Chef Justin had catered our wedding on November 24th, 2018 and the experience was simply amazing. In every way, he knocked it out of the park!!!!! Every guest could not stop asking about the chicken that he prepared- then the cupcakes, well that is another "amazing" non stop chatter to talk about.
The professionalism, earlier than anticipated for a beautiful set-up, came in his chef uniform so that really stood out as top notch, the flow and non disturbances of set up and removal of equipment felt like he was not even there- the food just "appeared". We were more than pleased as well as our guests, and for sure, would certainly recommend him and will book again should we have an event come up needing outstanding service and excellent cuisine.
