Matthew (the owner) started out very pleasant. I went in to have my engagement ring redesigned and eventually pick out wedding bands. I showed him a picture of what I wanted to do with my engagement rings and he said "no problem, I can do that". He collected my information, sized my finger, and on the way out, even gave me a bottle of jewelry cleaner for free. I came in on a Thursday and he said I would hear from him by the following Monday. The following week I heard nothing. So that Friday I called and spoke a very rude woman who just kept saying "Matt isn't here and I don't know anything about customizing". She was not apologetic and when I asked how long it normally takes for designs to come back (she said 2-3 days), and I said I was in over a week ago, she didn't seem to care. She just told me to call back Monday. So I did. When I called back Monday at 2pm, Matt answered. I reminded him who I was and asked if there were updates regarding my design. He said "probably not" but he was with a customer and he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never called me back. I wouldn't waste your time here when there are so many other jewelers.
