Stephanie is AMAZING! She came recommended from some other married couple/friends, and did not disappoint! She did redo engagements for us (after our initial set of engagement photos with another photographer turned out not so great), along with bridal photos, and was our day of photographer. We met in person before hiring her to get details and pricing information, and personalities immediately clicked. Stephanie listened to my concerns about being a taller than average couple (I am 6'6'' and my husband is 6'4"), and carried a ladder around with her everywhere to get the best angles to compliment our body frames. Her communication was efficient and always timely to prepare us accordingly leading up to each photography session. She knew exactly what to do, how to pose you for the best pictures, and even how to corral rowdy groomsmen and loud, crazy family members. On top of everything else, she gave us suggestions for other vendors that she'd previously worked with, and we in turn hired them, making our wedding day even smoother! Stephanie went above and beyond for the day of our wedding and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

We booked through the bridal extravaganza and our package included our engagement photos, my bridals and 7 hours day of the wedding! Stephanie was the best wedding photographer I have ever seen! She is such high energy and so fun. I don’t know when I have been more impressed with a photographer. Outside wedding over 100 degrees and she never slowed down! She was clear with all instructions and VERY patient through the whole day. Going into my wedding I didn’t really know what to expect from a wedding photographer but let me tell you, Stephanie is by far the greatest photographer there is! She carried everything my wife need in a fanny pack and was there to add lip gloss and wipe the sweat off our faces since it was 105° outside (but Stephanie didn’t complain not one time and she never missed a beat). Also, she was very patient with me for always having stuff in my pockets during pictures. Everyone at my wedding had wonderful things to say about her and said “she was the best they’d ever seen” so if you’re reading this review count it as about 150 5-Star reviews in one.

I knew Stephanie was the right photographer for my wedding as soon as I met her at the Bridal Extravaganza. She made me feel very comfortable from the get go. She was flexible and worked with me on finding the best photography package for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding she would check in and contact me back promptly if I reached out with a question. Stephanie set up an in person coffee meet n greet so my husband could meet her and get familiar with her before working with her on our big day. At that meeting, she was very thorough when talking with me about day of timeline and shots that were a must for the day. On the big day, that’s when Stephanie really shined! She not only captured beautiful moments of our whole wedding day but also stepped in and helped with some day of coordinating service. She was a life saver! After our big day, Stephanie got us sneak peeks so quickly (they came while we were on our honeymoon)! From start to finish, Stephanie was the easiest to work with. We highly recommend her to all!

I would highly suggest hiring Stephanie at SD Photography for your upcoming wedding or event! I can’t say enough good things about her, but I’ll try to squeeze in as much as I can! I chose Stephanie after interviewing several photographers. She stood out because she was in my budget (and helped choose the right package for our needs and budget), she has great experience, superior recommendations, high quality photographs my husband and I were looking for, AND helped create a timeline for the day of. Again, this was at the interview level! She was always available via email, phone, text, even FaceTime to answer my questions all the way to our special day. Once I hired her, I knew I wanted her to shoot our engagement photos. She worked so well with our kids and dogs and we got perfect pictures in just one hour! Stephanie also shot my bridals, which were so creative, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted! The day of, Stephanie showed up and got right after it! She worked with the vendor’s wedding planner on the timeline, was so easy to be around and I put my full trust in he guidance. She also helped bustle my dress, calm my mom down, and followed me around touching up my lipstick and dress. She was very direct and so helpful for my bridal party (posture, smile, etc) so we had the BEST pictures and everyone felt beautiful. She got along with the full wedding party, girls, guys, kiddos, and parents! Not to mention we also hired a videographer and you would have thought they were partners the way they worked together. We received a few sneak peaks a few days after the wedding and got the full flash drive of photos with the rights to print. Huge positive there!! Our wedding was in November 2022, and our family and friends STILL talk about how great she was! I will also be using her for any future family sessions :) Highly highly recommend her!

Stephanie was a preferred vendor by our venue and I could see why. I vibed on her energy when I met her & I knew I was gonna need a photographer to help pull my quiet, antisocial husband out of his shell. She's very good at getting everyone to open up, you can see the genuine smiles in our pictures. She's very personable and she made being photographed fun. My husband and I were both nervous, didn't know what to do, how to pose, but Stephanie's ideas would just pop in her head in the moment or she'd think about some beforehand and show us how to pose. She even asked if we had any ideas during our engagement shoot, and again on our wedding day. Our ceremony was at 3pm, so it was bright outside, and when the sun started going down, she ran inside to grab us to take the most beautiful sunset pictures! Every picture was my favorite! I'll never forget her even helping me get dressed and making sure I didn't forget anything.

If I could give Stephanie more than 5 stars, I would! She has photographed multiple events for our family and our clientele. Stephanie has been given a special gift from God to be able to see details that many others don't. She pays attention to emotions and has the ability to capture it all in her stunning photography. Stephanie is so much fun to work with! My husband and I were lost when it came to where to take engagement photos and she provided several places for us to shoot. She’s quick and efficient so you get it most out of your pictures, and she makes sure you have fun! My sneak peaks from my wedding came back THAT WEEK. Stephanie is an amazing photographer from the moment we hired her a year before our wedding day she took care of us, she had open communication with us, I could text her with any questions and she always responded in a timely manner. On the day of our wedding, we got hurricane like rain and thunder, we ended up losing power as soon as we went into the reception hall, but Stephanie made sure to capture the ceremony and all the important pictures. She was one of the best things from that day (besides getting married of course). She went above and beyond, putting on her rain boots in ankle deep water capturing the most amazing pictures we could ask for, we used umbrellas and she incorporated them so seamlessly, we look at those photos and would never in a million years think everything else was falling apart around us. Stephanie has a great personality and she is bilingual which was important to us since we have family that speaks Spanish. You will not regret booking her for your special day.

Stephanie with SD Photography; let me just start off by saying... Stephanie is AMAZING!! Her photos are fabulous!! Her personality is so spunky, every session with her was so much fun!! Stephanie is extremely easy to work with and will tell you exactly where to be and how to pose. At first, I hired my great aunt, which has her own photography business in North Austin area, in which she has owned for as long as I can remember. We met Stephanie at an open house through my venue, and we loved talking with her and wished she was our photographer.  A couple weeks after the open house, we had to FIRE my great aunt due to several different reasons.  Immediately after we fired her, I called Stephanie and asked if she had our wedding date open. She did! I hired her on the spot and told her what happened. She was extremely helpful and was a blessing!! I absolutely recommend SD Photography for any type of event you're needing pictures for. We just got our pictures back and could not be happier!!

Stephanie Davis is fabulous! She captured every emotion at our wedding and is super easy to work with. Her lighting and editing was super, a lot of photographers will edit photos to where it doesn’t even look like you, Stephanie’s photos had perfect lighting and very little personal edits. We also have a sort of rowdy crowd and Stephanie knew exactly how to handle us while capturing our raw emotions and humor in the photos. I would highly recommend her for both indoor and outdoor settings, we had both, and all the pictures were crisp and not over bearing with lighting edits. She is awesome and is familiar with a lot of the venues in the Conroe and Montgomery areas.

We used Stephanie to do an engagement shoot to get our Save the Dates out quick and she blew our minds! One hour with her and we had more options than we knew what to do with. This girl does not mess around, I saw her shooting at a wedding and she went into the women's bathroom to grab an aunt or someone that was needed. She does not miss a shot. She's direct and will move whatever she needs to so you don't look back at a photo and wish something was different. She's hysterical and kind-hearted which makes candids a breeze. She picks fantastic scenery and has a distinct photography style that compliments family, engagement and wedding shoots. I can't say enough good things about her. Did I touch on turn around time? She got us a sneak preview within 24 hours, TWENTY FOUR hours people! She also didn't cost an arm and a leg. For the quality of her work it seemed like a bargain.
