r makeup and did not want full glam. I wanted to look like myself. I did not tell them I was getting married as I did not want any fuss or to talk about the wedding as I was already stressed. My bridesmaid was also booked for hair and makeup and knew I was not getting full glam and did not tell them I was getting married. My stylist completed my hair and makeup. The makeup was fine but the hair curling was nothing like the retro style I showed her. She also told me the curls were going to fall out. She curled the same pieces over and over again without pinning them up to cool. She essentially straightened my hair. I didn’t have time to make them fix it. I went to check out and was told my bill was now $300 as I was being charged bridal prices. My stylist did not know I was getting married. How could I receive bridal services? My bridesmaid had told her stylist I was getting married so she changed my booking without speaking to me. What if I didn’t have $300? Was I supposed to run my head under the sink? If they had spoken to me before hand I would of walked out and done my own hair and makeup. I complained and was told they would only lower the price to $265. This caused unnecessary stress on my wedding day and created tension with my bridal party. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
