Located in San Francisco, CA, Scarborough handcrafts custom tailored suits and tuxedos for weddings and other special occasions. At this luxury boutique, each client is treated as a blank slate whose vision must be highlighted through the finest fabrics and styles. Founder Christian Gardner knows that in this fast-paced, anonymous world, old-fashioned values of quality over quantity are fast disappearing. He and his team therefore take the time to thoughtfully and patiently design and tailor each suit. They build lasting relationships with clients that are knit together with loyalty and trust. Every garment is unique and created to showcase the success and confidence of the person wearing it.
Christian traces his lineage back to Halifax, England, where his family worked in the textiles and wool industries. He pays homage to these roots with his company Scarborough, which is an old family name. Christian himself grew up surrounded by superior style and spent 10 years in Europe walking in high-end fashion shows. This designer has over 11 years of experience crafting custom suits for some of the most exclusive clients, including celebrity weddings, CEOs, and sports stars.
Your experience with Scarborough will begin with a personal consultation with Christian and a measurement appointment. Christian will work hard to understand your personality and expectations and design a suit or tuxedo that perfectly complements both. Ensembles are made using the highest-quality fabrics and finishing options and are sourced from the most sought-after cloth mills in the world. For your big day, the company also offers sports coats, shirts, custom shoes, and accessories.
