We are beyond grateful to Paola for turning our wedding dreams into a reality. From the moment we started talking to her we felt the connection right away she was able to quickly align with us on our vision and always assured us throughout the process that everything will turn out the way we want and not to worry. Having her made a huge difference and reduced the pressure of having everything done on time. She has a lot of experience and can navigate easiely through so many details in a short period of time. She was always available weather through email or setting up calls at our convenience. On the day of the wedding she was there through every step and made things so easy for us. Her team is also amazing and very professional. We could not recommend her enough as she deeply cares about her work and the finally outcome. We highly recommend her and her time!
Honestly, I’ve never met any person/company that made me feel more comfortable planning an event in my life- and I’ve had many. I had quite a few calls interviewing some of the “best” wedding planners in the business, but as soon as I had my call with Sandra, I fell hard and committed right then and there.
Say I do to to Details goes above and beyond and it doesn’t matter what you are spending, they will make sure EVERYTHING is perfect and will bend over backwards to make sure you and your soon to be spouse are comfortable with the whole process of getting married.
I was very hands on with my wedding that went from non traditional to a semi- traditional party to TRADITIONAL but with caveats , and way too many changing celebrity performances -and so many of our own spins. Sandra and Paola didn’t bat an eye but rather, embraced it all and suggested some of the best caterers, staging, lighting, staffing, etc. that would make the vision I had for the day come to life and worked within a budget but also made a very large, ever changing guest list with some very big names feel intimate and fun and very coordinated and catered too.
SIDTD not only made my wedding arguably one of the best wedding in terms of guest experiences, but one of the best wedding in terms of the planning experience.
I highly suggest them and I highly suggest that you trust the amazing professionals they suggest in terms of catering, cake, lighting, staging, etc. - they will definitely make sure you will not be disappointed. And they also will make sure your day goes exactly according to what you want.
Once I got engaged in 2022, I just knew that I wanted to hire a full service wedding coordinator to help us plan our wedding and take some of the stress off of my shoulders as the bride to be. I found Say I Do To Details online on the Knot and Carats & Cake, and let me just say that Paola and her team did such an amazing job at helping us plan and bring our vision to life for our special day. Our wedding was at Shutters On The Beach in Santa Monica, CA this past July 2023, and it was absolutely beautiful! Paola was an awesome go-getter, super helpful and I was so amazed that she thought of every detail during our planning, including how to add some special items to our wedding remembering our beloved English Bulldog that passed away in early 2023 who could not attend our wedding as originally planned. Paola assisted us with all the planning along the way, including rehearsal dinner night before wedding and the after wedding Brunch the next day since we turned it into a wedding weekend at Shutters for our guests. Also, Brianna did a fabulous job at assisting me on the day of the wedding in my bridal suite and kept me calm, while also making sure things went smoothly and that there was plenty of coffee, water & mimosas LOL to keep me and the bridal party going that day, as I did get a bit nervous and emotional prior to the ceremony and walking down the aisle. A big thank you to Paola, Sandra, Brianna and team, they were all great and I could not have done it without those ladies, we really appreciated all their assistance and going above and beyond to make our wedding special, it was perfect and the best day of my life! I would definitely choose Say I Do to Details again for our next big party, and would highly recommend them to help plan and coordinate your event as they do an amazing job. Paola and Sandra did an incredible job helping plan our wedding. I got married a couple weeks ago at Terranea hotel and it was the best day of my life. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations.
From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them.
I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I’m extremely type A and it’s hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%.
To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry.
Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they’re so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make.
I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they’ve been to. Moreover I’ve received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track.
There’s a trend on social media about “wedding regrets” and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I’m forever grateful.

My husband & I got married in November. When we reached out to Paola to see if anyone could help us, she told us Sandra was available. We were one month out from the wedding & due to issues with our previous planner, we had some food vendors, venue, flowers, a DJ but nothing else. Sandra pulled off an absolute miracle to give us our dream wedding in such a short time. She helped keep us calm when we were so overwhelmed by everything. Wedding planners don’t get enough credit for the long lasting memories they give their clients. Sandra quietly dealt with so many issues leading up the wedding & on the day & because of this my husband & I had a stress free wedding day. She bared the burden so we could do nothing but have the best time at our wedding. Because of her, we can honestly look back at our day & say we wouldn’t change a single thing even if we could. I can’t stress enough what a beautiful gift that is. Now that our wedding has passed, we miss talking with Sandra. She’s reached out a couple of times since & it makes us so happy to hear from her. She’s someone who we are going to keep in contact with for the rest of our lives. Whenever something big happens, we’ll want to reach out because she helped us through such a pivotal time. We went with Paola and Say I Do to Details for our full service wedding planning. We worked with Paola for about a year and couldn't have asked for a better planner. She was so on top of everything and took care of even the smallest details (name doesn't lie!) like the napkins and name cards. She has great taste as well and helped us pick our a venue/vendors that would compliment our style. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding.
Sandra and the Say I Do To Details team were absolutely amazing!! With just over a month until the wedding date, they brought the entire day together. A month out and no photographer, videographer, tables, silverware, layout, and the day turned out absolutely perfect. I can say with great confidence that if we had not found the Say I Do To Details team, we most likely would have had to postpone the wedding date.

Paola and her team were absolutely a pleasure to work with, and did an outstanding job! For context, Sandy and I got engaged in 2019, and had originally planned to get married in 2020, but everything got postponed due to the pandemic. It was definitely not the plan we have envisioned. But Paola's help and guidance made the entire process so easy and fluid. She consistently reassured us along the way, and we were able to re-envision a completely better version of the wedding we had always dreamed of. No matter what problems we faced, from the venue to vendors to even the smallest of details, Paola was there every step of the way and always made the process seamless. She stayed by our side for the entire 2-3 years, and we couldn't have ended up with such a joyous occasion without her expertise. We are eternally grateful to have had her aid on our wedding plans, and cannot recommend her any more!
Paola and her team did a the tremendous job! Michael and I got engaged in 2019 and we were going to get married in 2020. However with the pandemic—everything got postponed. It was a bride‘s nightmare! We postponed our wedding three times! However, with Paola and her team she made everything super easy and carefree. I did not have to worry about any of my contracts because she took care of all of that and ensured that everything was going to be ok. Paola stayed by our side and helped us have a beautiful wedding in 2022. She is very organized and made sure our wedding ran smoothly. I loved that I didn’t have to worry about any of my vendors during the day of my wedding, she had all their contact information and again, ensured everything was on schedule. If you are planning a wedding—big or small—take the stress out and hire Paola!

My husband and I came across Paola and Say I do to Details on the Knot after weeks of unsuccessful venue searches and visits on our own. We liked the aesthetic of her work from her website and Instagram account, and hoped she would be able to help us plan and coordinate the wedding of our dreams. To say she delivered is an understatement.
From venue selection, to coordinating hotels, to providing suggestions and insight into photographers, videographers, entertainment, rentals, etc. Paola was knowledgeable, had everything under control and knew what to prioritize and when. My husband and I have pretty demanding jobs, so I appreciated that Paola handled vendor communication and only looped us into emails when our attention was needed. Curious, I would often read entire email chains, and was impressed with Paola’s professionalism and her communication approach.
It was clear that Paola has an amazing network of vendors that already love working with her. I was able to interact with several of them before the wedding itself, and every one of them was a pleasure to meet and chat with.
When discussing the design and vision for the wedding, Paola was very attentive and understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for. As someone who typically likes to be in control of everything and be a part of any and all decisions, I was able to feel at ease having Paola drive everything, as I knew she would act in our best interest.
Paola had asked my husband and I our top 3 priorities for our wedding, to which we responded: 1) our guests have a great time, 2) the whole event runs smoothly and 3) the event would have a “wow” factor. She hit it out of the ballpark on all 3, even when we had some unforeseen last minute changes. Never did she seem flustered or stressed.
It has been almost a week since our wedding and my husband and I are still riding that wedding high. It’s crazy to think that we almost threw out the idea of having a wedding when we were getting overwhelmed trying to plan things ourselves. We are so happy we found Paola as she and her team truly created an unforgettable event that felt true to us and that we will forever look back on with fond memories.
We got engaged a little over a year ago with not realizing the complexity of organizing our wedding. We thought we could manage everything on our own (ha, silly us) but soon realized we needed help and guidance from an experienced planner for our destination wedding. We knew we were in good hands when we contacted Paola and her team! Our wedding turned out exactly like we had hoped it would, and it was all thanks to the incredible work of Paola, Sandra, and the team at Say I Do to Details.
They were on top of everything from the moment we started working with them, and it was indeed a relief to have their expertise at our disposal. From being the primary contact and creating the best style guide that communicated our vision clearly to vendors, it was clear that the team was invested in making our day very special. The deeper we got into planning our wedding in Cancun, the more questions and roadblocks we came across, but Paola helped navigate us through all the craziness. She and Sandra knew all the right questions to ask and were assertive with the resort and vendors when we needed things done. They were able to move our wedding start time to accommodate exceptional sunset wedding photos without any issues! Talk about going above and beyond. Having them there with us on our big day was a definite must as everything was beautiful and problem free. They were also a blast to hang out with during all the pre-wedding activities. Our families absolutely loved the team.
The only issue we had was not finding them as soon as we got engaged!

Being a wedding planner for over 30 years, I have been part of an insurmountable number of weddings. So when the day came to plan and design the most important wedding ever — my daughter’s — I knew that as mother of the bride, I would need a planner for day of coordination.
Being a perfectionist with a somewhat commanding personality, it was going to be a challenge — that many planners would have shied away from — to carry out a wedding that my daughter and I had planned for months and months.
That is when I hired Say I Do to Details and never looked back. Paola and her team jumped in as if they had been a part of the planning since day one. They assured me that my daughter’s dream wedding would go off without a hitch — and it did thanks to Paola, Sierra and Sandra. Nothing was overlooked…even the smallest detail of sewing the father of the bride’s button on his tuxedo jacket moments before walking down the aisle!
Taking on a wedding where the mother of the bride is a wedding planner is not an easy feat but Paola and her team accomplished it with grace and professionalism down to the last detail.

Say I Do to Details was a great wedding coordinator - professional, experienced, and great with decor. As our day-of coordinators, Paola and Sandra were “yes people” - it didn’t feel like they were drawing lines in the sand of what they would and wouldn’t help with (like a lot of other coordinators we interviewed.) Prior to the wedding, they helped think through all the small details and took the many last minute covid changes in stride. One thing I was really looking for in a coordinator was help with setting up my decor (I made the florals, backdrop, signs so it was a big project.) Paola and Sandra and their assistant Sierra shined in this area and staged everything perfectly. They handled problems with a calm professionalism that comes with being in the business for a while. Ie when several candles melted in the sun, they cleaned it up and moved the remaining candles in between the night's events so we’d still have candles in both areas. They also went above and beyond, like packing up our entire van at the end of the event so we were able to go off to our after party without lifting a thing, and we really appreciated that. Say I Do to Details were the perfect combination of seen yet unseen at the event. They made sure everything moved along, but left us alone to enjoy our friends/family and that led to a really stress-free and fun wedding. Given their fair pricing and everything that they provided, I would absolutely recommend them to all brides.
Right off the bat, Sandra was an incredible day of coordinator. We had a schedule that we discussed about a week prior to the wedding and she ensured every event happened down to the minute. We were very impressed with her professionalism and proficiency and she made our big day go very smoothly.
The one complaint we had was some miscommunication prior to the wedding. We did hire Say I Do as a day of coordinator so we knew that we would have to do all the heavy lifting prior to the wedding ourselves. One of the issues we had was when emailing Paola we felt that some of our input wasn't taken into account or slipped through the cracks. Also, we were not informed that Sandra would be our point of contact until a couple days before the wedding.
In the end, Say I Do did a phenomenal job as a day of coordinator and we had no complaints on our big day.
We are so, so happy to have worked with Say I do To Details team! Paola is professional and keeps you on track throughout the planning process, making sure you will have wedding of your dreams! Planing a New Year’s Eve wedding with balloon drop and champagne towers isn’t easy. She definitely handled the stress of it, went above and beyond to deliver the most beautiful wedding! I’ll never forget walking into the reception room and loosing my breath. It was gorgeous, perfect , and unforgettable!
When it comes to vendors, many questions come up during wedding planning, and I could count on Paola to give us the best advice and opinion. She also can handle all situations and builds great relationship with them. At the end, she wants you to make final decisions based on your own style and wants, and helps you bring it all together for a beautiful and seamless event. We could also trust her design instincts when we didn't trust our own, and she helped us reduce costs where we wanted to! She worked her magic and we were able to have everything we needed and want with our budget!
The wedding day was easy and flawless because Say I do to Details.! Paola, Sandra, and everyone in her team worked so hard for US. I will never forget their generosity and professionalism. I get emotional just thinking about my wedding night, and my heart gets filled with gratitude.

Paola and her team at Say I Do to Details were amazing for our wedding, and even the months leading up to it. I am so glad we had them because our wedding ran so smoothly. We had a really large wedding and everything about that day was perfect. Paola created a detailed timeline and made sure our vendors were accounted for. She and her team made our wedding vision come to life. It was everything we wanted and more. I can’t say enough good things about them. At our reception, her team made sure my husband and I were fed before the reception even started. It was nice to have a moment to ourselves before the actual party started. Throughout the night, they were so responsive to us and made sure we were okay. Paola was fenomenal! I can’t thank her enough and the reason I write this is because I plan my wedding 2 months in advance which is nothing. Still she made everything work by keeping me on track. The day of the wedding she brought an assistance that me an my family were impressed with because she will solve everything so fast while Paola kept me flowing in everything. I felt like a guest in my own wedding in the best way. When it finished I couldn’t believe I was not stressed or saw any problems and if they were I never realized as she make it all flow and so smooth . I even forgot my garter and she brought a super cute one for me to surprise my husband and boy did he love it! We were also running out of time and she effortlessly made all the staff and place moved it to end an hour later so we could enjoy and finish our schedule. 5 stars is not enough from all she did for us, Plus she speaks Portuñol which is as fantastic as half of my family doesn’t speak English properly.
While planning for our wedding, my husband and I knew that we were going to hire a wedding coordinator. The venue we chose required one and I read a bunch of articles that recommended having one. We got married at Smoky Hollow Studios and I looked at their preferred vendors and found Say I Do to Details. I emailed them and Paola reached out to me right away. We met with her in person and I felt confident that on the day of the wedding everything would go smoothly since she and Sandra had worked many times at our venue. We opted for the day-of-coordination package after speaking with Paola. I really appreciated her honesty with the packages they offered and not trying to upsell us - since weddings are already so expensive. She was upfront about what we would benefit from with just the day-of-coordination. A few months before our wedding, I upgraded to the month-of-coordination because I felt like I needed extra help with our last minute things. Paola gave us vendor recommendations for florals, staffing, bar services, and rentals. We ended up using all but one of her recommendations - which were very helpful. We had an issue with the bar service, but Paola reached out to other bar services and we were able to book a bartender last minute.
On the day of our wedding, I can truly say everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. Paola, Sandra and Brianna took care of everything and made sure that we were where we needed to be. They even made sure we ate which was amazing. Paola even kept our wedding party in line when a few were not listening before the grand entrance.
Overall, we had a great wedding day. Paola was very accessible leading up to the wedding day. I was worried about the day of timeline and make sure all the vendors knew where they needed to be, but Paola and Sandra took care of it all and on the day of, I (as the bride) thought everything ran smoothly. We were very happy with Paola and her team on our big day.

Paola and her team did a fantastic job helping to plan our wedding. She has great vendor contacts with moderate price lists, perfect for anyone trying to be smart with their budget. She also take the time to shop around for vendors/quotes so you feel confident you're picking the best choice. If I could give 6 stars I would! Paola and her team were the best decision my husband and I ever made. We had full wedding planning and Paola made the entire process so easy and fun for us (something I feel like rarely gets said when wedding planning in mentioned!) Our wedding day was so incredibly magical for us, and we owe it all to Paola and her team. Every detail was taken care of, set up and clean up, the timeline of the day, all the vendor details - all done by Paola and her team so we could enjoy our special day together. My one recommendation to everyone getting married in the LA area is CALL PAOLA. We cannot thank the Say I Do to Details team enough and will be recommending them to everyone! They are truly the best at what they do!
Paola and Sandra are in your corner! We did an exhaustive search for planners for our wedding at Terranea in June and what immediately drew us to Paola was her resourcefulness and her hands-on approach. While many of the planners we interviewed had strict limits on communication or budgets, Paola was willing to work with our needs and vision for our wedding in a way that felt personal and invested in achieving all of our goals.
The vendors that she put us in contact with were, across the board, excellent, competitively priced and - most important to us - in line with the personalities we wanted surrounding us on the weekend. We ended up having Paola and her team work with us for 3 events on our wedding weekend - a Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Drinks, the Wedding itself, and a Beach Brunch the day after. The team worked hard to ensure that each event was unique and exactly what we had envisioned. Whenever we had a concern about a vendor's budget or execution, she tackled the issue head on and was never afraid to ask for what we needed. We've made new favorite restaurants, bakeries, and rental companies that we'll almost certainly use again and those were all Paola finds.
We are full of wonderful, positive memories of the entire weekend and so many of the best touches are thanks entirely to Paola, Sandra, and the rest of the team at Say I Do to Details.
We hired Paola and Say I Do to the Details to help us for the "Month Of" wedding preparation. They did a very good job especially on the wedding day and night. Paola was very helpful in providing referrals to us several months before the wedding as well. Paola is a lovely person, very knowledgable and able to deal well with the venue staff..
I think it is important to know what you are are paying for and what you are not. We realized our decision to do 'month of" meant there would be a lot we were responsible for. As long as you have realistic expectations of the service you are buying you will be pleased!
Paola and Sandra did a great job as our Wedding Day Of coordinators. We had some quirky personal touches for our venue (lots of personal pictures and big LEGOs that we built together) and they made sure all of the decorations looked great. They were also super helpful and proactive on managing the flow of the day, with great suggestions on some reshuffling of cake cutting time to make sure we had time to sneak out for sunset pics. Most importantly we weren't distracted with issues or annoyances and we were able to have a ton of fun getting married!
I hired Paola/Say I Do To Details for my June 2019 wedding in Pacific Palisades and she was fantastic! I live in Washington DC so it can be hard to remotely plan a wedding in LA, but with Paola's help it wasn't even a problem. Paola recommended fantastic local vendors, knew everything I could do remotely and identified essential tasks to complete while I was in town, and was incredibly helpful in all aspects leading up to my big day. Paola was direct, prepared, organized, and always responsive. I would highly recommend her for your event.
I recently got married and we hired Paola and Sandra for their partial planning services for our wedding. Paola is extremely organized and was great at communicating with me on what needed to get done and making sure I was staying on task. I would say without a doubt that her connections to various vendors and referrals from her are a priceless asset when hiring her. I had a relatively short engagement (8 months) so I didn't have the time to thoroughly research and vet vendors on my own so I trusted Paola's expertise when it came to sourcing vendors for my wedding. She coordinated all of their contracts and insurance requirements for the wedding venue as well.
Everything came together so beautifully on our special day! It didn't go without a hitch - my fiancee got a bloody nose while we were taking pictures and of course I look down and there's a bright red spot on my bright, white dress. But Paola's emergency kit came to the rescue! She had this stain remover wipe that was PURE MAGIC. You couldn't even tell that I had blood on my dress moments before. She made sure we stayed on time during the wedding, but always made sure that I was enjoying myself as well. I'm already thinking of future events I might need to hire Paola for! Maybe a baby shower in the next year?!?

We hired Paola and her team for our wedding on October 13th in Santa Barbara, and after months and months of planning together I can honestly say that our wedding was not only a life long wedding dream come true, but it FAR exceeded my expectations, and absolutely taking my breath away...literally! I was balling when I saw the reception set up for the first time and was so blown away with just how perfectly Paola captured my vision and brought it to life. I know I was a very picky bride at times, and sometimes even changing my mind during uncertainties, but throughout it all Paola was so easy going, amicable, and did everything with ease. Being that this was the very first true wedding that both my husband's family and my family have ever really had, I truly didn't know WHAT to expect during the whole wedding planning process. At times Paola was SO calm that I often had my doubts (lol). Like... Does she like me? Does she like my ideas? Is she getting it? I'm excited, is she excited?? but on the day of the wedding it all made sense. If you are reading this right now, I am telling you, wedding planners absolutely DO NOT get enough credit for everything they do- before and after the wedding. The time they spend on any given wedding, the research, the budgeting, the long emails, the coordinating, the calls, the meetings, the long nights, the trials and errors, the back and forth, and not to mention the occasional infamous bridezilla (I'm sure), the list could go on! They have so much on their plate, and because a wedding is undoubtedly one of the most important days in a couples life, they have a ton of pressure to withstand and overcome- which means they can never skip a beat! So remaining reposeful during the planning process totally made sense. On the day of the wedding I felt like I hardly saw Paola, but ironically, not once was I ever worried about any of the details being missed or forgotten- and I felt no need to call or even text her. I fully 'let go', and was able to be present in the moment. That's how confident I was in her and her team. On the other hand, when I did see her, she was just as calm as she had always been, so harmonious and genuinely happy for us, and made me feel so special as a bride, and I cant tell you enough how helpful that was. It was as if I was channeling her calmness and it put any remaining bride worries that I had in the back of my mind, to rest. The entire day was a blissful breeze! Paola and her team are such wonderful people and professionals- always putting their best foot forward, and they will not be satisfied until you are. Say I Do To Details deserves a gold medal and we will be recommending them for days to come! We can't thank them enough. Oh! One more thing... you pronounce her name PAW-ol-uh. Not PAY-ol-uh. ;-) (lol, you're welcome).

Upon reflecting on our wedding, my husband says quite frankly that Sandra was the best decision we made for that day (and we had the most incredible vendors). It was clear from our very first meetings to the end of the wedding night, that she constantly had us in mind and nothing else. I firmly believe she is the reason everything at our wedding went so perfectly. Sandra was never affected by stress when problems arose. (Even time-sensitive ones!) She always remained calm and approached every problem with understanding. She was always happy and willing to help and find solutions to even the most minor of problems. As the bride, I have to say that my wedding day felt like a perfect, beautiful dream because I did not have a single thing to worry or feel anxious about. (And for an anxious person, that is a feat!) Sandra is an angel. I cannot say enough good things about her and Paola. I was in last minute panic mode needing to find a day of coordinator and they swooped in and saved the day. I first met Paola / Say I do to Details through my work. I have worked on a few events with Paola these past couple of years. Once I booked the wedding venue (they required a coordinator) I reached out to Paola because she seemed like a great option.
I hired Say I do to Details for the "Month Of" Services. I worked with both Sandra & Paola, I'm really happy with the service they provided . They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the wedding planning process and offered great advice. It was also important to me that the coordinator be able to speak some Spanish as a lot of my guests were Spanish speakers only and Paola knows enough of the language to be able to communicate effectively. I did the walk-through & rehearsal dinner with Sandra. We also met with Paola/Sandra a few weeks prior to the wedding to finalize the lay out and timeline. After the meeting I told my fiance "they really have this down" because I realized that they have A LOT of experience. The day of the wedding was great, Paola took care of all the arrangements with the rentals/caterer/florist, etc and only came to check on me while I was getting my hair & makeup done. Before my wedding someone told me to expect small hiccups on the wedding day but to be honest if there were any issues I didn't hear about it because Say I do took care of all that for me. On a side note, something I noticed is that Paola genuinely loves weddings and was genuinely happy for me & my husband, it's really great having someone like that take care of you on your wedding day.
It’s really all in the name, the details were planned and executed perfectly. From day 1, Paola and Sandra focused on what the bride wants through detailed questions and discussions. Paola was open minded and listened to our ideas, and provided good ideas to help fill in the gaps when needed. Paola, Sandra and their team were hired do help with the wedding day minus 1 month planning, plus the day of coordinating. Paola booked the last few vendors that needed to be booked, and then really impressed us on the day of! Her and Sandra were on top of every minute of the day and kept thing moving smoothly (thanks to the great timeline put together earlier). The wedding ceremony and reception where at two different locations, but that didn’t make a difference to Say I Do to the Details team. They had everything ready at the reception on time and accurately setup to the plan. It’s important to note that the wedding was a little unusual with a pre-ceremony gathering, ceremony, post-ceremony happy hour, a cocktail hour, then the reception...it was like 4 parties in one day, yet Paola and Sandra handled it with a smile and calmness. Even when the bride and groom were confused on some details, they calmly and respectful played along until the groom realized the mistake. Above all, Paola and Sandra handled the overbearing father of the bride with an amazing level of professionalism. All guests mentioned the details, details, and details...saying how it was the most unique and fun wedding they’ve ever attended...this is the type of reaction Say I Do to the Details create!
Paola and her team are amazing. Working with the Say I Do to Details team literally saved my wedding. My husband and I are from two very different cultures and Paola did an amazing job showcasing both on our day. Paola and her team were amazing to work with from choosing vendors to day of coordination. She was always available, always organized and always a pleasure to talk to. I’d also like to mention the lady in waiting service was a must. Breanna was amazing, made sure I ate, touched up my makeup and hair and even helped with final touches on party favors. Paola and the Say I Do to Details team did a wonderful job providing partial planning services leading up to our wedding and providing full coordination of our wedding on the day of. While Paola's expertise was invaluable during the planning process, especially with suggesting tried-and-true vendors who fit within our target price range, her and her team's speed, efficiency, and flexibility on wedding day were what made them a true asset. They helped us deal with multiple unexpected hiccups on our wedding day, including a mix-up with one of our vendors, and the fact that I forgot to wear my garter (she and her team somehow made a makeshift garter for the toss). Overall, the fact that we were able to relax, enjoy our special day, and soak in all the details while spending quality time with family and friends was an amazing thing that ultimately made them a vendor worth hiring.
Working with Paola and her business partner Sandra was a godsend. During the year leading to our wedding she has been very attentive, on schedule, and has great communication. She covers every base of the wedding and doesn't leave any missing parts, or holes that need to be covered. She is very detailed oriented and on schedule. Just the person we needed for our first wedding. On the day of the Paula and I wedding, she was coordinating every little detail on decorations, parking violation, and even during the rehearsal. With her new born Delilah that still didn't stop her making the wedding the most enjoyable. The one thing that I loved is that after the reception was complete, we finally could drink and have fun by the end of the night, her crew had everything packed for us, the cake, our luggage, our decorations nice and packed for us to return back to the store :p . I recommend Paola and her business partners 100% to serve anyone's wedding as it makes the experience really enjoyable.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paola, Sandra and the entire Say I Do to Details team. I hired Paola for day-of planning for what was supposed to be a small wedding, that ultimately turned into a very large one (260+ guests).
Our contract opened with a very clear delineation of her roles, and what help/service I could expect from her and her team. This open communication is a platform for Paola's practice. I always felt comforted by her calmness, her organization, and her complete understanding of the great stress that comes with a big wedding. While she was to be my day of planner, our work together started long before my big day. She brought up SO MANY THINGS that I had not even considered in the planning of my wedding.
Paola offers competitive pricing and she was willing to work we me to keep me within my budget. Honestly, having her in my corner ultimately saved me a lot of money. She knows what to anticipate and knows how to work well in a dynamic environment. I only wish that I had hired her for more than just day of planning.
A week before my wedding, I had to make major changes to my venue organization because way more guests RSVP'd than we had anticipated. She took everything in stride and really helped me get on track.
On the day of my wedding, I didn't want to do a lot of the traditional things (bouquet toss, first dance, etc.) with a super short ceremony and lots of emphasis on the dancing/music. My venue gave very little time to set up, which was particularly challenging when we were over capacity for the space. She worked hard to really make my vision really come to life all while taking all of the stress off of my shoulders so that I could really enjoy my wedding. She was also phenomenal at managing my way too big bridal party (15 groomsmen!!). Paola and her team had walkie-talkies and electronic copies to reference our time line at all times. They communicated with each other constantly and worked SO hard to keep us on schedule!! She would check in on my for vital things but mostly handled last minute clarification to my vendors herself.
I am so grateful for her expertise, happy and helpful demeanor and for her astonishing attention to detail.

I found Paola Franco and Say I Do to Details via a referral from one of the wedding venues I was looking at. Although I ultimately didn't choose to go with that venue, I was so glad that they had introduced me to Paola and her company. I called her on my way home from work and we had a great chat, after that first call I immediately felt in a good place. After that, we set up a time to meet at a coffee shop near our homes. Bonus: we lived in the same area so that was awesome! After my very first meeting with Paola she had me thinking about details I hadn't thought of before and logistical aspects I didn't even know to ask! That's what I love about her- she thinks of everything. We hired her for partial planning and the months leading up to my wedding she was always there to answer my texts, emails and phone calls. On the day of I was so glad she, Sandra, and her team were there! I cannot say enough good things about how kind and sweet these ladies are. I cannot recommend "Say I do to Details" enough. I had the pleasure of working with Jaclyn for my October 2017 wedding. She was incredible. She and I worked together the month before the wedding ironing out all the details and the little things I never would have thought of. She was incredibly organized, knowledgable and available whenever I needed to ask her to ask a question. As amazing as she was leading up to the wedding she was even greater at my wedding. From coordinating the wedding day schedule with all our bridesmaids, groomsmen, family members, and vendors - to ensuring that the wedding kept on schedule. Anything we needed that day she had - from kleenex to getting the groomsmen pre-wedding snacks. We had multiple family members and guests come up to us at the wedding to tell us how impressed they were with her. Paola, Sandra, and the whole Say I Do to Details team were fantastic! We couldn’t have done it without them. We hired SIDD for our rehearsal dinner, wedding planning, and farewell brunch. Their rates are very fair and competitive. Paola was always very considerate of our budget and never pushed us to spend more. She has a wealth of good venues and vendors at her disposal that were all better than we could have imagined. The dinner and ceremony venues she found for us were a dream come true. The SIDD team and their army of vendors always listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make our own unique vision come to life. Paola always let us know what to expect and when, and made our lives simpler by always prioritizing things for us so we knew what to be working on and when. We are so happy that we decided to use Say I Do To Details to coordinate our wedding. They have several packages to fit the needs of any bride and groom. As our wedding day got closer, I got more and more nervous about all the little details. However, when I walked into our venue, everything was perfect. It was better than I ever could have imagined! We never truly believed that Wedding Ninjas were real…UNTIL my wife and I saw Paola and her team in action. We hired "Say I Do" about four weeks before our big day after plans with our original planners very unfortunately fell through. Though we went into a bit of panic-mode, we weren’t extremely worried because we had ended up doing most of the planning ourselves up until that point, or so we thought. Now looking back, we are SO grateful for Paola, Sandra, Maryan and Vanessa -- we couldn’t have pulled our amazing day off so smoothly without them. Prompt, stealth, and in control the entire time. They were the first ones there and the last ones to leave, and the whole time maintained an amazing attitude and work ethic, and so effortlessly adapted and adjusted to the flow of our wedding/reception!
Oh, and did I mention Paola had literally just had a baby when we reached out to hire her? Juggling a newborn, weddings every weekend leading up to ours, and taking us on as a last-minute client, she deserves all the praise we can give.

I never thought I would be one to get a coordinator, but I am glad I did. Paola & Sandra always stayed on track throughout the wedding process. They made my DIY wedding better than I had envisioned, they put all the details I had planned together and executed it! Paola decorated the desert table and it came out so beautiful. Our wedding was beautiful, filled with overwhelming love and happiness. I am so thankful for Paola & Sandra.

Design Service - I gave Paola scattered pictures, ideas, and Pinterest boards, and she gave me a cohesive wedding theme. I planned my entire wedding from Pittsburgh and never got to see my venue before the wedding day. My venue was rustic and raw with a lot of potential, which also means it had potential for ending up like a diy project gone wrong. It was comforting to know that Paola knew the space and was designing my theme with that in mind. Say I do to Details transformed the space into the perfect blend of rustic and whimsical. I received so many compliments about the decor/theme of my wedding and mostly found myself admitting that all the originality was Paola's doing.
Coordinator Service- Say I do to Details made the wedding day go on without a hitch. They took care of every detail and made sure that I got to enjoy my day. Our parents were so thrilled that Paola and Sandra were there to take care of the wedding logistics so they could enjoy themselves. The day-of-coordinator package also included coordinating with vendors in the days leading up to the wedding and this aspect of the package freed up a lot of my time in the final days.
Say I So to Details, where to start.. Paola, Vanessa and her u to have worked and such a great team and have already recommended to some of our guest.. They very organized and responded with any issues that arises with such ease. Paola's reassurance knowing that everything will go as planned. All doubts and hesitation when planning your own wedding completely dissolved when having Paola and her team as your coordinator. My husband and I met Paola while attending an open house night at our wedding venue. Our first impression of her was that she was friendly, organized and very professional... boy did she live up to this and then some! We hired her as our day-of coordinator since we were on a budget and planning in only four short months. She did so much more than just the day-of coordinating. We received a wealth of information from her in timelines and checklists for the entire month leading up to our big day, as well as frequent reminders via email which greatly helped in keeping me on track.
At the start of our wedding day, Paula and her assistant, Sandra did a great job of setting up our multiple signs, guest book, cake stand, dining tables, floral arrangements and many candles. They received and kept track of all wedding presents as guests arrived. In the middle of this detailed setup, she even noticed that the cake needed a finishing touch and she knew just how to fix what had been overseen. The result was stunning. Paola also had a way of allaying my worries the day of the wedding. Her updates on my timeline came at perfect intervals so I didn't feel overwhelmed but was also very aware of the schedule. This was very comforting. I was able to focus on just being a bride and soaking in each moment of the day.
Of course, having always heard of friends' wedding glitches, I wondered which hiccups would become part of my wedding story. But Paola and Sandra were so thorough, focused and organized that every aspect of the evening ran smoothly. They were great at communicating with our other vendors: the wedding officiant, DJ, cake delivery, caterers, photographer, videographer and venue manager/staff. The feedback from our guests has been incredible. Some of them have even said it was like something out of a movie, a perfectly executed production.
Needless to say, we highly recommend Paola, Sandra, and Say I Do To Details!
