When we first went into the store in the mall, the man behind the desk was very nice and helped us try different things on to see what would look best on my husband. The man did a...
great job and got our sale. It was what came after that was the problem. We ordered the suits about 2 months before the wedding. The sales guy told us the grooman would need to come in 2 weeks before to get fitted to make sure everything fit ok and that the would need to pickup the suits the Friday before the wedding.
The next day they called my husband and told him that they would now need the groomsmen in within the week to still get their discount and they couldn't guarantee everything would be ready on time. The sudden mixup was very alarming and had we known ahead of time we would have probably checked other places.
Well after much talk they agreed to let us keep the original date as some of the groomsmen had to travel. My husband may have also had some choice words with the person on the phone.
Well fast forward to the Friday before the wedding. When my husband goes in to pickup his TUX nothing fit right. The pants had a tear in them that the sales person tried to sew up right then and there. The Jacket was a size to big, the shoes were to small and the shirt was wrinkled. The only thing my husband didn't have to change was the tie and belt. Needless to say they were able to replace it all within a day, but it was extremely stressful. Now I do want to say the both of the groomsmens outfits didn't have anything that needed to be changed, they were perfect. I have a hunch someone might have messed up my husbands because of his choice words, but who knows. Either way take it as it is.
We had multiple issues including shoes not being cleaned and two different incorrectly sized jackets. Luckily we discovered the problems the night before the wedding and were able ...
to run in the day of and get the problems resolved. Their communication the entire time was not great. I would just go with Men's Warehouse if we did it all over again.
I ordered a tan suit for my buddy's wedding and it was perfect! I have a weird shaped body and I dread trying on new clothes but Natalia hooked it up!! I'll absolutely come here ...
anytime I need a suit or tux!
Suit was absolutely what we expected. Worked for the wedding theme and fit incredibly well. Will definitely use MenSuits again. Natalia was so helpful and overall wonderful to work...

My name is Charlie and I came in initially to get measured for my brother's wedding at the Delmar location and I worked with Natalia and she was spectacular! Could not have been m...
ore helpful and patient. I always have a hard time fitting into tuxedos and Natalia hooked it up! I looked amazing in the navy tux. I'd rate 6 stars if I could, I'll definitely be back anytime I need to dress up!
Do not use Savi Formal Wear. Drove 3 hours to try on our suits only for them not to be there after we called to confirm and wer told they were there. Our suits literally arrived 2 ...
days before the wedding and shocker, they didn't fit! Absolutely trash customer service. Your better off getting a suit from Walmart.
So back in April, my fiance and I scheduled an appointment to discuss renting suits for our wedding. When we arrived to the location, the woman working the store said they didn't h...
ave an appointment scheduled. We first thought it was a mistake we made on our end (but come later to find out it wasn't).
Since the shop was empty, we asked her questions about how renting tuxes worked anyway. She was not helpful at all, very short with her responses. Nothing was really explained to us. We ended up leaving, and felt that the experience was super awkward. After that, we decided to do our tux rentals through another company.
Cut to ALMOST FOUR MONTHS LATER, and we receive a message from Savvi saying " Our computer system is super slow and we just got your request for an appointment. We are so sorry, and let us know if you still need a Tuxedo Package." Acknowledging an appointment that late is unacceptable!
Great suit selection and excellent service.
Savvi did a great job fitting all the groomsman! With everyone traveling from out of state it was peace of mind to know they could pick up their tux here. They are able to make la...
st minute adjustments right there!
We chose to use Savvi for our wedding because they had multiple locations in St. Louis as well as a location in Columbia (which is where we were living while planning the wedding)....
The pricing and selection were excellent, and the ability to drop off and pick up from various locations was an excellent plus.
However, this vendor is still fully dependent on paper tickets. In 2019. Somehow. I only know this because 3 months prior to the wedding, they lost my and my groomsmen's tickets with all of our measurements and payment info (how much had been paid vs how much due). They found them a couple of hours later, but still.
Fast forward to 2 weeks prior to the wedding, and we get a call from Savvi to confirm details. There were 2 issues: 1. They had told us when we booked that we could pick up on Thursday and drop off on Tuesday. This confirmation call informed me that was a lie and we had the rental from Friday to Monday.
2. The details were incorrect. They had the wrong shoes listed and the wrong tie listed for various men in the wedding.
Fast forward again to 2 days before the wedding, when my groomsman and I go to pick up the Tuxes. Again there were several problems
1. One of the tuxedos was just the wrong tux. Absolutely wrong
2. They weren't sure what tux they had given another person (grandfather of the bride), and had to call and ask.
3. None of the tuxes fit. I'm aware this isn't the fault of Savvi normally, but it wasn't like it was "Oh someone gained 5 pounds". It was like 6 inches too long on the pants, and I'm pretty sure I have not gotten 6 inches shorter.
Last but not least, fast forward to 2 days after the wedding. I personally dropped off 3 of the 4 tuxes on the Monday after the wedding, but the next day (Tuesday), Savvi calls all 3 of the people I dropped off for saying that we never returned our Tuxes. Turns out that they didn't check if we had dropped off at other locations.
I would not recommend this vendor moving forward.
On the positive side, once we got through all of this, the tuxes looked great on the day of the wedding.
I have used Savii for multiple events (homecoming, prom, weddings) and they always do a great job. The suits and service they provide are top notch.
The tuxes looked great!! We opted for the classic black and white, and Savvi helped my husband try on several options before selecting our favorite. They were flexible and accommod...
ated our large bridal party and offered great prices.
Tuxes were perfect! Loved all the color options. Staff helped so much with giving opinions! And I won a 6 day all inclusive honeymoon to Mexico! I have been suggesting savvi to al...

Cali and her team helped our wedding go off without a hitch! There were groomsmen with last minute changes needed and she was quick to address the issues, ensuring everything went ...
well on my big day. Thanks Cali and Savvy for a job well done!
We used Savvi at Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters and they were fantastic. They had the right clothes for all 6 of our groomsmen, groom, and 3 dads. There were a couple issues when so...
me of the guys went to try their suits on a couple days before the wedding, but Savvi fixed them or got new suits in the next day so everything was great. I would definitely recommend the Mid Rivers location.
The tuxes looked great and everything went so smoothly. Would definitely recommend Savvi to other brides!
Savvi had decent options & as we had out of country renters, the local warehouse was preferred.
When the time came to collect though, they had one groomsman not listed under our...
wedding group & gave cause for concern that it might have been lost. Also, when my father collected, they advised someone picked up his suit! After some discussion, they did agree to bring it to our house but not an aggravation we needed!
Lastly, we felt the cost to rent a suit for a toddler was excessive.
I feel like staff was not real personal, and just have too many customers.
This tux place had very nice tuxedos and we even got our invitations there for 50% off. 3 of our tuxedos were free too because of how many we were renting (which was nice for the ...
groom, father of the bride, and father of the groom). However, when the groom and groomsmen went in many of them said that one of the older men measuring them made inappropriate comments and even measured them in places that they didn't think they needed to be measured in. It kind of weirded us out. It all worked out, but I think I'd just go to a different Savvi location so people weren't measured by this guy.
We had the most handsome Calvin Klein tuxes. So many compliments on them! And the guys all looked VERY sharp.
i went to the one on milwaukee ave in niles, il. great service, great tux's, great prices.
Great selection! The guys loved them and they looked great standing in the front of the church, good prices and deals!
My husband absolutely loved his tux. Great service!
Very Professional. Very nice people.
The ladies at Savvi were great to work with and made sure that all the tux's were just what I wanted and that they fit the guys perfectly.
GOOD
Our invitations were quite easy to do online and turned out exactly how I imagined them to be. The only problem we had was that the inner envelopes of the invitations where too big...
and would not fit inside of the outer formal envelope. We decided to just not use the inner envelope and they still looked beautiful!
The girls were nice, alittle scatterbrained but nice and willing to assist when things went wrong.
I loved our tuxes! They fit everyone so well. My husband was in a wedding and they used Men's wearhouse and the tuxes that they had did not fit very well. That's when I was so than...
kful that we used Savvi! The employees were also very helpful and patient with us.
We rented our tuxes from the Savvi in Oak Creek. Amy really knows what she's doing and it was easy to work with her. We think two of the groomsmen measurements got mixed up - one n...
eeded their tux shortened and the other lengthened.
Just make sure you pick up the tuxedos the day before the wedding to allow time for alterations.
Good selection. Make sure to triple check your order form, we caught a few errors before finalizing the order. Very nice suits though.
