for our engaged couples. We are not a wedding factory where you are # ____ for your wedding weekend. Most weekends we do up to 4 weddings. We offer free consultations where you can come in and sit down and meet with one of our wedding designers in our beautiful showroom in Orchard Park, NY. Usually that designer will be with you through the entire process from consultation, email correspondence and through the creation of your wedding pieces. Tina and everyone at Saville’s were so incredibly lovely, kind, and helpful. I was slightly dreading flowers because I wasn’t fully sure what I wanted, but Tina guided me through the whole process step by step and gave me visual examples. She knew exactly what I wanted, even when I didn’t, and she was very receptive to changes I wanted to make as the planning process evolved. On the day of, they were on-time with delivery (on the dot!), they delivered everything with clear instructions for self assembly, and they didn’t put excess pressure on us for our rental returns. My flowers were stunning and really elevated the venue space- I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had Saville's do the arch and bride-bouquet for our wedding. I found some prices to be very fair and others to be pretty expensive. Particularly bridesmaid bouquets. I asked if alternate flowers could be used and was told my girls could walk with 1 flower if I wanted, "it's your day". 3 stars because the finished product and delivery were smooth and looked good.

I am not a big flower person so I waited until the last minute to secure a florist. We met with Lisa on July 5th, less then a month before our wedding, with a tight budget, and absolutely no idea what we wanted; except yellow. Lisa was a life saver! We showed her our unique center pieces and our wedding colors and she did the rest. She set up the flowers at our venue and delivered the bridal bouquets to our hotel. The day of the wedding the bridal flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. They complemented the bridesmaid dresses perfectly. When we arrived at our venue and saw our center pieces completed with the flowers we were blown away. They were breathtaking and made our centerpieces pop with color. Lisa did a fabulous job and we highly recommend Savilles!

My wedding flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I received numerous compliments on them and everyone loved our small centerpieces. Working with Michelle was a pleasure and she instinctively seemed to understand what I was looking for and I got exactly what I hoped for.

We loved getting our flowers from savilles! We made an appointment and were able to look through books of possible colors and flowers. Michelle was great and really understood the overall theme we were going for. The price was comparable for the area as well. The flowers were absolutely perfect, my bouquet was exactly was I envisioned!

We came here to get the flowers for our wedding that was on June 10 2017. They did an amazing job! All of the flowers were fresh and beautiful. We ordered floral arrangements for the church, butineres, corsages, and bouquets. We had some delivered to the church and some delivered to the hotel we were at and everything was done and executed perfectly. It was one thing that I did not have to worry about on my wedding day. Also, the employees in the shop were all wonderful to work with and I never felt rushed and I always felt like they were listening and followed everything that I said. The only thing that I would have to criticize was that I had asked for white and pink in my bouquet, the bride, and just white for the bridesmaids, and they ended up putting pink in everyones bouquets. It wasn't a huge deal and it certainly did not ruin my day because they still looked gorgeous, but I did notice that it wasn't what I had ordered.

The bouquets Saville's made for my wedding were absolutely gorgeous! I loved the arrangement and the flowers they used. The consultation was nice because they even put together what flowers would look nice together. I did pick out what colors I wanted the flowers to be, but I did not know all the possibilities of flowers we could use. They put together some of my favorite flowers and showed me a little of what the bouqets would look like. When the flowers came that day, I teared up they were so beautiful! Cost was pretty decent too!

They were very nice to work with. They listened to me while offering helpful suggestions and were always available to answer questions. The price was great and the flowers came out exactly how I wanted and were beautiful. So many people commented on how nice the flowers were. Everything was on time, fresh, and meticulously arranged. They even brought all the bouquets in vases to keep them fresh and so we could use that on the head table at the reception. I highly recommend this florist.

The price was good the overall finished flowers looked great especially the trellis;The owner was INCREDIBLE! The people she has working for her were very rude. They told me that they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers the day of the wedding and that they would have to deliver them the night before. One woman actually made fun of me for spending so much money on flowers for my wedding! They also assumed that I was going to decorate the trellis myself and were just going to drop off the flowers. They never even asked me if I specifically wanted to do it myself
