Scott Milnes Custom Ceremonies

Scott Milnes was fantastic. He really helped walk us through the whole process and get a ceremony together that was personal without being embarrassing. We currently live in Chicago and he was a major help in remotely preparing for the ceremony and keeping us on track to finish everything before the wedding day. I was very pleased from start to finish.

Scott Milnes was a fantastic officiant. He worked tirelessly with us to compose our dream ceremony. I was very particular about each and every word and he was totally open to any and everything that we wanted. He was very generous with his time and was with us every step of the way. We met with at least six officiants before him and I was starting to get very discouraged. Some refused to let us know what would be said in the ceremony beforehand (feels like a bit of a gamble to me) and others would give us an idea of what would be said but had issue with writing it down word for word. I was the kind of bride who wanted ZERO surprises in her ceremony, with a very solemn, traditional feel, and Scott delivered exactly what we wanted. There was not a dry eye in the house, which was also a goal ;) Highly recommended!!

Scott was a wonderful officiant for my daughter's wedding. He understood her somewhat unusual wish for an old fashioned service and, with much grace, officiated the wedding of her dreams. We also met with him for some very helpful pre-wedding counseling. Scott has a heartfelt concern for his clients and is a talented and dedicated professional. We could not have been more pleased with all he did for us and are very thankful!

Scott was fantastic. It was clear that he truly cared about us and went above and beyond to get to know us and make it a truly personal service. We had a destination wedding so until a week before the wedding the only contact we had with Scott was by email and phone. We set up multiple calls just so he could get to know us, understand what we wanted, and figure out what would suit us best. He was so easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating for any changes that we wanted to make. He also encouraged my husband and I to write our own vows, which is something I did not think I would be able to do. However with his encouragement and help we both wrote beautiful vows that really made the wedding perfect. I really cannot thank Scott enough. He gave me the perfect wedding ceremony and I am forever grateful.
