great job and got our sale. It was what came after that was the problem. We ordered the suits about 2 months before the wedding. The sales guy told us the grooman would need to come in 2 weeks before to get fitted to make sure everything fit ok and that the would need to pickup the suits the Friday before the wedding.
The next day they called my husband and told him that they would now need the groomsmen in within the week to still get their discount and they couldn't guarantee everything would be ready on time. The sudden mixup was very alarming and had we known ahead of time we would have probably checked other places.
Well after much talk they agreed to let us keep the original date as some of the groomsmen had to travel. My husband may have also had some choice words with the person on the phone.
Well fast forward to the Friday before the wedding. When my husband goes in to pickup his TUX nothing fit right. The pants had a tear in them that the sales person tried to sew up right then and there. The Jacket was a size to big, the shoes were to small and the shirt was wrinkled. The only thing my husband didn't have to change was the tie and belt. Needless to say they were able to replace it all within a day, but it was extremely stressful. Now I do want to say the both of the groomsmens outfits didn't have anything that needed to be changed, they were perfect. I have a hunch someone might have messed up my husbands because of his choice words, but who knows. Either way take it as it is.

ave an appointment scheduled. We first thought it was a mistake we made on our end (but come later to find out it wasn't).
Since the shop was empty, we asked her questions about how renting tuxes worked anyway. She was not helpful at all, very short with her responses. Nothing was really explained to us. We ended up leaving, and felt that the experience was super awkward. After that, we decided to do our tux rentals through another company.
Cut to ALMOST FOUR MONTHS LATER, and we receive a message from Savvi saying " Our computer system is super slow and we just got your request for an appointment. We are so sorry, and let us know if you still need a Tuxedo Package." Acknowledging an appointment that late is unacceptable!

We chose to use Savvi for our wedding because they had multiple locations in St. Louis as well as a location in Columbia (which is where we were living while planning the wedding)....
The pricing and selection were excellent, and the ability to drop off and pick up from various locations was an excellent plus.
However, this vendor is still fully dependent on paper tickets. In 2019. Somehow. I only know this because 3 months prior to the wedding, they lost my and my groomsmen's tickets with all of our measurements and payment info (how much had been paid vs how much due). They found them a couple of hours later, but still.
Fast forward to 2 weeks prior to the wedding, and we get a call from Savvi to confirm details. There were 2 issues: 1. They had told us when we booked that we could pick up on Thursday and drop off on Tuesday. This confirmation call informed me that was a lie and we had the rental from Friday to Monday.
2. The details were incorrect. They had the wrong shoes listed and the wrong tie listed for various men in the wedding.
Fast forward again to 2 days before the wedding, when my groomsman and I go to pick up the Tuxes. Again there were several problems
1. One of the tuxedos was just the wrong tux. Absolutely wrong
2. They weren't sure what tux they had given another person (grandfather of the bride), and had to call and ask.
3. None of the tuxes fit. I'm aware this isn't the fault of Savvi normally, but it wasn't like it was "Oh someone gained 5 pounds". It was like 6 inches too long on the pants, and I'm pretty sure I have not gotten 6 inches shorter.
Last but not least, fast forward to 2 days after the wedding. I personally dropped off 3 of the 4 tuxes on the Monday after the wedding, but the next day (Tuesday), Savvi calls all 3 of the people I dropped off for saying that we never returned our Tuxes. Turns out that they didn't check if we had dropped off at other locations.
I would not recommend this vendor moving forward.
On the positive side, once we got through all of this, the tuxes looked great on the day of the wedding.

However, when the groom and groomsmen went in many of them said that one of the older men measuring them made inappropriate comments and even measured them in places that they didn't think they needed to be measured in. It kind of weirded us out. It all worked out, but I think I'd just go to a different Savvi location so people weren't measured by this guy.
We had the most handsome Calvin Klein tuxes. So many compliments on them! And the guys all looked VERY sharp.

Good selection. Make sure to triple check your order form, we caught a few errors before finalizing the order. Very nice suits though.
