Scotland Run Golf Club

n so smoothly. Working along side our vendors she had everything ready to go down to the minute and made our vision come to life. We could not be more grateful for her as our event coordinator. We also had the pleasure of working with Frank as our Maitre D, he mentioned this was his first wedding after his training and let me tell you he was AMAZING! Kept us up t date with everything going on throughout the whole day from start to finish. He confirmed every detail with and was so great with everything, we are so happy we were able to work with him and hope many more brides get to work with him.

nish. The coordinators, the grounds, the service, and oh my goodness- the FOOD!!! Our guests continue to talk about how it was the best food they've ever experienced at a wedding. Working with Scotland Run was easy and enjoyable, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect (huge compliment coming from a very Type-A bride). We are so grateful and HIGHLY recommend the experience of a wedding at Scotland Run!!

as amazing. Constantly being asked if we needed anything. Everything was absolutely perfect and everyone had an absolute blast. What a PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish!

ocess (which for us was a long engagement) was truly the best. She was always very responsive, helpful, and willing to answer all questions. The staff on the wedding day were all great, only a few minor things that looking back went wrong and very minimal in the grand scheme of the day. Overall would highly recommend to anybody looking for a beautiful venue for their wedding.

ator and she was so on point. She had good ideas and kept me on a schedule for when things needed to happen. She was accommodating with incorporating my ideas and requests. The day of the wedding, she was there supervising the staff and taking care of the wedding party and my guests. I can’t say enough good things about Scotland Run because they were GREAT!!! 🥰

s our personal way of communication between the venue and myself and she was fabulous, very timely with answering emails. On the big day, every staff member made sure everything went perfectly. I couldn’t imagine getting married at another place! I highly recommend.

asked for a better coordinator with Marlo. She made everything seem like a piece of cake.

re interested due to the available packages and the attentiveness of the wedding coordinators. We’re all aware weddings are expensive, but for something of this bracket I feel like Scotland run was one of the more reasonable venues regarding pricing. Not one thing went wrong the day of our wedding and timing was on point. Looking back, we’d book it all over again in a heartbeat.

riendly, nice, and helpful.

compared to Scotland Run. The price was comparable to smaller venues. We also fell in love with the scenery at Scotland Run for our summer wedding, which no other venues seemed to compare to. All the staff members at Scotland Run were super sweet, helpful, and responded to emails or phone calls promptly. Our guests loved the cocktail hour and told us the food was delicious. Our Maitre d (I believe her name was Jessica) made sure we were okay and happy the entire night, and even the chef was looking out for us and making sure everything was perfect. All of my decor was set up exactly right, and the planning process was so easy. All the staff at Scotland Run are super accommodating and want to ensure that your day is exactly how you imagined it. I'm so happy we made the decision to book Scotland Run. Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We will be visiting the Highlander Pub to reminisce on our amazing day. :)

and impeccable service. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with lush green fairways and a picturesque backdrop that made for the most beautiful photos. The ballroom was elegant and perfectly set up to create a romantic and timeless ambiance. Every detail was executed flawlessly, making our special day feel like a true fairytale. The staff at Scotland Run went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. We truly felt like VIPs from start to finish. And the food—oh my goodness! The cuisine was simply to die for. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. The drinks were equally impressive, with a fantastic selection that kept everyone celebrating all night long. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that is elegant, breathtaking, and provides top-tier service, look no further than Scotland Run Golf Club. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and we cannot thank them enough for making it so special!

up the indoor space. Marlo, our coordinator, made planning easy and seamless; from tablecloths to food and seating charts. Aisyln, our maitre d, made sure we stayed right on time and took care of the entire bridal party. The outdoor pavilion was beautiful and weather permitting which was great due to the windy weather. The food is absolutely amazing, with a great selection of desserts to end the night. Overall a wonderful place to have your wedding, we are so glad we chose Scotland Run! Highly recommend!

y step of the planning process (shout out to Leah & Heather!). Scotland Run allowed our dog to be apart of the ceremony and I’ll cherish those memories forever. The food was AMAZING…our guests are still raving about the food!

e final moments of our celebration, everything was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning—gorgeous scenery, beautiful architecture, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Everything was so well-organized and seamless. They truly thought of every detail, making our ceremony and reception feel like a dream. We had the honor to work with Marlo, who truly went above and beyond to make our dream become a reality. We never had to worry about a thing on our big day because we knew they had everything under control. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything looked, how attentive and friendly the staff was, and how delicious and well displayed the food was. If you're looking for a place that will make your wedding day unforgettable, I highly recommend Th Scotland Run Golf Club—it really was the perfect choice for us!

s. Dinner was good too! My guests had such a great time the service was amazing. My martri d was the best. She took care of me and my husband all night. I am so happy I chose to get married at Scotland run. Everything turned out how I wanted. I couldn’t have been happier. Working with Marlo went smooth. She made it easy for me. I booked my date 2 years in advance so we had many communications over the years. She helped to make sure everything was done/paid on time. Marlo was very accommodating to us and made time whenever we wanted to come in for an appointment to talk. We were even able to customize our package so it crossed off all the boxes we wanted. My wedding was fully customized to fit me and my husbands wants. She even checked on me during my wedding to see how I was doing. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting married at Scotland run to DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.

r that is due to being overworked or incompetence. It is especially frustrating given that, originally, their coordinators are one major reason we picked the place. They seemed to be on top of everything from initial discussions but when it came to the actual , most of the staff were not on the same page. We requested food and drinks for bridal party and groomsman to be there upon arrival and even asked multiple times beforehand to make sure it would be there and it wasn't nor were there any staff coming by to the rooms to help. We had to go find staff to set up the simulator room, bring us food and drink, etc. Once the food came they brought a single order of chicken fingers for an entire groomsman party. It may not be a big deal but it summarizes how much they had no idea what was going on. A similar situation happened with the bridesmaids. In addition to that, they didn't come and grab us groomsman until the very last second before we had to walk down the aisle. It was very rushed and they almost made the bride forget the bouquet. Most importantly, they charged us $1000+ for an extra hour at the end of the night only for the staff to start cleaning up an hour early so a lot of the wedding left because they thought the time was up. If we pay money for the reception to be until 1130, the cleaning crew shouldn't be turning the lights on and cleaning at 1030. I brought all this up multiple times and have yet to be in contact with anyone with actual authority to fix the issue over at Scotland Run. There were a couple of minor issues you might not care about listed here but it just goes to show how they handle events. No one wants to have to deal with issues on their wedding day and no one wants to have to repeatedly reach out to try and get money back for services they didn't render. If you want to risk it go ahead, the pros are that the food is excellent and the view is great but if I had to do it again I would pick somewhere else just on principle.

ent pretty early in the planning process so we were able to get the date we wanted. We were able to do a food tasting AFTER booking and before locking in our choices. The venue was recently renovated, and it has such a light and bright feel now. It was beautiful before, but it is STUNNING now. The staff was so kind. Our matrie'd was fabulous and so on top of everything. We did hire an outside coordinator, but the staff at Scotland Run was very helpful with set up and take down. I loved that ceremony and reception are all on site. We were able to take pictures on the golf course and had access to the golf carts for some fun pictures. My only complaint is that we did not have access to the bridal suite. At the time of booking, we were told we could use the bridal suite all day. It was contracted for 3 hours, but the event coordinator told us we could be in there as early as we wanted. Less than a six months out, we found out (from a friend) that we weren't allowed in the bridal suite before those three hours as there was an incident with a prior wedding. It was disappointing because that was a huge selling point for us, but we now had to pivot and find a new place to get hair and make up done before heading to the venue. I wish we would've been told sooner, like as soon as this incident happened they should've reached out to all future brides that had already booked with the intention of using that room. The golfers on the property were quite rude as well when the groom and groomsmen were trying to get ready in the locker room. I know this is not the fault of the venue, which is why I don't hold it against them, but I want future brides and grooms to know that it isn't completely private when getting ready. There is a 150 person minimum.

as so helpful throughout the process. The newly renovated property is stunning and the food was out of this world. We are still getting complements on it all.

made sure the whole day was seamless. Our guests can't stop raving about the food and how much they loved the venue! Our wedding was 150 people and the size was perfect and on a nice day the balcony is open for both cocktail hour and the reception.

by our wedding in May 2024, the inside lobby and ballroom had both been newly renovated as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about Scotland Run and our coordinator, Leah. She was always patient and kind answering all our questions and accommodating us in all different ways. She was a joy to work with from beginning to end! Scotland Run offers all-inclusive packages, which included an extra hour and décor set-up! There are so many options to customize your wedding day and at Scotland Run they go above and beyond for their couples! Chef went all out for our wedding day and people are still complimenting his food. Lizzie, our day of maître de was amazing. She was so kind and attended to me and husband constantly. You don’t feel like a “wedding factory” customer at Scotland Run, but more like a prioritized guest of honor. They take care of everything for you and put a lot of care into their couple’s wedding days. Pictures attached are to show how beautiful Scotland Run is and how they set up our sweetheart table, ice cream bar, and table décor. Photos were taken by Element Photography and all florals were by Erika's Flower Bar.

ith as the venue coordinator. We received endless compliments on the space as well as the service and our photographs turned out so well across the entire property. We couldn’t recommend them enough for any wedding or event!

cially with the continuous renovations they’ve done. I planned my wedding half way across the country (currently living in Chicago) and Marlo, Leah, and team made all communication seamless for this type A- bride. Every question/concern I had was answered in a timely manner. I did not use an outsourced day of coordinator and I do not think it would’ve made a big difference because of how hands on I was with my own planning and how organized my mom, sister, and I were with all of my decor. Scotland Run set everything up exactly how I asked and everything was as perfect as I could’ve wanted. We were slightly under our guarantee headcount and I was able to do last minute additions to make up for the cost- I added an ice cream sundae bar and white claws. The food was excellent- so good, I still have guests talking about it 3 months later. Marlo and Leah went the extra mile for me to make sure my day was perfect and I could never thank them enough. DO NOT hesitate to book your wedding here. 🥹🤍 I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

vent staff when we had questions. We also weren’t given much detail regarding our floor plan/seating chart. We never received a document for completing the floor plan and listing the food and had to reach out to staff to ask for this. We wanted to customize the floor plan, which we were told we could do, we tried to confirm this floor plan with staff multiple times and then on our wedding day we were told changes needed to be made to it. The entire seating chart had already been made according to what we had planned, so this was very stressful having to change within hours of the wedding. I also created a detailed packet for staff to follow for setting out decor (which I was told to do to help staff) and it was clear no one reviewed this. My family and myself ended up having to do most of this ourselves because no one was referring to my directions. Staff were extremely nice, I just wish there would have been more communication so that the day of wouldn’t have been as stressful.

thanks Chef)! Staff is 11/10. Marlo was so helpful during the planning process, and I really cannot say enough good things about this venue. Hands down, best day of our lives!

to promise us exactly what we envisioned. Any questions we had, such as special requests for ceremony logistics, after party, special alcohol requests, etc. were all laid out and answered before our day. Contact was a little delayed in the beginning stages (a year out from our wedding) but didn’t make any dents to our planning process. Their payment plan is amazing, paying smaller fractions of our balance every other month until our day instead of big sums helped us finance our day so much easier. We were so on schedule with money when it came to a month out that we were surprised we had pretty much paid everything off. I would say a reminder email (whether automatic or personal) for the payments would have been the only thing that would’ve made it perfect. We did a group tasting and it was incredible with how much food we were able to try!!! They were also accommodating to our request to try an upgraded dish that just me and my now-husband were getting for dinner. Forewarning: GO HUNGRY! The men had a blast in the SIM room and it was such a great option for the boys to have something to do on that day! The girls arrived at the bridal suite at 2pm which gave us ample time for getting dressed and pictures. They provided us with a huge fruit tray and a bottle of champagne to our surprise which was amazing! Now for the big one… THE FOOD. OH MY GOD. If anything were raved about most, it was the food!!!!!! From cocktail hour, to dinner, to the dessert plethora, to the to-go breakfast sandwiches at the end of the night, everything was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! CHEF LAZ is INCREDIBLE and put his heart and soul into every dish he cooked and created that night. We did not attend our cocktail hour but they brought us little bites and we had an entire tray of cocktail hour food when we sat down into the reception. A month and a half later, people are STILL talking about how great the food was. Our maitred was great, even though we requested D-Nice and had someone else assigned to us, she was attentive and got us whatever we needed. I think she took a step back since my DOC was doing everything, but she still stayed close by in case we needed her. The biggest reason why this venue was so appealing to us was not only the landscaping, but the COVERED outdoor ceremony area! Rain or shine, it did not matter and one of the biggest stressors in wedding planning was not even a worry! All in all, our entire experience with Scotland Run was phenomenal and I could not picture our day anywhere else! They helped make it magical and exceeded my expectations through and through. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend having a wedding here!!! Every single guest have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!!

icate with leading up to the wedding and Jessica checked on us all night long to make sure we had everything we needed, including food and drinks. There was plenty of food all night long and guests were saying they were full during cocktail hour. It's been 2 weeks since our wedding and our guests are still raving about how beautiful of a wedding it was.

assionate, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout my entire wedding process. The day of my wedding, the maitre D, was incredibly helpful and made sure I was taken care of during the entire wedding. I could not have asked to work with a better team and I cannot thank them enough for making my dream wedding come true.

very flexible and answered all my questions throughout the planning process. When we had our tasting, chef Laz came out to greet us. We were able to customize our stations for cocktail hour. Needless to say, all my guests LOVED the food. Everyone raves about the h’orderves, cold display, sushi and dim sum station, dinner entrees, desserts, and the takeaway cheesesteaks for days after the wedding. The food was superb quality and DELICIOUS. Some guests wished they could have more but they were so full. Our Maitre D’, Aislyn, was so helpful on the day of. She set up all the decors the way we wanted it, and honestly it exceeded our expectations. Small detail but we even got the nice bench for our sweat heart table to match with our ivory linen choice. Aislyn brought us food during cocktail hours, kept everything run smoothly from beginning of cocktail hour to the end of the reception, and helped us put our stuff together at the end of the night. The entire staff was very professional. My guests had a great night and it could not have been possible without the help from the staff at SRGC. Thank you so much for making our day even more complete. If you are considering getting married at SRGC, don’t hesitate because you will not regret it!

el like we were the only wedding she was helping plan. Then the day of every single person was so nice and so helpful and helped make it the best day of our lives! I can’t recommend Scotland Run more!

how delicious and how much was served! The grounds are breath taking. During our cocktail hour there was a bagpiper too! We had a lot of decor and the staff at Scotland run set it up perfectly! The staff was great to work with too. I worked with Leah and she was sooo helpful and the BEST! She answered every question I had , was always so responsive to my emails and was always willing to meet in person. I worked with Brogan the day of my wedding and she was so calm and was always there for anything I needed. I highly recommend Scotland run for anyone who is looking for a spectacular wedding venue!

door wedding, no matter the wedding! All of the staff were so nice and incredibly helpful, especially Leah and DNICE!! Leah was so helpful in helping us plan everything and was so accommodating! DNICE was incredible, so attentive and so much fun! The food was amazing and our wedding could not have turned out any better!!! Highly recommened!

tic. We had to plan our wedding from afar, and their team was so helpful in arranging everything. They were extremely easy to work with. Everything went perfectly!

up to it was outstanding. The event staff and our maitr'd (HUGE shout out to Leah and Brogan!) went above and beyond in making sure our day was perfect! Not to mention the grounds and views all around are STUNNING. The ceremony space was newly renovated, surrounded by flowers - it was simply breathtaking The food was delicious - from cocktail hour, entrees, and dessert! The chef made it a point to walk around during cocktail to interact with our guests - he is so sweet! We were truly blown away and highly recommend having your wedding here!

t of our decor ourselves and the staff set up our decorations perfectly and completely nailed my envision perfectly even exceeded expectations. Marlo, Trinity and Lea were so helpful throughout the entire 1 1/2 year long planning process and answered our questions so quickly! Thank you so much for all of the help during this process! Also the cocktail our is the best ever and the food is so delicious!

lways to get married in the ceremony space which is outside, but mostly covered. Day of, weather called for rain (that never came) but just incase they had brought down the walls of the space so guest wouldn't get rained on! Food was incredible. Guest still raving about the prime rib, and desserts. Chef was out during the dessert time and really was just so kind and you could tell he really enjoyed seeing everyone enjoy his food. Marlo was amazing throughout the planning process. Always available for questions, and reassured us that all request and needs will be taken care of. Her and her team took so much stress away for us. They provide you a list for the decor and they did such a great job setting everything up, I was blown away. It really brought a dream to life. Jess, the matre' d was the BEST! She always made sure me and my husband had a drink in our hands. She was so helpful to the entire wedding party, she really made such an impact on the entire day. She made sure we were all moving along to keep up with schedule, which I truly appreciated.

ith our choice. Marlo was an amazing coordinator and helped us with everything we needed. The whole team went above and beyond for us. Numerous people have said that it was one of the best weddings they had been too. The food, service, and venue were all top notch. I’d 100% recommend to anyone!!

really helped us a lot with the initial planning, and the day-of team was phenomenal! All of our guests were blown away by the service. Everything was beautiful, and even though it rained (which they accommodated for), we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

d 2.5 years in advance. We got so many compliments on the venue as most of the guests had never been there before. The view is gorgeous from the cocktail hour area on the wrap around balcony. All of the staff was extremely helpful when certain things came about. Marlo, Brogan, D-nice and other staff made everything go as smooth as possible! just like any wedding, nothing will go perfectly, but they were able to handle it without me being stressed! Also, everyone raved about the food (salmon, chicken , & prime rib!! You wont be disappointed with choosing Scotland Run as your venue.

e tailored to rob and i needs that day. They packed everything up for us and we came and picked it up the next day. Thank you!

bsolutely AMAZING. She was timely and thorough in explaining answers to each and every question I had - there were a lot of questions. Nothing was too much for her. She was always happy to help. She made the planning process so much less stressful than I expected it was going to be. Going into the actual day of the wedding - Jessica and D-Nice as well as the other catering staff couldn't have been any better. The chef personally walked around to make sure everyone was happy with the food he prepared. Every single person in the staff were beyond attentive and so nice. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night even bringing me water to the dance floor. I don't think there was anything more they could have done. I could not have asked for a better group of staff at this wedding. We are SOO happy with our decision to have our wedding at Scotland Run!
