Our team serves all couples and officiates ceremonies in some of the state's most beautiful locations and beaches with Gulf of Mexico ocean views. We offer comprehensive, affordable packages that include everything needed for an unforgettable ceremony. For destination wedding couples, they also offer a Florida Marriage License via Mail option. Say "I Do" on the SunCoast officiants have been serving couples since 2004. We bring expertise and passion for creating unforgettable custom-written ceremonies on the West Coast of Florida. Our team helps couples locate the ideal location for their celebration. We know all of the area’s most spectacular beaches, resorts, gardens and public accesses host a sunset ceremony. Expert officiants work with couples to create personalized ceremony plans. We offer a pre-event consultation service that establishes couples’ needs and can also facilitate destination weddings. We can organize extras including photography, violinist or guitarist, flowers, and hair and makeup onsite.

rea here in Sarasota had just gone through Hurricane Ian the week of our originally scheduled wedding. Once we rescheduled our event with the venue, we found out that the officiant we had originally booked with months before could no longer officiate our wedding, so after coming home to no electricity, and no internet, bad cell phone signal, I had a mission to find someone and in a hurry! It so happens that Stacy was available on the date we requested, and after our initial conversation, I sent her the information we had already put together for our previous officiant. Stacy was able to review the information, came to our rehearsal the day before the wedding, and was able to seamlessly step in and take over officiant duties! I could not be more pleased at the outcome, and how great of a job that Stacy did without missing a beat! She flawlessly executed our ceremony like she had been with us all along. She nailed the tone and messaging we were looking for and also gave us a really cool idea for post-ceremony exit which made for a lot of fun and awesome photos. When we decided to get married, we had in our mind and discussed prior, what kind of person would be perfect for us to do our wedding ceremony. It would be just the two of us in a special place in Sarasota, FL.
My fiancée and I decided we wan...
ted a female with experience, who was smart, articulate, and sensitive, that could/would take the lead on everything (but would want our input) and know how to put everything together for us, without us having to do it for her first. After reviewing many, and speaking to three (who were all good), we knew that Stacy was the one, and we were right.
Stacy made us feel comfortable on the phone and through every step of the process. That was the case on both on what she would do for our wedding ceremony and what we needed to do at the county level with the license etc. A week or two before the ceremony she had us answer a few questions to help her put together a service, and that was it.
We were so at ease with everything, we were never nervous or stressed out leading up to the wedding ceremony and during the ceremony itself. The wedding service was wonderful. She wrote one that was perfect for us, extremely meaningful and personal to me and personal to my wife, and it all couldn't have been more exceptional .
She is such a great gal and now a best friend. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly for anything, than for Stacy to preside over your wedding. My wife and I have already referred her to a newly engaged woman we met a few days ago when we were out for dinner!! If you want hassle-free perfection for your wedding ceremony, that you will be proud of having for you and any guests, Stacy is the one for you like she was for us.

Stacy form “Say I Do” was absolutely fabulous to work with, especially with all the postponements from the pandemic. She kept in constant contact and was very punctual on her responses back on our inquiries.
As for the ceremony it was spot on...
- exactly want we wanted and could have hoped for. She nailed the perfect time of day for a beautiful sunset, chose a spot that was very convenient and easy for us to get to, gave her suggestions as to specific spot to stand. Her vows captured us completely from a few emails and she took the time to take a few extra photos for us on our iphones!
Almost sad to say that I cant use her services again and again - but for a once in a lifetime experience you could not get any better!

I was ordained by United Faith Christian Ministries in 2003 and incorporate your faith, spirituality or solely the bond between you into the wedding ceremony. I am married with twin girls and I believe celebrating love never gets old!
