Sarah thinks of everything and has infinite options for colors, fonts, and styles. She has plenty of pictures for you to see her work in action, and I promise you will find what fits your vision best. Sarah knows what questions to ask and what to include(things I wouldn’t have even thought of, like a separate invitation sealed so it was perfect for the photographer). She worked fast and produced an incredible invitation, welcome sign, and seating chart on a mirror we provided her. Her talent and attention to detail speaks for itself. I’m still getting compliments on her work. I can't recommend enough

We were referred to Sarah by a mutual friend and I could not have been more impressed. Not only did my invitations come out beautiful, but Sarah matched our table numbers to the stationary. She gave us multiple options for our invitations and merged them together to create exactly what we wanted. Then she helped us figure out our timeline for sending our invitations. Sarah helped to make our vision come to life! From the save the dates, to our invitations, to incorporation our seaglass theme in every aspect of our decorations, she was always professional, prompt, helpful, and creative. Groom: We did our wedding invitations and signage with Sarah and Scout Design. The invites were gorgeous. I wish we had known about Scout Design when we were doing our Save the Dates. Sarah is amazing at taking all the things you like about the different invites in her portfolio and creating exactly what you want. I thought we would be doing multiple proof meetings to go over them. She showed us 3 proofs and my wife, and I agreed “Take the border from #3, put it on #2” and it was exactly what we wanted. The signs came out amazing too. We opted to get our Welcome Sign in acrylic so we can have it as a keepsake. I have already recommended Scout Design to colleagues and will definitely be using them again for future stationary items. Wife: Scout Design was a preferred vendor from our wedding planner and I am so glad that we chose Scout Design. Having created the theme and found some stationery inspiration on Pinterest prior to meeting with Sarah, she had everything and more in the design books at her location. I didn’t even need my Pinterest board. There were so many selections and Sarah was able to craft us an invite based on a font we like from a sample she had while merging the actual design of our invite based on a different sample. Once we finished that meeting Sarah sent us a proof a day or two later. She actually sent us 3 proofs since my husband, and I had like to different designs. Sarah was extremely patient with us, asked us questions, and showed us various samples based on what we were looking for and it didn’t disappoint. We picked out our invite based on the proof and the invites turnaround was pretty stellar. Once invites were out we worked with Sarah on table number, the menu, the welcome board and the water-brushed acrylic sign I so obsessed with having at the wedding. I highly recommend Scout Design for your stationery needs and I personally would work with Sarah again in the future for any stationery needs I might have.

Sarahs professionalism and her knowledge of the wedding industry is BAR NONE. she was so wonderful to work with- in the middle of COVID when a ton of brides were cancelling left and right. She made us the most beautiful invitations, seating cards and signs. I still tell everyone about her and SCOUT.

My fiance and I went to see Sarah with only a small vision of what we wanted. She was able to create exactly what we wanted and more. She is so knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy. She came prepped with examples and gentle suggestions only when we asked for them. She helped us avoid many headaches if we tried to do it on our own and she was worth every penny…there is just something to be said about meeting face to face and really talking through what we wanted. After that, she answered many questions via email and made a few revisions super promptly. Her turn around time is very impressive. We were so happy with the final product and the quality was amazing. Also, we had a good excuse to pay long beach a visit a few times :). Cannot recommend enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah - she created our invitations and they exceeded every expectation. They are gorgeous, and we have been receiving non-stop compliments from our guests on the invite suite. I was a bit indecisive on what I wanted, and Sarah was so patient with us - making recommendations but also incorporating our input along the way. I love the invitations so much! Outside of doing beautiful work, Sarah went so far above and beyond to help us package our invites. We were in the midst of a move right before our invites needed to go out, and she not only packaged them for us, but bought stamps and mailed them for us! She alleviated so much time and anxiety for us during an incredibly stressful time, and we are soooo grateful to her.

Sarah was awesome! I was so unsure about invitations but she came up with the perfect watercolor design for us which went great with the Water’s Edge. She was so easy to work with, especially given the constant NYS wedding rules changes by the week. We had the design ready to go months ahead of our postponed date and when it was go time at the last possible minute to get them out, she had them printed and ready for pickup in less than a week!

As a former resident of Long Beach, I drove by the shop every day on my way home from work and was always perked up by their gorgeous window displays, and always meant to go to one of their craft nights. I followed them on social media, so when we got engaged, I KNEW I wanted them to take care of our invitations! From the very first appointment, they both helped to hone our vision with so many different ideas to look through, and made it come alive so beautifully and tastefully. Throughout the process, they were incredibly flexible and attentive, as we realized different aspects we wanted to include or tweak in our stationery suite. So many of our RSVP cards came back with a note on the back about how gorgeous the invitations were! In addition to our stationery suite, Sarah also created a stunning custom artwork piece that I gave to my husband as a wedding gift! As we moved forward as a married couple, I wanted to memorialize our "love story" journey up to that point from how we met to our engagement, and all the milestones in-between. With a few photos and some description of my vision, Sarah transformed a collection of our memories into a treasured piece of artwork that will hang in our home for years to come. I can't thank Scout design shop enough for all of their help with our wedding invitations and mass programs! When we met with Sarah to design our invitations I had a vision but her knowledge on invitation wording was so helpful. Sarah helped us not only design the perfect invitation suite but also helped us find the perfect balance of a high quality invitation and paper stock without completely breaking the bank with too many pieces. Since we live in Manhattan after two in person meetings Sarah and Caitlin were great about emailing and tweaking the design ever so slightly to our liking. They never made me feel bad about small revisions like increasing a font size or changing out a floral design etc. Everyone loved our invitation with one family member writing on her reply card "I loved the stock of your invitation, so elegant" this relative later told me that she saved my invitation and didn't even save her own children's wedding invitation. Such high quality and a truly beautiful design that echoed our style. Additionally Sarah and Caitlin printed the addresses on the envelopes which looked so elegant and professional. A month before our wedding I asked Sarah and Caitlin if they would design and print our mass programs. We were able to do everything over email and they came out AMAZING! I was so happy with the finished product. They were able to fit a whole mass program in a single folded program - little paper waste- functionality and beauty! Caitlin and Sarah weren't just vendors they became women that I truly enjoyed talking to and took the time to really get to know us. When I picked up our programs the week before the wedding they remembered to ask how my husband's new job was- something I only told them over the phone once. While companies like minted and shutterfly are functional at best this company goes above and beyond for their customers and creates beautiful products. They make sure that you are 100% happy with the finished product and don't stop creating until they reach complete satisfaction of their customer. Thank you Sarah and Caitlin for everything!

Scout Design Shop was my favorite vendor while planning my wedding. I choose, with the help of Sarah GORGEOUS lace laser cut invitations. I really wish this review allowed pictures to be posted because they were stunning. Just like the customized tags, signs & even cornhole that was a great touch to my beach themed wedding. Sarah is the best listener, has a sharp eye and pays attention to detail. Every time I go to scout I’m excited! Her manager Caitlin is always a huge help & her smile is contagious. Scout is quick to reply to emails and calls. All around BEST most professional creative design shop. No project is too big or small. My brother-in-laws wedding. Scout designs took the wedding vows (a poem by Roy Croft) and rearranged the words into a heart and put it on a Tin sign with a reclaimed wood look. The bride and groom were shocked b/c it was the vows said that day and now they had it as a keepsake.

Loved working with Scout, they were very attentive and Sarah listened to my ideas turning it into beautiful wedding invitation. Couldn’t have asked for better! Sarah and her staff went above and beyond...my mother fell ill just before my wedding, making it difficult to Focus and pull last minute details together. Sarah offered to mail my invitations for me as they were ready and I, mentally, was not! I am extremely grateful for their hard work and compassion during a difficult time!!

Scout design is the best!!! We didn’t have the clearest vision and would end up just discussing what we thought we wanted and scout was able to come up with multiple designs for our wedding invitations, menus, place cards, mirror sign, signs for our cocktails, cocktail napkin designs, and finally our thank yous! They work quickly and provide many options and will revise each option until it is perfect!! They also provided all the signs/invitations/thank yous for my bridal shower as well and everything was above and beyond. We love working with scout and I have used them for other events we have had as well-they are our go-to!!! Especially when I can’t come up with the best theme or saying they always have a great idea to help us along!! They are responsive and flexible with working with you on your specific needs!! Such a warm and inviting shop. Sarah and Caitlyn are great. They listen to what you are looking for and are always right on target. We were so very pleased, that we also ordered gorgeous acrylic wedding invitations from Scout, Along with more chalkboards, and a magnificent mirror as a seating chart. My guests were in awe... but more importantly my daughter and her husband were thrilled. I cannot say enough about Scout..Their professionalism, service and warmth cannot be expressed in words. We can't thank SCOUT design shop for all that they did to make the wedding process a smooth one for us! We were recently married in July, but started working with SCOUT much earlier than that. When we started working with SCOT, we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. Sarah was very patient as we flipped through the many designs that they had on hand. She took detailed notes about what we wanted and what we didn't want. We were still unsure about some of our wedding weekend details and she worked around that for us.
