Say It On A Bottle

This is a review of the engraving portion of the shop. I've never actually been to the liquor store. I ordered a Jack Daniels bottle engraved with a message & a picture from their website(sayitonabottle.net/). When I received the bottle, many of the letters were either chipped or very faded & the image was a complete blur, you couldn't even tell what it was. I was extremely disappointed as this was a special 30th birthday gift and now I'm pretty embarrassed to give it. I called to see what they could do to fix the situation & they would make another bottle but I'd have to pay another $20 for shipping on top of what I had already paid for the bottle plus still send the damaged bottle back. It's very shameful customer service to not compensate when they've sent out a damaged product. I was excited to order many other gifts from them, but they have definitely lost me as a customer. Clearly making quality products & keeping a happy customer base is not their thing.
