Our experience with my daughter's wedding was off the charts. James told the story about how the florist in a previous wedding had gotten the date wrong and the bride had no table ...arrangements. The venue could of just said "well we don't do flowers" but James and his staff put a solution together that was above and beyond. That convinced us to go with someone who is committed to the experience and not hide behind the contracts. If you want to cut corners, there are many choices but if you want your guests to say best food, best DJ, best view, best experience, at a slightly higher price, choose Savor at River House. We had the wedding, rented the downstairs for the cocktail hour, went back upstairs, and had the time of our life. Little things like the post wedding wine room for the bride and groom, the quality of the sound system, the temperature of the AC in July, the altar, the friendliness of the staff and management, and the food were top notch. The appetizers of hot brown and others were delicious. We went with all in consumption to get the best bourbon but they have lower priced plans. It was worth every penny and looking back, I am so glad the bride and groom selected this venue.
