d goes above and beyond to make sure your special day runs perfectly. From the first meeting, she understood our vision and worked with us to make sure all vendors worked together seamlessly.
Beyond vendor coordination, her vast experience allowed us to take a breath and unplug a bit on the big day because we knew no matter what came our way (even a nor’easter!), Macy had a plan. Her rain plan saved the day and most guests didn’t even realize that it was a rain plan because everything was done with such intention.
Macy is well respected within her field and is prepared for any situation. We highly recommend her and her team for your wedding whether large or small. Thanks Macy for everything!
Highly recommend hiring Schilling Wedding Planning! Coming into the process, I knew basically nothing about how to organize a wedding timeline, what kinds of layouts to use, etc. M...
acy and her team guided me through every decision and detail, which created a relatively stress-free couple of months before the wedding (which is huge!). They're also super responsive and communicative throughout the process, answering all my questions thoroughly and preparing me for next steps. The day of, they were all-hands-on-deck and ready whenever I had a question to ask, issue to resolve, or just needed a drink to relax. Plus, everyone on the team was so nice and supportive. So happy to have chosen SWP!

. She patiently helped us brainstorm many of the details of our wedding and consistently kept us on track and on schedule. She was absolutely incredible to work with and a true lifesaver on more than one occasion. We were truly impressed by how seamlessly she and her team worked behind the scenes all night and how flawlessly everything came together. Thanks to Macy and her team, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t recommend Schilling Wedding Planning services more highly!

made me feel much more relaxed about the planning process, and I went into my wedding day confident that things would be great (and if not, Macy had it!). She navigated some difficult vendors with grace, and thought on her feet when my original officiant's car broke down on the way to the venue. And she has fantastic relationships with a lot of venues and vendors in NoVa. We absolutely recommend Macy to all brides/grooms/couples!
Macy and her team made this day as perfect as it was! They kept things on track, and did it all with a smile! I can’t thank her enough!

to plan a wedding, the first vendor I booked was her!
Macy was communicative, organized and incredibly efficient. The tools she used were so helpful to keep us organized and plan even details we had not thought of.
During the process of wedding planning, just shy of 2 weeks before the big day, my make up artist had double booked me and informed me that she wouldn’t be able to do my bridal party’s makeup and was not going to refund me the full amount. I told Macy the situation and she worked her magic and they ended up refunding me.
The day of I had Lyndee by my side and she was as sweet as can be!! She ensured everything ran smoothly and reassured me that all we had to do was just have fun.
Macy and Lyndee are the dream team and I truly cannot recommend them enough!!

On our wedding day she maintained the schedule, coralled the family members and even kept track of my belongings, allowing us to just enjoy the day.

eeds. Macy was not only instrumental in the lead up to the wedding-- providing helpful advice and suggestions for vendors-- but she shined the day of, and didn't miss a beat. All of our guests commented that they were so impressed by how well organized and timed everything was, that they felt they were all VIPs. Without a doubt, that is the result of Macy and her awesome tea, who all rallied through the evening to make our wedding so memorable. We highly recommend Schilling Wedding Planning.

tly knew she was the coordinator for us. We didn’t want to get off the zoom call! In the months leading up Macy was responsive to emails and texts and provided access to the planning software Aisle Planner to help us keep everything organized (I was very happy to ditch spreadsheets!). She incorporated all of the details I shared with her neatly into a timeline, which I didn't even have to look at on the day of because everything flowed so smoothly. Seriously, if anything went wrong Macy and her Assistant Coordinator Toni did a great job handling it without us knowing. Macy worked incredibly well with our vendor team and our families said she looked like she was having fun! I couldn’t be happier with our decision to book SWP.
