ers with our reception package & the do not allow outside bartenders. We had one elderly lady, 1 young boy, & 1 girl (who looked underage at the bar & had NO IDEA HOW TO MIXDRINKS). The week of the wedding I tried to finalize things with her, when I (THE BRIDE, THE PERSON PAYING aka THE CUSTOMER) got there we had a shouting match to the point where members of my party had to redirect her in her own establishment!! Instead of using customer service skills & listening to my complaints she became very defensive hostile & BELLIGERENT. My coordinator intervened & they got into a disagreement via the telephone (at the last minute I tried changing coordinators to ease tensions on the wedding day). The food that was served was old, dry, & cold!!! The menu she entered in her notes WRONG!!! When corrected by my father & myself (that's 2 people) she became combative & irate. The food that was served was still incorrect!!! We ordered roast beef & ended up with ribs. Not to mention was food wasn't in professional serving trays that keep the food warm, they were in disposable aluminum pans like my wedding was a cookout!!! Slide show was supposed to play during the hour for the bridal party to go get pics (after being tested the night before) the projector was "malfunctioning" which I think was a form of passive aggressiveness since we had a disagreement on Wednesday. She got into verbal altercations at my reception with not 1, not 2, but 3 members of my family for offering to help the sole young boy she had serving. She got smart in the mouth, but what she didn't know is my people was sitting on GO to light her up. Out of respect for my wedding day they held their peace. I was told I as the bride can not contact the decorator (although I'm paying for him) bc he's her vendor. My wedding colors was supposed to be LAVENDER & I ended up with ROYAL PURPLE (it looks darn near blue in the pictures)! I was specific about not wanting purple even hand delivering swatches to Ragina to give to the decorator. She also accused me of stalking the decorator's fb page bc I clicked like on his work (he's advertising dah)!!!! She also told me back in October the raggedy ceiling tiles would be fixed by my July 1 wedding & if they weren't she'd have lavender draping in between the white draping that's always on the ceiling. Well that didn't happen. The ceiling was still raggedy with uncoordinated black & white tiles & some tiles still looked old like it was going to fall in. My guest who arrived for a 4pm wedding at 3:30pm was locked out in the July heat & humidity in Charleston!!! I can go on.....hold up! Oh, but wait!!! The best part is she tried to steal an SUV full of OUR alcohol that wasn't consumed by our guests. Cases of beer, wine, & alcohol she was trying to STEAL from us. Once I started talking to folks apparently this is the reputation Scott's Grand has for being unprofessional thieves. Please don't let your relatives fall victim like I did. Spread the word. I found out about this place after the fact. Everything was paid for since OCTOBER 2016!!! The only thing she was consistent about was receiving the 2 payments we made. She will promise you the moon & the stars to get your money.
