Despite a couple of hiccups, I cannot give Chef Derek any less than 5 stars. His food is truly amazing, the only thing that would have made it better is if we had a kitchen on site for him. Chef Derek was running back and forth and putting so much effort into making sure our wedding was perfect, he truly is a dedicated worker and you would be lucky to have him cook for your wedding. He even took some special requests and made us Mickey waffles for our late night snack! And mailed us the waffle maker afterwards! Genuinely could not find a nicer family and we are so glad that we chose Savory House Kitchen as our caterers.

ering any questions I had from the time I booked (I booked almost a year out) up until the day of. I made several changes about a month and a half before my wedding and they accommodated all of them.
Additionally, Chef was very candid with food selections. For example, I had inquired about catfish or beef for the menu and he gave honest opinions about what would work best based off of the package I selected. I ultimately went with salmon, grilled chicken, and filet mignon as entree options with several hors d’oeuvres.
My guests raved about how delicious everything was. Having good wedding food is always a point of contention with several weddings I’ve gone to and as far as I can tell, this was a hit with everyone.
The staff who were physically on site for the wedding were extremely helpful and attentive. While my husband and I were waiting to be introduced, they made plates for us so we wouldn’t have to wait too long. (They also helped us figure out what was taking so long for us to be introduced). They checked on us often throughout the night as well.
I would recommend this caterer to anyone looking for delicious food and great staff.

I got so many high reviews and compliments on the taste of the food from our guests and that made me so happy.
Another HUGE reason I went with Derek and his team was because they were one of VERY FEW caterers who actually included alcohol in their services! We did not have to go buy the alcohol ourselves and then pay a separate price for someone to simply serve it. NO. They supplied EVERYTHING. I picked the wines and beer I wanted and they delivered and served it for an amazing price included in our total package! Stress annd hassle free!
All of the team members that attended the wedding were super sweet and professional as well. If you’re looking for a great catering service for your event, this is the team to go with I promise!
