Based in Nevada City, CA, Scout Creative is a DJ and wedding entertainment company owned by Cody Nash and Lauren MacLellan. The team provides both DJ/ Emcee and Video Production services. They are passionate about setting the right tone for each event to curate a wedding that feels truly special. Cody is an outstanding DJ with a diverse taste in music ranging from Country to Latin, Rock and Roll to R&B, EDM to 80’s and 90’s classics, he works directly with every client from the day of the first conversation all the way through to the dance floor to ensure the musics exactly what you want to hear. He will work with you to develop a plan for the day, as the Emcee he can play the vital role of managing the flow of guests as well as entertainment for the entirety of your wedding. He is always willing to help out however he can. Lauren is an incredible Videographer with years of experience shooting weddings and working on other cinematic projects. She offers a wide array of packages from a short 3-5 minute highlight of your day to a full 20 minute long documentary of all the best moments of your wedding to cherish forever. As a team Cody and Lauren are incredible, not only do they bring the party but, they are able to capture the memory in such a beautiful way.
