Saxy chef Aubrey was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Upon realizing that desserts being served at the restaurants she was cooking at didn't match the high quality of the main meal, she realized to enjoy a truly satisfying dessert she would have to make them herself. Dessert often gets overlooked, or focused only on how it looks. We have made it our mission to end this cycle.
We use only high-quality ingredients and source them locally whenever possible. We don’t use premade doughs, mixes, or fillings. Our ingredient lists are short, and totally understandable.

r had one prior. But after the first bite of her samples she had at the tasting, we were convinced she was the pastry chef we desired to deliver the perfect cake. In our case, we also wanted small desserts next to the cake as an expression of who my husband and I are individually, and she executed these to a high degree delivering delicious and expertly presented desserts. We highly recommend the Saxy Chef for any wedding dessert you may need!
