I really hate leaving negative reviews but i feel anyone who is looking for a reputable company, needs to know what you are getting into. I referred Scott michael to my best friend because I met them at a bridal show: Scott was super nice! He was very kind over email as well. My best friend decided to use him for her wedding florals. First off, their communication is terrible. No email responses, phone calls, etc. they were also late to the venue. She rented linens as well from them and they set NOTHING up after saying they would. Our coordinator had to do everything. My friend paid an extra $50 to have my maid of honors bouquet to be different…. They were the exact same. Not to mention, they made the bouquets in the parking lot! When it was time to come back, they didn’t take down any of the greenery they had hung. When my coordinator called them to tell them to come take it down, Scott’s response was “we already left. Grab a broom and take it down that way.” Completed unprofessional and I would recommend every bride to steer clear.
