red. To say I fell in love was an understatement. Laura is kind, attentive, and professional; all of this before even talking about the cows! Laura was so plugged in at every step of the way which I so appreciated. She was thorough, flexible, and responsible which really made my type A personality feel actually at peace. And now the most important part. The cows are friendly and sweet. They have so many different personalities and really made the experience so special and fun. The whole property is perfect, so bucolic and peaceful. The bnb on the property is well-maintained and fits a whole bridal party. If you want a picturesque wedding, please just go to Laura. I can’t wait to go back and see the cows!

From the very beginning, the team was responsive and accommodating, always one step ahead and ready to make things seamless for both vendors and guests. It’s so important that my couples choose a venue that supports their vision, and Scarlet Springs did not disappoint. The bride and groom were absolutely glowing by the end of the night — and so were their guests!
Everyone had an incredible time enjoying the breathtaking views, the peaceful atmosphere, and of course, the adorable cows — who truly felt like guests of honor themselves!
Working alongside Laura was a dream. She was calm, detailed, and always available when I needed anything. Her proactive communication and dedication to the couple’s day made all the difference. Alan was also a lifesaver — constantly making sure guests and vendors were comfortably transported across the property in his UTV, always with a smile.
You can clearly see that this is not just a job for the Scarlet Springs Farm team — it’s a passion. Their warmth, attention to detail, and love for what they do shows in every interaction and every corner of the property.
As a coordinator, I’m always ready for the unexpected, but having a venue team like this behind me made everything run smoothly. Thank you to the entire Scarlet Springs Farm family for helping make my couple’s dream wedding come true.
