a week to find a replacement wedding officiant! You see, our area here in Sarasota had just gone through Hurricane Ian the week of our originally scheduled wedding. Once we rescheduled our event with the venue, we found out that the officiant we had originally booked with months before could no longer officiate our wedding, so after coming home to no electricity, and no internet, bad cell phone signal, I had a mission to find someone and in a hurry! It so happens that Stacy was available on the date we requested, and after our initial conversation, I sent her the information we had already put together for our previous officiant. Stacy was able to review the information, came to our rehearsal the day before the wedding, and was able to seamlessly step in and take over officiant duties! I could not be more pleased at the outcome, and how great of a job that Stacy did without missing a beat! She flawlessly executed our ceremony like she had been with us all along. I would highly recommend Stacy to any couple thinking about getting married on the Florida Suncoast!

We hired her for our rehearsal as well and she just made everything go so smooth and effortless . My nerves got to me a little prior to walking on our wedding day just thinking about how many eyes would be on me. She came stopped by and gave me a nice little pep talk and made me feel so comfortable. She also swung by the waiting area where my husband was and let him know how to grab my hands to help calm my nerves as well. Our families couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was. We will be forever thankful for her!!

Stacy helped us get together an officiant and ceremony just 2 days before the wedding day! She made sure to ask us questions to make the ceremony personalized to us and Arthur was so kind, it really felt like he was enjoying the wedding as much as we did! She was very thorough, she met with everyone in the wedding party so she could remember their names and after meeting with her and talking for 5 minutes and witnessing how effectively she was going to run the rehearsal all of our anxiety surrounding the ceremony vanished. She came highly recommended by the venue and event coordinator and now I understand why. I highly recommend her as well.

From the moment we chatted with her on the phone, you can tell she had such a positive and warm energy/vibe about her that put us at ease and as if we had been friends forever! She spent an hour on the phone with us getting to know us and then sent us a document with lots of different ideas of things we could do as part of the ceremony. And she offers to print out your vows or readings for you so you don’t even have to worry about forgetting anything! It was such a pleasure to work with her. This was one of the easiest parts of the whole wedding process! She was professional, communicative, on time, and was elegantly dressed for the occasion! I would highly recommend without reservation!

My fiancée and I decided we wanted a female with experience, who was smart, articulate, and sensitive, that could/would take the lead on everything (but would want our input) and know how to put everything together for us, without us having to do it for her first. After reviewing many, and speaking to three (who were all good), we knew that Stacy was the one, and we were right. Stacy made us feel comfortable on the phone and through every step of the process. That was the case on both on what she would do for our wedding ceremony and what we needed to do at the county level with the license etc. A week or two before the ceremony she had us answer a few questions to help her put together a service, and that was it. We were so at ease with everything, we were never nervous or stressed out leading up to the wedding ceremony and during the ceremony itself. The wedding service was wonderful. She wrote one that was perfect for us, extremely meaningful and personal to me and personal to my wife, and it all couldn't have been more exceptional . She is such a great gal and now a best friend. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly for anything, than for Stacy to preside over your wedding. My wife and I have already referred her to a newly engaged woman we met a few days ago when we were out for dinner!!
