y husband and I definitely wanted to have delicious food and Savoie was the perfect choice for us. We've already had so many of our guests tell us how great our food was! Kellie and I met for coffee and she asked me what our favorite restaurants and types of food were and from there created a sample menu for us! When we had our tasting, we were sure we were working with the best caterers in Birmingham. Kellie worked with my budget and preferences and fully delivered. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out!

The catering manager I worked with was Nico Berg, and she was easy to reach and just so helpful. I love Savoie. I wish I could crash all of their weddings. I still get compliments on our food and it's been almost two months. We wish we could do it all over again! :)

It was at the recommendation of my venue's event coordinator (Amanda Baker @AldridgeGardens) that I try Savoie. She told me that it was chef owned and operated and that they strive to deliver the best quality of farm to table style food for your event. Music to my ears as a self-proclaimed foodie. While it put me at ease to finally have Savoie booked for my June wedding, as the big day approached I became more and more anxious. I had not had a tasting and began to second guess my decision. I emailed Nico, the Manager, at least 300 times with questions and changes. She made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions promptly and was very helpful with recommendations of menu items that would fit into my budget. The big day finally arrived and all I could think about was THE FOOD! I had read over our menu hundreds of times, salivating at how beautifully it read and praying that it delivered on taste... OM MY GOODNESS! Words don't give justice to the perfectly roasted and spiced potatoes, the wonderfully juicy chicken and tangy white BBQ sauce, the soft pillows of bread surrounding the tender pork sliders with crisp onion straws, the BKT cups, the grit cakes, the sweet summer fruits, it was ALL PERFECT! If you asked anyone, when my now husband and I were asked at the beginning of all of the planning what was most important to us it was that 1. Everyone had a good time and 2. The food. When we both took that first bite it was nothing short of emotional (remember-self-proclaimed foodies). I considered it a blessing in disguise that my first choice fell through because I can't imagine a more perfect menu. Not only was the food exceptional but the level of service was phenomenal. Allegra, the captain, was a dream and the servers were so gracious and kind (I'm terrible with names but I believe it was Morgan and Greg(?)) I'm so happy they got to share in a day that was so special to me and my husband. Exceptional people, exceptional food. The biggest mistake you can make is reading beyond this review and selecting someone else. You will not regret it!

when it comes to your budget for the number of people attending. I had picked steak bites but they told me it would be over budget and that we could go with a bbq stuffed potato instead. I'm so glad I took their advice. There was hardly any left. Everyone talks about the stuffed potatoes. I highly recommend using Savoie Catering!

ist of 300, but were not looking to do a full meal. A lot of other highly rated places didn't want to do a "small" menu. Savoie worked with us and gave us a menu that fit exactly right. They listened to what we were asking for and supplied us with an excellent menu. The food was delicious! They really went above and beyond! They even packed a to go meal for my husband and I! This catering company is definitely the one to go with. Courteous staff, delicious food, and a price that won't leave you broke! Thank you Chae and Nico for everything!!

et. We were amazed by the food at our tasting and even changed a few things because of his suggestions. He was very easy to work with and his staff was wonderful at the wedding. We heard so many people say that it was the best wedding food they had ever had and I have to agree. We ate leftovers for several days because it was just too good to throw away! Richard did an outstanding job and I would recommend him for any catered event.

Richard even came out to our venue around my schedule to go over all the choices for set up options. The food the day of was by far the best food ive ever had at a wedding and we have heard that over and over again since our wedding. They were so thoughtful and packed us a togo bag and put it in our vehicle to eat at the hotel as we had not been able to eat during the wedding. Please take the advise from someone who is very picky and specific when it comes to customer service you will not find a better caterer in Birmingham!

mmediately. Being a sort of novice foodie, I did not want the typical chicken fingers, veggie platters, etc. that you usual see at weddings. The food we got from Savoie's was far from that! It was more like food you would have at a trendy, downtown restaurant, all at a reasonable price. I would recommend Savoie's to any bride who loves good, quality food.
