SDS Events LLC

LY!!! And after the wedding many of our guests complemented on how well the planners executed the wedding. My husband and I DEFINITELY recommend these ladies.!!

stop saying SHAWON YOU GOT A SOLID TEAM🥳you can’t find people like that. I gotta give it to you all, y’all are a force and I HIGHLY recommend you 10/10 any day!!!! Y’all made Neek and I feel like CELEBS. The whole team is UNMATCHED! I can go on and on but this post would be 4 pages long

ake decisions. Our day was excellent, even our guests still compliment us on how smooth everything went. If you want a worry free wedding, choose SDS!

detail. After my wedding friends and family noted that our planners were fabulous and we couldn’t agree more!

oth. They take extra care to make sure the bride and groom have the best wedding day possible. They also take the time to build a personal relationship with their clients. They constantly stay in touch to assure the couple that everything is progressing in a timely manner. The team is always on time and they always display the utmost professionalism. I would 100% recommend SDS Events to anyone planning a wedding or big event. Trust me, you will be in great hands. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future!

with organizing my schedule, she collaborated very well with the vendors, and importantly she took all of the burden off of my shoulders. On the day of the wedding reception, her team executed flawlessly! I felt like a Queen for the day! Overall, Shawon’s team handled my special day with a strong level of care and attention. Thanks SDS Events for outstanding service!!!

fessional, organized, and beyond relatable from start to finish. However, what indeed sold us was the excellent reputation expressed by other vendors, images from previous weddings, and consistent reviews/responses across all social media platforms. Before our initial consult, we honestly knew SDS would be able to achieve our city chic vision. We selected the full planning and event design due to our hectic schedules, access to top vendors, and the trust established with Shawon. Our wedding was top-tier, and I can’t wait to plan future life events with SDS Events, LLC. Thank you for bringing our vision to life + providing an exceptional team to support us along the way! xoxo, The Arrington’s

t their help. Have SDS Events by my side during the planning process took the stress out of wedding planning and we were actually able to focus on our day. I would 10/10 recommend SDS Events to anyone.

s, calls, MY many changes 🤣🤣🤣 and concerns. Although I like to have some control you worked with me, at times reminding me you had it.. just watching how you handled business made me put all trust in anything you said. I really was relaxed because you knew exactly what Kayla and Patrick wanted and you made sure I was okay with it as well.. From helping us find the perfect venue, vendors, hair and makeup, etc.. you did it.. Thanks to all the vendors that worked so well together and they knew what you expected..it was like they were your team.  This wedding was more than we could even wish for.. Shawon you are a beast you are so down to earth and personable, you made all the young people love and respect you and the adults admire your work. We have already had so many inquiries about you. Compliments on the wedding, the fun, food,etc.. Now that I have time to chill I will be sending everyone your information.. Thanks again to you and your team Regina Walker (mother of groom) & mother in love of the Bride

nctual, organized, and extremely professional! I shared my vision, and they were able to make it come to life and more! Not only did they help all the details come together, but they made sure I was stressed-free on my actual wedding day. They made sure everything went smoothly and beautifully on the day of! My husband and I would highly recommend SDS Events LLC if you are looking for a great wedding planning team to execute your dream wedding!

ion. They are all very personal, professional, and punctual. No T was left uncross and every I was dotted. If you are looking to have a stress free, fun, and organized wedding planning, then hire Shawon!

l missed by this experienced, dedicated amazing team! I cannot imagine what my day would have been like without the phenomenal human beings. If truly enjoying every single second of your wedding day is important to you, then there is no other choice than SDS Events LLC. My day was sooooo much more than I anticipated or imagined and I credit SDS completely! Don't cheat yourself...Treat yourself! SDS is the best in the business and there's no arguing that point!

plan my wedding as I had been watching her (lowkey stalking) for many years of when she first started out & that was none other than Shawon M. Crawley of #SDSEvents. Shawon met with Aaron & I for a consultation..she laid out her expectations.. asked for feedback on our expectations & what we were looking for as well..needless to say we opted for her full planning services. I will admit, initially I was very indecisive about certain things I wanted ...I just knew I wanted an elegant wedding filled with lots of love. Once Shawon got a fill for me as an individual & Aaron & I as a couple..the rest was relatively easy. She knew exactly what we wanted & needed ..it was up to us to say yes or no...never any pressure but always willing to provide a solution...we trusted her fully with her knowledge & experience that came along with her credibility. My actual wedding day couldn't have been more magical & perfect. If there were any major issues, SDS made sure I wasnt made aware of them. My lady in waiting Kayla was absolutely excellent & I couldnt have asked for a better individual to be with me until the very end. Even though the excitement of that day has came & passed..its still lives on in our hearts & minds. We truly couldn't have executed the Randolph-Mobley flawless on time production without you & your team. In closing, Shawon we may have started out as your clients but BABBBBYYYYY you ended up as part of our FAMILY! WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR ❤ ~Them Mobleys~ #SheUnderstoodTheAssignment #Them8amCallsSheWontMiss #ImHavingWeddingWithdrawals #SheHadOfficeHoursButIIgnoredThem🤣 #SDSWasWorthEveryCoin #TopNotchQualityNPerfection

on and her team. Before I planned my wedding I always though that wedding planning, no matter what, was a stressful think. I was absolutely WRONG. If you gave the pleasure of working with SDS I promise stress will be a thing of the past. They made this process so easy and stress free. Shawon and her team really make you feel at ease, like they are family. I felt so heard, important , and like a priority during this planning process with them. I had a issue a seamstress that I hired (against Shawons advice lol). I casually mentioned how I didn't really like my alternation, literally in the middle of me describing my disappointment, Shawon is calling the seamstress letting her know of my experience. In the most professional way Shawon got every single penny of our money back from that experience. This is what I mean when I say she handled every single thing with so much ease and professionalism. I could go on and on about how amazing this team is. I recommend SDS to everyone. You won't regret it.

did! Shawon & her team did not disappoint! I love the fact that she takes the time to get to know her couples-so much so that she truly feels like family by the time the wedding takes place. She was very personable, professional, detailed, and on point, every step of the way and kept me organized. She brought up things I didn't even think of and made sure that we were asking all of the right questions to all of our vendors. Special shout out to my 'lady in waiting' (I didn't even know what that term meant, lol), Chrissiny. She was so patient and kind. She assisted me all night long and did not disappoint whether it was holding up my dress from rain puddles, making my veil fly, or helping me hold back tears- I thank you. "I have NEVER been to a wedding that started on time & flowed so beautifully", is what we heard from our guests all night. Even if there were hick-ups & challenges, we didn't know about anything thanks to Shawon & team. She had our backs to ensure that we had a beautiful memorable wedding we'll talk about for a lifetime. Thanks again.

planner who was experienced and who will hold the day down because we wanted our family and friends to enjoy the day. We had a few calls with different people and Shawon had something in her that made us choose her and that was the beginning of our wedding process. The first thing we talked about was the wedding date and she explained to us when to get married and what to expect in different seasons. After that, we started looking for the venue and from there Shawon understood our vision. We wanted to get married outside and we toured a couple venues that’s wasn’t really what we were looking for. Shawon took us to this venue called the Secret Garden and Estate and that was the place we saw ourselves getting married at. It was extremely beautiful and a hidden gem. From there Shawon helped us through every single thing. She took us to different vendors and was there to explain our vision to them. She helped picked the flowers, the food, the drinks, name it, she assisted, and she also has amazing taste. Like almost every weddings, something things went wrong during planning but she stood there with us, comforted us and reassured us when we were confused. She has a team of excellent women who knows what they are doing. They are the dream team. You need them on your wedding day. I want to say a special thank you to Chassiny for handling so much and my girl Tia for helping me get dressed, for fanning me when I was too hot, you guys are truly amazing. Anyways, I have to cut it short or I will never finish. Future bride, you need SDS event for a stress free wedding. They know what they are doing and they don’t disappoint. Miss Shawon, we love you ans again thank you ❤️

beginning the Planner team search (being the OCD individual and bride I am), I did all the research I could on planners in the Charlotte, NC area and began setting up multiple meetings to weigh options on the best fit for Tim & I. Let's just say Shawon and I had our first meeting and it's been history ever since. I remember calling Tim right after saying, “Search is over babe, she’s the one”! Every time I felt I was overwhelmed , let's just say she reeled me back in each and every time. "We do not do stressed", "Trust me, I got you" and let me tell you: a move to another state, a canceled wedding date due to Covid, countless Facetimes, 2.5 years later---she has had me THROUGH IT ALL. ANY time I called her beginning to freak out, Shawon gathered me at ease (Which I’m sure was Tim’s favorite part😂). ANY hiccup that came along, when I tell you it was HANDLED, IT WAS HANDLED! Talk about a Fairy Godmother come true! Unknowingly on my end, our wedding singer took sick early wedding week. Fast forward to rehearsal as I'm sitting, I hear an angelic voice TAKE ME AWAY. Shawon had not only found us a new wedding singer last minute, but THAT VOICE! HE WAS AMAZING! Onto wedding day, from my 7:30am wake up call to finish our SDS team did what needed to be done! I'd be remiss if I didn’t special S/O to my Lady in Waiting, Tia. I didn’t meet Tia until wedding morning & let's just say 10 out of 10. Her vibes were unmatched and anything I or any of my ladies needed she was there ready and willing to lend a helping hand! I couldn’t have asked for a greater fit for this role! When it comes to business it’s a few things in particular I don’t play about & let's just say these ladies don’t either. Communication-Amazing. Professionalism-A1. Reputation-believe when I say the SDS name holds weight. Attentiveness- Spot On. Execution- UNMATCHED! I seriously couldn’t have imagined a greater team to get Tim & I through this process. We are STILL to this day receiving compliments from family and friends on how BOMB and thorough our planning team was throughout wedding day & I must say… the only reply I can give is "OH TRUST, I KNOW " HAHA. BOOK THEM! I promise you will not regret it once. Like I told Shawon, "this a forever thing, you’re stuck with me now". To think in the very beginning, I thought I could probably do this all on my own, HA! Imagine that! To Shawon, Tiara, Chassiny, Tia and the entire SDS team, Tim & I thank you so much for this experience. We are forever grateful for our Dream Team, you ladies are the epitome of greatness! It truly makes a difference when a team's actions display how much they love what they do & how amazing they are at it. I had expectations of SDS Events being a great planning team, but a planning team turned family was not in the agenda and I'm just so beyond pleased with the outcome! -Your Forever SDS Bride, Bree PS- Hmmm… What shall we plan next😏?

address every concern. As if planning a wedding isn’t enough, I was planning in a completely different state and time zone and I worried not. She and the SDS team paid attention to details and they thought of things many brides are too busy to. She and the SDS team executed a flawless wedding AND reception!!! I HIGHLY recommend SDS events for ALL your planning needs. She’s more than a wedding planner, she’s a visionary , she was my counselor and advisor during the process when I was indecisive. If you’re looking for a planner, look no further.

s and professionalism you receive is unmatched. You will truly get the most bang for your buck. On our wedding day, an unexpected event occurred that almost bought me to tears. My Matron of Honor quickly pulled out her “run of the show” which had Shawon’s number listed and called her to let her know what was going on. Shawon knew the exact words to say in order to calm me down and reassure me that our wedding day would be perfect. Our wedding was everything that we envisioned and the execution was seamless. I will refer any and every newly engaged couples to SDS Events!

or your time and efforts. Shawon and her team was absolutely amazing! From the first day I met her we instantly clicked. I’m super big on vibes and she took me in and gave me the biggest hug ever. I knew she was the one to plan our big day. Jaren my husband was very involved in the planning process as well and he also instantly clicked with her. We’re super sad the process is over because we were so accustomed to talking with Shawon on a weekly basis, but no worries we have gained a friend and she’s stuck with us now. Again, thank you so much!

ant discussions advising us on tasks to complete, appropriate wedding deadlines, and things to consider, many of which we were unaware of, that would later make the wedding memorable. Shawon contacted all of our wedding vendors and provided them with a timeline for the wedding day, which relieved stress of the bride and groom. On our wedding day, the entire SDS team made us feel like royalty! They went above and beyond to ensure that the wedding started on time and remained on schedule throughout the night. The professionalism of this team is remarkable. The thoughtfulness and personal touch that they bring to such an important event ensures that your wedding will be positively memorable for all in attendance. They are truly experts in planning and executing weddings. We highly recommend them to all couples interested in having an elegant and stress-free wedding process!

at our day, this experience and my level of happiness would be unmatched. They even made my idea of having a food truck at the end of the night come to life! Now that is what I call getting it done! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is nothing I would wish for anyone but having SDS made me feel like I was protected from it all and continuously helped me focus on what I could control and created an amazing experience through a very trying time for all. As we went through the year, there was constant communication, professionalism, timely responses, amazing insight, ideas, suggestions, honesty, appropriate push back, mentoring, early morning calls, late night texts and one amazing relationship formed. I can never put into words what SDS did for me, my husband and how they lead the wedding of the century (you read correctly…wedding of the century!). However, I will try, so here are a few things I just have to make sure the world knows: 1. Shawon is simply amazing and if you don’t secure her as your wedding planner, that will be your first mistake, TRUST ME. Her professionalism, tenure, lens of life and reputation is all you need to have the wedding your heart desires. She knows how to plan and execute a flawless wedding and she is the BEST, I mean, THE BEST. She listens intently and makes sure that she takes the time to learn you not only as a bride but as a person and that is so important and shows up in so many ways throughout this process. She will not tell you what you want to hear but instead she will tell you the truth and what needs to be said. Throughout this year she was not only my planner but she showed up as my therapist (☺️), listening ear, support system and she may not know it but my newest friend and I will forever love her for being what I needed without me even knowing it. 2. Proper, Prior, Planning: I never and I mean never worried about one thing. Everything was always organized, planned and executed in a way that I was able to have the confidence that my vision would be seen by all to feel the love shared between Kenneth and I. 3. Execution: Our day was executed perfectly and I mean perfectly. Every encounter with SDS was done flawlessly. On the wedding day, I received my 7:00 am wake up call, I was given words of encouragement and told to be ready for one amazing day and that’s exactly what it was. When I walked out my heart was so full. Seeing what SDS along with the amazing vendors created was more than we ever imagined. I will end by saying this, SDS is the best of the best and I would recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding. I personally would like to thank Shawon and every single member of the team for all that you did for us. We are forever grateful and I'm trying to figure out what we can do next just to work with them again! I'm thinking #babyshower.... Love Kenneth & Chenae Burke

entive to our wants and needs but she was also readily available at all times! I never wanted to feel like I was bothering her unless we had meetings but she assured me time and time again to call her even if I had the most basic question. When it came to budgeting and planning I had no worries at all and at times forgot I was planning a whole wedding because she was THAT GOOD! Our wedding was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more and we more than blessed to have SDS Events by our side every step of the way! If you’re looking for someone who’s always going to have your best interest at heart, make sure you stay within your budget, plan a bomb ass wedding, and become like family look no further than SDS Events! You will not be disappointed!

hem!

ry professional and courteous! She has an amazing personality and just the best at what she does! We chose to have the full service planning package. Thanks for keeping me stress-free and executing a beautiful wedding for us!

n happen leading up to and unfortunately the day of a wedding. Because of this I did my due diligence in asking around to see who most people from work to personal friends would recommend. 99% of the time Shawon’s name came up and after I reserved her services with the wedding planning package We wanted, everything from that point forward was taken care of . Getting married during Covid is already stressful enough and Shawon and her team made sure that for my husband and I’s wedding day that everything went perfect from start to finish. My wedding day was one of the best days of my life and that is owed entirely to Shawon and her team who paid attention to every detail, made sure my husband and I kept a drink in our hand at the reception, and overall just ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to book Shawon !! She is beyond amazing and truly talented at what she does.

on the day of. If there were any issues I wouldn’t know because they were so helpful in making sure I was stress free on the day of. Even with COVID, Shawon and her team were really proactive in making sure we were able to adjust to make our wedding day not only memorable but safe. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my wedding and it’s all thanks to SDS events. I would recommend them for anyone who is in search for a wedding planner.

to my honey I've heard, "You have to work with Shawon" or "Shawon is amazing you will love her" & "Shawon caters to her brides!" Well let me tell you... they didn't lie! Shawon exceeded my expectations of what a planner is. There was NEVER a time where I couldn't get in contact with her and IF, keyword IF she didn't answer on the first try, there was an immediate response. She was literally a phone call, Facetime :) email or text away. Unfortunately, three weeks before our wedding, we were informed that our Venue had closed. I was in total shock, disbelief and ultimately hurt and scared to be honest, but Shawon saved the day. Not only did she book several appointments for us the NEXT day her team was there to assist us in our search. That's not a planner, that's a HERO. (We went with one of the venues that she chose, and I must say we LOVEDDD it more than our original venue!) Shawon made me feel like I was the ONLY bride she was working with, she made me feel important and never left me in the dark. Even when she traveled she gave me a heads up with dates she'd be out of town so I was AWARE! She was there every step of the way. Any question I had she answered. She checked in on me daily/weekly to make sure I had what I needed mentally and to prepare me for my big day. She sent checklist which was a HUGE help to me and kept me organized and above all she was professional and instrumental in EVERY decision I made. ANDDD she GETS THE JOB DONE! She WORKS for her Brides and makes sure you have what YOU want. If you're looking for a planner that is professional, communicative, goes above and beyond for her clients, funny, your girlfriend, someone who makes you feel like you're the TOP priority then don't hesitate to book SDS Events! (I'm literally tearing up as I type this) I PROMISE you it's worth it. Although my wedding is over, Shawon has a special place in my heart and I will continue to text and call her LOL. She's the best. Don't waste your time searching anymore, SDS Events is the way to go!

rk of SDS Events. We can never thank you enough.

nd very professional. Despite being given an onsite coordinator at the resort, Shawon was exactly what we needed. She kept us focused on what we pre-established as our financial goal and made sure everything was within reason. We were so ecstatic to have her present with us during the week of the wedding when we first met the wedding staff at the resort. She guided us through every single detail and ensured that we received everything we desired. Shawon's passion for weddings combined with her organization and attention to detail makes her far worth more than the rate charged. We would highly recommend her and her staff to any couple planning a local or destination wedding. With Shawon's help our wedding weekend was a smoothly-run success.

er professionalism, bright personality, sternness and nurturing spirit immediately attracted us. For couples that are planning a wedding, A WEDDING PLANNER IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! & you do not need to look any further. SDS Events, LLC is the team for you!! I can’t stress that enough. Midway during the planning process, we took s job abroad and spent 9 months planning away from home. Shawon was there, checking in with us and making sure everything was in order. On the morning of the wedding, Shawon had beautiful flowers delivered to me. & she checked in with us continually. Tiara, Tiffany and Kayla never left my side on Our wedding day. The day couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did. My bridal party and guests fell in love with them and commended them on the excellent job they did with our wedding. I felt NO stress on wedding day. I was so calm knowing that I had an awesome team beside me. We deeply feel in our hearts that if we had not chosen SDS Events, LLC as our wedding planners, it wouldn’t have ran as smoothly as it did. These ladies are heaven sent. We will be returning for our future celebrations because we aren’t ready to let them go ❤️

was referred to Shawon and her team (SDS Events) through a family member and decided to reach out to them about their services. From the moment I spoke with Shawon on the phone, she was very professional, made me and my fiance feel extremely comfortable and she was within our budget. Looking back on my experience, I wish I would have reached out to SDS a lot sooner than I did. Shawon and her team did an EXCELLENT job and exceeded my expectations. She made sure that my wedding day and all the details leading up to that day was perfect! She crossed every "t" and dotted every "i". I didn't have to worry about all the moving parts that go into planning a wedding, because SDS made sure everything was taken care of. I had no idea the amount of detail that goes into making sure the wedding day ran smoothly. I'm so glad that I chose to go with a wedding planner, but even more happy that I chose SDS. The entire day Shawon and her staff checked on me to make sure I was ok. I felt like a queen and I didn't have to lift a finger. Our ceremony start time was at 4 pm and our wedding started exactly at 4 pm. SDS was very prompt and the entire wedding ran on schedule (i.e. intros, first dances, prayer, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.) Everything was on schedule and flowed so smoothly. There was no corner left unturned. I am so grateful for Shawon and her team. My guests are still raving about our wedding day and SDS made sure it was perfect. They contacted all of the vendors prior to and the day of, so that I didn't have much to worry or stress about when vendors were arriving, drop off times, etc. Shawon called me every week the month before the wedding to touch base, she emailed throughout the day and made sure I was copied on all emails to the vendors, she called everyday the week of the wedding, she called the night before and the morning of to give me my wake up call the day of. She ROCKED it! I felt so comfortable with her. She didn't make any decisions without contacting me first to get my opinion or if something came up, she made sure to let me know and then she would handle it accordingly. Overall, I thought SDS Events did a PHENOMENAL job and I would highly recommend to any bride to be. If you're skeptical or a little hesitant like I was, don't be! It's the best decision I could have ever made to make sure my wedding day was perfect.

and just consult the planner for advice! The sole purpose was for them to execute my plans bc my life was hectic!!! When I tell you, that was NOT the case with SDS events!! After my first conversation with Shawon I knew I had to have her!! When we met in person, it felt like I’d known her forever!! She made my “extra-ness” feel normal lol! After that meeting my mind was at ease, I was relieved, and I didn’t feel like I needed to give her the blueprint to plan my wedding!!! Throughout the entire process I literally didn’t worry about a thing! I trusted her 100% and she never let me down! Her follow through was on point!!!!! If you’ve never met a stress-free bride, now you have!! After talking to other brides I would call Shawon and ask if I was suppose to do something or worry about something bc being stress-free is apparently abnormal and foreign!! She assured me I was good....and I really was!! Fast forward to my wedding day....everything that could’ve happened, happened! However, the entire team FLAWLESSLY executed my day!!! I gotta admit, I got a little nervous for about 2mins but it didn’t last long at all lol! To say the least, make sure you get you a planner that doesn’t crack under pressure, especially if it’s out of their control!!! If it wasn’t for Shawon, I’m not sure how I would’ve made it to the wedding day (probably stressed, in debt, and half crazy); and if it wasn’t for her entire team, ESPECIALLY Tia, I’m not sure how we would’ve made it through our wedding day! Tia not only made sure I was good at all times, but she took care the needs of my girls and my mother as well! When our guests mention how beautiful, well-organized, and amazing our day was they ALWAYS mention how on-point my planner and her team was!!! My husband and I are truly blessed to have had SDS plan our wedding! When my husband raves about an experience, it speaks volumes!!!! Please make sure you have a full-service planner and if you don’t choose SDS events, you’ll be doing yourself a disservice!

r picked date, After realizing that even planning a small wedding was more work than we expected. For months we tried to pull it together on our own and as time continue to close in on us that’s when we realized we needed someone to take over. So I decided to contact SDS events. Knowing Shawon from Facebook and seeing her beautiful work, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with however, I wasn’t sure if she was in the small wedding business or the last-minute business lol. We hired Shawon From start to finish. Shawon did more than I expected of her. From finding our location, scheduling food tasting, cake tasting, meetings with the florist, DJ and a pastor, Scheduling a photographer and make up artist, and she even made sure I found a dress. Well you wouldn’t believe on the day of our wedding it was actually a snow storm and our venue had to close due to power loss 3 hours before our wedding. Long story short, after several phone consults with Shawon confirming we were still getting married (she was still on board with our decision) and making some calls, our small wedding happened at another venue and it was still a beautiful memorable day. Might I add a very stress-free day that would not have happened without Shawon and her team!

professionalism, I knew we were making the right choice. Shawon pointed us in the right direction and was there to answer any questions. She made sure everything was taken care of, so we could enjoy our special day. With the help of SDS Events our wedding was everything we hoped for and more!

nue, bridal store, photos, and professionalism I received from Shawun, the rest of the SDS ladies, and vendors was outstanding! My guest are still talking about my wedding/reception and how fabulous it was! Shawun asked me if anything could have been done better, absolutely not! Keep up the great work, this is truly your gift, Derick and I couldn’t think of anything that could’ve been better!! Thanks so much!!

g we dreamt of! The wedding was a solid mixture of uniqueness and traditional. We had a vision and you guys thoroughly EXECUTED!! You guys allowed Kevin and I to be ourselves! Thanks for building genuine relationships with Kevin and I. Thanks for embracing our ratchet..silly.. tardy personalities!!!! SATURDAY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WHAT IT WAS FOR OURSELVES OR OUR GUEST WITHOUT EACH ONE OF YOU!!! SDS EVENTSSSSS ISSSS THE SHIIIIIIIIIII* Love you ladies!!!! 😘😘😘

and be mean while dealing with my first world problems smh For making a reluctant bride a believer again (I was taking myself way too seriously). For humoring a 39/40 yr old non-traditional, sort of traditional, I make my own traditions kind of bride For helping me throw my biggest, baddest and most ballingness "house party" ever LOL Shawon, you and your team of beautiful ladies did a wonderful and most professional job executing my vision. You have something special here and deserve recognition for it. Shawon, you were inspirational, helpful and most importantly, available to me up to the day of my wedding (and after). The rehearsal and ceremony were ON TIME, yeahhhhhhhhh!! Everything from makeup to sparkler send-off ran smoothly. If there was a hiccup or bump in the road I wouldn't have known In six months, you helped me pull together a dream of a wedding and I couldn't be more proud. Guests say it was the wedding of the year and the wedding of the century! Even invited guests that weren't in attendance are talking about this wedding....#hateyoumissedit Thanks for calling me the NEXT day after getting a phone call and couple of those .."Pls call me".."Oh nevermind smiley face" texts from me..I know smh. A call to Tiara..and she was right there with the answer as usual! My former fiance adored you and my new husband loves you in a way that I approve! :) Shawon I'm proud of you and love you, Tiara you mean the world to me, Tia my fellow libra you stuck by my side and didn't let me get you into trouble Many thanks to the entire SDS team. I am very grateful to know each of you..xoxo Shanta "Shae" Rudd PS - the ring bearer wants to know when we're having ANOTHER wedding...what the??

ision for your big day. Then, she connects you with service providers who will deliver exactly what you expect - and beyond! On your wedding day, you will be buffered from all stress while your event unfolds flawlessly before your eyes. My wedding day was like a dream. I'm convinced that no one could have done it better. If - and that's a big if - you can get her, DO IT.

s best friend wedding a few years earlier, and I had a friend whose wedding she had just completed. Once we sat down for the consultation, I just knew she was IT! Her character, demeanor, no nonsense, professional, business savvy mode was all I needed to see and hear! I knew we were in good hands when we left the consultation and decided to say yes, but after 18 months of planning, I truly realized I was in superb hands because she turned my indecisiveness into an amazing, elegant, flawless wedding! She was there every step of the way to provide sound advice, recommendations, and execute the day all in a timely manner in true SDS fashion! Her expertise was always on point! She was just what I needed, and I cannot say thank you enough because the SDS team is not just great but awesome at what they do for a bride before, after, during, and all other moments in between leading up to and on that special day! asked for and more. May 20, 2017 was the best day of our lives! Full of surprises and just absolutely amazing from start to finish. The set up had me in complete awe. The view I had from the balcony I came down brung me to tears. I can never repay them for how beautiful everything was! My husband and I are so grateful to have met such a professional team of individuals, that executed our day flawlessly. Thank you so much SDS for everything you've done. I wish I could re-live that moment over and over because it was everything I imagined and more! Again, we thank you for our fairytale wedding!

ek the help of a wedding planner. I ended up moving from Charlotte to Virginia and quickly realized I needed help. Shawon of SDS Events came highly recommended by several people I knew, but they all didn't know each other so I took this as a sign that I definitely needed to choose her. We came into town for a consultation with her and Tiara and I instantly wanted to hire her. SDS should stand for Stop Dang Stressing because that's exactly what she did for me. Everything I stressed about or thought I would stress about her and her team handled with grace and ease. Her words to me were to take a deep breath, relax, I got you boo and everything is fixable. I started to hear those words in my sleep but it always helped and got me through and in the end EVERYTHING turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have done it without her. She took the stress out of planning a wedding from another state for 100 guest coming from all over the US from as far as Hawaii. Guests are still talking about how beautiful it was and how professional (and strict lol) Shawon and her staff were. Please note she does not play about time management and professionalism. You will appreciate this the most on your wedding day when she pulls off that On Time & Flawless wedding that people will talk about for years to come. Thank you SDS Events for everything.

all of my emails in a timely manner and kept me on track. On the day of the wedding, I was completely relaxed. I knew that Shawon and Tiara had everything covered. Thanks SDS Events for making our day so special.
