Schultz Entertainment Experience is a wedding DJ and entertainment company located in Novato, CA. Owner Jerry Schultz is a wonderfully exuberant character. A natural-born entertainer, Jerry loves to see his clients dancing and singing and enjoying themselves. His goal is to offer couples a fun, professional experience that will live long in the memory. Jerry has been part of the entertainment industry for more than 20 years. He is a regular feature at weddings, bar mitzvahs and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, school dances, graduation parties, birthdays, and corporate events. Jerry prides himself on his commitment to high-quality professional entertainment. His goal is to make your event the event by which all other events are measured. He wants to give you the sort of entertainment experience that your friends and family will be talking about for years to come. Jerry is passionate about delivering the experience that you want. He believes that what sets him apart from the competition is that he really takes the time to listen to each and every one of his clients. When you book with Jerry, he will work with you to understand exactly what is important to you. He will customize his service and put all his skill and experience into giving you precisely the sound and style you are looking for. Jerry offers a wide variety of music and entertainment options. He can provide music to set the right tone for the ceremony. Jerry can also coordinate the toasts and the cake-cutting. He can provide a photo booth, complete with silly props; he is even willing to lead the party in a bit of karaoke. ceremony songs and first dances, and he found them and played them exactly right. He did his best to get our wedding guests involved in all of our reception plans, and had a great attitude the whole time. He is wonderful and you should definitely pick him as your DJ.

cent of his $1,300 fee upfront. He agreed to provide sound services for not only our reception but also the ceremony. The ceremony required a battery-powered system as it was in a remote area. He agreed to rent the system; I agreed to reimburse him for the rental. What followed was three months of growing frustration as Jerry kept assuring me he would obtain the system but failed to demonstrate results. With our wedding date approaching, Jerry ignored repeated emails and phone calls over the course of two weeks and finally, I terminated our contract. I requested Jerry return my $650. He refused to do so and in fact, tried to charge me the remainining balance. Jerry proved himself to be unprofessional and non-communicative. Weddings should be joyful celebrations managed by reliable people. In the end, I consider the $650 I lost to Jerry Schultz to be a small price to pay to keep him out of our wedding and ended up hiring an honest and very talented deejay. Let my loss be your lesson.

of my passion for quality service, creativity, and attention to details to make each event fun, professional, and stress-free. My couples can feel like guests at their own weddings. Many clients see me years after their weddings and tell me their guests still say their weddings were the best events they ever attended. All phone calls received were answered or promptly returned. I promptly answered all e-mails that I received. The battery-operated system was rented after doing a couple weeks of research and over a month before the client cancelled my services based on his belief I did not rent it. I stated many times that it was rented and that I was providing a backup generator for FREE. I told him the discounted price and stated the bill would be forthcoming once my wife had her worrisome surgery. This was over 2 months before the wedding. I went the extra mile getting information from a state senator’s aide on how to obtain a permit for amplified music on a state beach after the client was told he could not have amplified sound. When I told him the good news, he said he would not get the permit and take his chances with the park rangers on the day of his wedding. When trying to address the client’s concerns, I kept my calm when he screamed at me and hung up on me numerous times. He stated with malice that unless I returned his first payment, he would ruin my reputation and destroy my business. He posted this review 4 times. That is extortion and libel. My wife was a witness to this and most of the other conversations. My promise to future couples is to give the A+, 5-star service that thousands of my clients have received. the entire day. Jerry’s knowledge of music, professionalism, energy, timeliness, planning and attention to detail made working with him easy and enjoyable. From the first consulting meeting, to the several phone calls leading up to the big day, Jerry listened to what we wanted and helped us have the perfect wedding. All our guests raved about the music that Jerry put together and had so much fun dancing the night away. He also kept our guests entertained during the hors d’oeuvre hour while we were off with the photographer by having a limbo contest, which our family and friends are still talking about! ense for how he wanted to set-up. He was extremely professional throughout the process. During the wedding, he started with great easy listening for the cocktail hour and dinner. Then, once the real dancing started, he had the perfect mix up fast/slow, old/new, etc. The dance floor was packed the entire time and we got so many compliments about the music. Jerry worked with us to make sure the music had the right "feel." The quality of the sound was great and the execution of the event was perfect. Jerry is a great DJ and we will use him in the future!

My husband and I recently got married and we used Jerry and we couldn't have been happier! We had a very odd selection of music we wanted to be played and some of the music was not easy to find, but Jerry found it for us and was happy to do it....

He mixed all the music together perfectly! For the ceremony music he went above and beyond because we were playing video game themed music and so he went out and got more than even we requested! For the reception we had everything from classic rock, to techno, to Donovan, to the Beatles. It all worked! I highly recommend him!

usic in the venue foyer, then moved the speakers into the banquet room for an exceptional party! Our guests ranged from 10 - 85, people were on the dance floor the entire time and loved the music selection. Jerry was very helpful with selecting the music to be played. I was impressed with the organizational tools he provided to help up with planning. He went out of his way to assist in providing special touches that we wanted for the reception.
