What a fabulous, beautiful place to host a Wedding Reception! The professional staff at the Marriott made our event special from beginning to end! A big shout-out to the PSAV team for creating the perfect ambience, the Chef & his staff for delicious over the top food & cake! The whole experience was Magical! Highly recommend!

This venue does it all! I am a grad student and my husband works at least 55 hours a week, so we are super busy. It was important to us that we find a reasonably priced beautiful wedding venue that had all of the bells and whistles so that we didn't have to research and juggle tons of vendors. Our coordinator, Sala, was beyond amazing and kept us up to date with everything that was going on during the entire process and informed us of what our next steps would be throughout. The location we chose was the Cascade lawn in front of their beautiful waterfall, and our reception was at the Arbor ballroom that was surrounded by water, luscious greenery, and a lot of wildlife. Our wedding could not have been more perfect! The culinary team, event staff, and the entire hotel went above and beyond for our wedding and was very hospitable to our out of town guests. If I had to have my wedding all over again, I would choose this venus in a heartbeat! Thank you Sawgrass Marriott staff for giving us the perfect wedding day!!

Every. Single. Thing. Was. Perfect. It’s honestly as simple as that. My whole family stayed at the resort for the weekend and the staff was there for us for the whole stay. My ceremony had to be moved indoors the day before the wedding and the put us in the Stadium room with a full glass wall that over looked the lagoon and waterfalls. We had the beauty of the outdoors with the comfort of the indoors. It was gorgeous. While we took our photographs afterwards, as the bride I started to get REALLY hungry. A couple family members started to venture off to find me snacks, but before they could, out came a staff member with TWO plates of hors d’oeuvres specifically for me cause I said I was hungry... WHAT. And lastly our reception... the resort let us get onto the room early that morning to put anything out we needed to and get it set. Then when it was time for the actual reception, it was perfect. The room was gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. They had multiple staff members there to assist us with anything we needed. They consulted my husband and I before doing anything so it was exactly how we wanted and they would also communicate with the other vendors we had their to let them know what would happen next. The staff was also so kind and courteous of us. Our event manager, Sala, was AMAZING. She is really the one who made our whole experience so perfect. She bent over backwards for us and made sure everything went smooth. All our guests commented us on how smooth everything went. There wasn’t one hiccup. If you’re considering having your wedding at the Sawgrass Marriot, DO IT!!

We knew we wanted to have our reception at the Sawgrass Marriott as soon as we walked into the lobby and saw the Arbor Ballroom. The Arbor Ballroom is such a unique wedding space, it is a Ballroom all on it's own with a full wraparound porch on a small marsh. What is included in the wedding package was much more than any of the other 8 venues we looked at and affordable. Some things it included was a bridal suite the day of, an on site Event Manager, a champagne toast, a holding room for the wedding party before the reception, the cake and three votive candles per table. The service was wonderful, our Event Manager, Sala Prain was amazing! I felt like I was planning our wedding with an old friend from the day I met her. All of the food was amazing and both the chef and pastry chef we so nice and accommodating. During our food tasting they came out with each meal and the chef was at our reception serving at one of our stations. All of the staff working our reception were so polite, accommodating and on their A game. The valet was awesome, we got married on a very rainy day and one of the valet guys stopped me to pick some dirt out of my dress. They were quick, friendly and super helpful! As you can see, the customer service was exceptional and it was so nice having all of our guests in one location. One of the best parts was being able to walk over to the onsite bar, Alice & Pete's after the reception to keep the party going.
