Macy was communicative, organized and incredibly efficient. The tools she used were so helpful to keep us organized and plan even details we had not thought of.
During the process of wedding planning, just shy of 2 weeks before the big day, my make up artist had double booked me and informed me that she wouldn’t be able to do my bridal party’s makeup and was not going to refund me the full amount. I told Macy the situation and she worked her magic and they ended up refunding me.

tly knew she was the coordinator for us. We didn’t want to get off the zoom call! In the months leading up Macy was responsive to emails and texts and provided access to the planning software Aisle Planner to help us keep everything organized (I was very happy to ditch spreadsheets!). She incorporated all of the details I shared with her neatly into a timeline, which I didn't even have to look at on the day of because everything flowed so smoothly. Seriously, if anything went wrong Macy and her Assistant Coordinator Toni did a great job handling it without us knowing. Macy worked incredibly well with our vendor team and our families said she looked like she was having fun! I couldn’t be happier with our decision to book SWP.
