re who we wanted to work with. Tanner made us feel so comfortable, like we had known each other forever. So easy to talk to about what we envisioned for our special day. With us having an elopement ceremony as opposed to a traditional wedding, and in a different state (that we had never been to), we wanted to make sure we chose a team that would be able to see our vision and make it come to life without us being physically present. Amanda, Nikki and Madison did just that. We trusted them to guide us through Arches National Park to make our vision come to life and they did not disappoint! These kind and talented ladies made our day nothing short of memorable from start to finish. With it being an elopement, we had no family or friends in town with us so these ladies even made a special trip to our airbnb to help me button up the back of my dress. My husband and I did a first look at our location so he couldn’t see me which meant they also had to drive me to the location. When I asked them about this in initial conversations, there was no hesitation on their end. They went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful for their help and generosity! Throughout the day, we laughed constantly and everything felt so natural (as we both get pretty shy behind the camera). These ladies allowed us to be who we are without judgment and supported us the entire day. They were our hype girls!! And since we didn’t have family with us, they honestly felt like our family for the day! We received our photos and videos back about 2.5 months after our wedding day which is what they promised so we appreciate that. Our photos and video came back amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend this team of amazing individuals for your wedding day! Worth every single penny!! ibly helpful and responsive. We booked the standard photography package, and the add on options were extensive. We got matched with Brinton and his assistant Emma about 2 months before the event. They let us add an extra hour of photos the week of the wedding. Flash forward to wedding day, they were on time and took the gondola with my bridesmaids. We rolled straight into my first look and they did an amazing job of directing us and helping us get good photos. During the ceremony, Brinton was always in perfect position. We snuck out after dinner to get photos in the scenery, we couldn’t pass up the sunset on the mountain. Brinton and Emma blended into our party so well, they felt more like guest and our family and friends LOVED them. They were always in the right spot and we rode down in the gondola with Emma to wrap up the night. As two people who hate being photographed, they were a dream to work with and the best people we could have asked for!

noticed that during our bridals and our engagements, we didn't just hire artists. We hired directors who could guide us through everything. And they were the absolute hype team. I loved having Ellie and Aaron (they're husband and wife) because they work sooo good together as a team. Then for my wedding day they basically orchestrated the entire thing. With the help of my wedding planner I am sure behind the scenes, but Ellie and Aaron were always there telling me what the next thing was on the list. I love that they accounted for the shots that were really important to me too. It was so important that they got video of our first and last dance together of the night. And I felt like a movie star my entire wedding day with their team following me. It was all just a dream. So if your debating if they are worth the cost... THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE

We were able to provide pertinent information such as; sickly, elderly guest(s) whom need to be made priority during family portraits. Once our team was assigned, a phone call took place to finalize desires, goals, needs and to have any last minute questions or concerns addressed. We were blessed with the team of Brinton and Colby. These gentleman were easy going, warm-hearted and playful. Not for a minute, were either of us nor our family, ever uncomfortable or felt pressured. The process was gentle, friendly and natural feeling. We received our galleries, videos and audios in a timely fashion. Everything had my Husband and I in tears. The approach to the videography was both your Highlight Reel and the remainung is put into these organized mash ups of your raw, natural, sorta vlog style. I found this to be incredible. We highly recommend Scarlet Oak Studio for your special day. We are forever in debt to the priceless memories they’ve captured for us and our future children to look back on.

ncredible! Even before the ceremony, they were excellent as far as communication and making sure our voices were heard. They were so prepared and personable and we felt like we were talking with friends who we have known for a long time. We immediately felt comfortable and listened to, and the team fully understood the vision that we had for our wedding down to every little detail. They are also experts and were able to provide a lot of good advice and pointers for things that we hadn't initially accounted for. We were also so blown away by their website. It is so professional and they have thousands of their photos and videos on the website. You can be assured that you will be getting the best quality photo and video for any setting, lighting, weather, etc.. we had so many friends recommend Scarlet Oak! On the wedding day, one thing that really stood out to us was the flow. The entire team made sure to keep things on time, but were also very flexible and organized and made sure that we got all of the shots with all of the people that we wanted to. That being said, we never felt like the team was in the way. They kept the entire day focused on us and made sure that we were comfortable and had time to spend with our loved ones. They also came prepared and provided makeup wipes, Bobby pins, Kleenex, safety pins, etc on hand which was super useful!! Another unique thing they did was a wedding Livestream for our ceremony and reception. We had a particular family member who was not able to make the wedding in person. They watched the Livestream and said that everything was clear and easy to follow and they almost felt like they were there in person! The team was so professional and personable through and through and we could not recommend Scarlet Oak more!!

The team was extremely communicative and took the time to get to know us and our vision for the wedding. We opted for a single photographer and single videographer, which suited our needs as we had a smaller wedding. Brinton was our photographer, Colby was the videographer, and they made a fantastic team! They kept our guests laughing and at ease, which translated to amazing shots of friends and family. We appreciated that both Brinton and Colby stayed close to us throughout the wedding and captured all of our moments. We were provided clear timelines before and after the wedding of when we could expect our photos and videos back. Once we had them back we were BLOWN AWAY by the quality. We would not hesitate to hire Scarlet Oak Studio again for any future events.

We met them before the wedding and we went over every detail. They were accommodating of our requests, paid attention to details and they kept a good eye on our hair and make up as we mentioned in the questionnaire. They did an amazing job capturing pictures, capturing films and capturing memories. We had a lot going on, four separate events for our wedding over two days and scarlet oaks did a spectacular job, they arrived on time, stayed late, they were there the entire time, reliable and provided amazing quality. They were helpful the entire time, they brought us napkins as we were sweating after our performance, drove us to the venue from our Airbnb, kept a close eye on our makeup, gave good suggestions for pictures from different angles. They were patient with us even when there were delays from our end. They had their big beautiful smiles through every wedding event. Looking at your photographer and videographer's smile automatically makes you smile and brings out even better pictures. They captured all the natural moments brilliantly. They surprised us by editing our pictures and videos early by almost a month and a half!! An amazing surprise after you’ve been eagerly waiting for all the memories to come back! Wedding day is a blur, no matter how much you promise yourself that you’ll take time to enjoy it yourself.
