SE Events - Atlanta Wedding DJ & Entertainment

The people are great! Super friendly, and the platform that they give you access to to set everything up is fantastic. It really does make the experience better from a planning aspect. BUT...I'm giving a 2 star because of a couple of things that happened... 1) Zero slow dances for the guest to dance to. We had our first dance, mother/son dance and then the solo dance at the end of the evening, but that was it. People had complained to us that we should have had more slow dances for everyone. Its not a "deal-breaker"...its just something the DJ should be aware of. 2) This is the BIG one, and should be listed first, but I'm going to vent for a bit here on this one... We had "A Thousand Years" by the Piano Guys selected as our procession song. Corny, maybe...overused, possibly...but it was beautiful to us. They asked for a link to the song, so we sent it (you can find it on YouTube easily). When that DJ hit the music on his system outside, it was the worst sounding speaker/recording/song that you could imagine. It would have sounded better to have had a Casio keyboard play the song, rather than his system. It was terrible, and not just an "oopsies" in the beginning...the whole procession was like that. And in that one, special, never to be recreated moment, that is was we here on videos people shot of wedding party and my gorgeous bride, walking down the isle. Absolutely Unreal! Why would we not test the sound system, download a new file if its corrupted, or just get someone's phone to play the song over a microphone??? I'm just glad that what everyone says is true, that when you are standing up at that alter, and you see her at the end of the isle, all the background noise goes away...because for me...it absolutely did. BUT...for those in the audience...It was nails on a Casio chalkboard. Come on man! But hey, all-in-all, the DJ was friendly, he was entertaining, great personality... the music for the recession, the reception and the cocktail hour all sounded great! Now...I did also hire SE Events for our videography, so I'll post a review on that too.

I am so happy with SE Events! Lou did such an amazing job for our special day, he included all of our requested songs and made them feel so important. He met with us many times via Zoom to confirm all the small details were tied up. I love the online portal/website, it made the process such a breeze and knowing everything was all together in one place. We had SUCH a fun night and the music played such a great part of it all. Jesse was one of the best DJs! I loved talking with the company before booking and I appreciate the meetings we had with Jesse to plan for the wedding. He helped us with a lot and gave a lot of amazing advice on songs, time frames, and overall experience for us and the guest. The day of the event I got a lot of compliments on him and I was told he was the best DJ that my family has ever seen and heard. We did not have that many people show up but he kept the vibe up and interacted with the guests that were there. Every time I looked over he was always smiling and dancing. Lou was fantastic. Great with communications, took all of our notes perfectly. Really recommend for Jewish wedding! He did a great Horah and incorporated all our requests! Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

Above and Beyond - DJ and Livestream Dynamic Duo! We had our wedding at Primrose Cottage in June 2023. SE Events was recommended by Primrose and we are so glad we took their advice! Jesse was amazing! From the initial sales call he asked questions we had not even thought about and offered suggestions based on our limited vision of what was needed. Mid-stream we took some interesting planning turns that included adding an outdoor guitar soloist, personal vows, more people and a surprise invasion by Darth Vadar and Storm Troopers at the end that required a recessional “take over” to the Imperial March as a surprise for our guests. Jesse helped us plan out the entire sequence. On the dance floor, he played fantastic music, staying within our comfort zone. Even though it was a noon wedding and reception, his vibes got this age 50+ crowd up and having fun! He truly made our wedding exceptional and memorable while staying classy. Along the way, Jesse also brought in Scott to help with a livestream of both the ceremony and the reception (not a normal request evidently). Scott exceeded our expectations! If you are thinking about doing a video of your wedding, go livestream. The footage was high quality and we got to see what everyone was doing even when we were out of the room! ; ) Instead of one camera following us around, we got to see who was talking to whom along with all the traditional speeches and activities. We even got great cake cutting from the other room using the livestream because Scott was using a high quality, versatile camera and he worked it like a pro! Jesse and Scott made an amazing team and our wedding will be highly memorable AND re-watchable for years to come! We are so grateful to them both! Thank you!!

DJ Jesse was our guy!!! He was the BEST wedding DJ a bride and groom could ask for!! Met with us multiple times, played all of our requests, brought the best a/v equipment, kept the crowd going all night, and even helped us set up for the maid of honor to sing one of our dances. We can't thank DJ Jesse enough for making our day so much fun!!!

I can't begin to express how happy we were with the outstanding services from SE Events. From the initial consultation to the day of the event, they were professional, accommodating, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The DJ was absolutely fantastic! He kept the party going all night long and played all of our requested songs. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and we received so many compliments from our guests on the great music selection. The photobooth was a huge hit as well! Our guests had a blast taking photos with the fun props provided and we loved looking through all of the pictures afterwards. The videographer captured every important moment of our wedding day from the first look to the send off. We can hardly wait for the highlight video so we can relive our special day for years to come. SE Events is top notch, I would recommend them for any special occasion.

We hired SE Events because they were recommended to us by The Wimbish House. Jesse walked us through their website, which allows you to pick out songs you want to play for eating/mixing/mingling, dancing, and important events like the processional/recessional. You can also put songs on a "Do Not Play" list, and I loved having this control. We also expressed our concern with wanting the DJ to only announce important events and not be involved with the crowd at all. DJ Mike Murray was the perfect answer. He timed everything out perfectly, played requested songs on top of some classic crowd pleasers, and even took my last minute request to shorten our first dance song. It was perfect and I'll definitely be recommending them to our friends and family for future events.

Lou was amazing! He was very easy to work with. He met with us several times to make sure he knew exactly what we were wanting. He even helped my husband put together the music for his dance with our daughter. Lou had great energy for our daughter’s New Year’s Eve wedding. He couldn’t have been more perfect!

Lou was fantastic! Everyone talked about how great the DJ was at our wedding, He used our playlist and created a great experience for us and out guests. I am also hard of hearing and Lou made sure that I could hear all the speeches, the music, and any announcements. We felt very cared for an taken care of.

We had a great experience with SE Events who we hired as our DJ for our recent wedding in Dahlonega, GA. Lou and his team were great to work with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. We would definitely recommend them for any future events!

Jesse from SE Events did such an incredible job for our wedding. We had two pre-wedding planning meetings where he walked us through the process and made suggestions for songs and order of events to help things flow. Their online client platform was super easy to enable us add in every song we wanted and plan things out to the T exactly how we envisioned. Our wedding day went so smoothly and Jesse kept people on the dance floor all night. We couldn't have been happier!

All I wanted on my wedding day was for everyone to be out on the dance floor and DJ Lou Guzzo made this dream become a reality. He was funny, professional, and made sure everyone was having the time of their lives. I asked him if he could make a mix for the father daughter dance and he did it, no questions asked, no extra fees, all while we were still on our pre wedding phone call. He was truly amazing, and I would recommend him to anyone!

We had DJ Lou Guzzo at our wedding. He did an amazing job playing music during the ceremony and all throughout the reception. His website offered suggestions based off what others used in the past, and he also used my spotify playlist to decide what songs to play during the reception while we were eating and dancing. It was a lot of fun!

A wedding in it self is such a memorable time and for the groom and bride experience. What most don’t realize is that the entertainment and DJ are really what sets the tone for a wedding . Whether you’re going for a formal feel to a ballroom blitz , they set the atmosphere. We had the pleasure of having Jesse help in coordinating the client portal and guiding us in planning the music. We had DJ Pete for our wedding and he absolutely crushed it. He followed our preferences list and sensed what our guests like , then adapted and kept the party going. He paid attention to detail even making sure our first dances were on time, key, and perfect. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect evening for us given our wonderful experience with DJ Pete !

We hired DJ Jesse for our wedding, and we are so glad we did! He was so amazing from the beginning. He took the time to meet with us multiple times to be sure he understood what we wanted in our day and that all of our important songs were selected. They have the best online planner to use to help select everything you could ever need. They also have an expansive library of songs to pick from if you need some inspiration / help. On the day of the wedding DJ Jesse did a great job reading the crowd and playing music to keep the party going. He got the whole crowd dancing - even my grandma and great aunt were dancing! Highly recommend DJ Jesse for all of your party / wedding needs!

DJ Lou did an amazing job with our wedding at Ashton Gardens! He was so professional and communicative, and played the perfect music to keep everyone dancing! He was also kind and checked in with us to make sure certain guest requests were okay to play. The portal they use was extremely helpful in allowing us to set up our ceremony and lay out exactly what we did and didn't want to hear during our reception.

Jesse from SE events was the absolute best!!! Our wedding was quite a challenge because we do not like typical wedding songs, and we have songs and traditions from various cultures that we wanted incorporated into our day. Jesse not only drew from his vast wedding experience, but also made sure to humbly ask questions and meet with us multiple times before our wedding day to clarify and make sure he understood our vision for the day. He was patient with us through many requests and changes in the process and was the kindest person ever. He also took a genuine interest in our lives, and had the best energy on our wedding day and leading up to it. On the day of the wedding he was very upbeat and fun and available to us for whatever we asked! He kept the dance floor going strong all night-even with our extra long reception. Our guests commented on how great he was, and we couldn’t agree more!!! Would 11/10 recommend Jesse to DJ your wedding!

DJ Austin was great! We also had our uplighting and photo booth through SE Events.

Jesse was absolutely amazing. We had a planning session before the wedding and he explained his site. All we had to do was go in and plug in our info and songs, super quick and easy and very organized. He has excellent song lists and we were even able to add in songs that are not common/mainstream. The wedding day was perfect -Jesse nailed everything, so grateful we got to have him dj our wedding! Do yourself a favor and book him!!!!!

DJ Jesse was AWESOME!! And the whole company as a whole was a breeze to work with. I found them through a local trade show and am so glad I went with them. I had a good feeling at the show, and Jesse made everything better. The company has a very easy to operate online portal that lets you customize as much or as little as you want, with suggestions for the different parts of the wedding even so if you have no clue those come in real handy. There is also a schedule tracking system which was great. It honestly helped me keep track of the order of things for other vendors also, it was such a blessing. At the party Jesse really knew how to read the crowd and use the music suggestions I gave with his knowledge to keep everyone dancing all night. I have gotten so many compliments post wedding on how fun the reception was and it would not have happened without him. Very professional, always kind and ready to make the day special no matter what, and on time so I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day.

Our DJ (John) was phenomenal. He played all the music we requested and kept the party going. He added a few songs based on our audience that were perfect and that we did not think of ahead of time ourselves! The pricing was great and our experience was absolutely perfect!

DJ Lou did a wonderful job for our wedding in August at Ashton Gardens! The portal they use for wedding songs that you want to hear and when you want to hear them, as well as the songs that you don’t want to hear was super helpful in framing our thoughts for the whole night. The portal system was also really helpful with helping with our coordinator’s timeline. The wedding day music was wonderful. DJ Lou played beautiful music as we were taking photos before the ceremony and the music playing while the guests waited for the ceremony to start was great. All the music we chose to have for the ceremony was spot on and played for the best amount of time. As we were getting ready to do our entrance, we didnt notice this, but the wedding party let us know after that he went down the line to make sure he was pronouncing names correctly and to make sure the line-up had not changed, which is extremely professional. His emcee capabilities were also amazing as we went through the entire night with wonderful shout outs and enjoyable music!

Best DJ. Hired for my daughter's wedding. He were so very friendly and worked with us on what music we wanted. Our dj was amazing with directions for our guest and kept our party going all the way to the end.

We used SE for our wedding and we were not disappointed. Lou was our DJ and was the absolute best! He did everything we requested him to do and more, if you are looking for a Dj that will keep the party going and everyone dancing SE is it!

To start, we had a fantastic dance party at our wedding, and are so thankful for that! SE Events was good value, and everyone had an amazing time. At one point EVERYONE was on the dance floor, so we left on cloud nine. After the fact, we learned that the DJ had been misinformed of our ceremony start time, but was early enough and so adaptable that he was able to adjust seamlessly, without us ever knowing! A point for improvement: We met and coordinated with someone other than our DJ. A few days before the wedding, we got urgent texts from the DJ wanting to meet with us with questions about our request list, first dances, etc. This bothered me, given that we were mid-travel, coordinating with our guests, doing last minute wedding stuff, etc. and the last thing I wanted to do was duplicate conversations while trying to be present with others. This is a small complaint for an overall amazing night. We had asked for a DJ that could read the room and get everyone on the dance floor, and that's exactly what we got! Thanks for contributing to our wonderful night!

We saw DJ Lou perform for a wedding venue vendors open house and knew we needed to go chat with him about our day! We had a great zoom call where he walked us thru everything and we booked him that same night! He has a great energy about him and truly felt like he wanted the day to go smooth for us! He came early to the venue and set up on time, but even worked during the ceremony to help the wedding coordinator and harpist out in signaling the readiness of the ceremony doors to open for me to walk down at the right time. I just knew when I met him that he would be an amazing person to have part of our special day. Highly recommend!!

We worked with DJ Lou for our wedding earlier this spring/summer and really enjoyed it. We got married at Wolf Mountain winery and vineyards in Dahlonega GA in May 2021. We had Matt Osborne as our DJ/entertainment host. He was such an integral role in our wedding day. Our music in both the ceremony and reception turned out perfect and we have received so many compliments on his entertainment great personality throughout the wedding. During the planning stages of the wedding he was available to answer any questions and give recommendations on songs for the special moments throughout the wedding. He even made a special cut of our first song for us to dance too. He truly went above and beyond for us and our wedding day. We also added in the photo booth as well as the up lighting, it truly added a wonderful ambiance. It was a pleasure working together with Matt and we cannot thank him enough for making our big day so special.

DJ Lou is literally the best of all time. We told him we wanted everyone to be on the dance floor as much as possible and he played the PERFECT songs to keep everyone going. It was such a blast, we were so sad when it was over. Highly recommend DJ Lou!!!

I can't say enough how AWESOME Austin was for our wedding on May 29th! Everything from planning to day of - I got SO many guests who complimented him and even asked me for his info so they had someone in mind for when they got married! DJ Lou was awesome!! His energy and charisma had everyone dancing and having a great time and helped make our wedding very special! First, Lou was a tremendous planning partner leading up to the wedding. Always very responsive to calls and emails to answer any questions, and he offered tons of helpful advice and suggestions during the planning process. And the online event planning portal was very easy to use and gave us confidence that all of the details were taken care of! On the day, Lou did an amazing job with the music and the MCing to keep everything running smoothly. We had such a great time! Finally, we also did our videography through SE Entertainment, and the team was fantastic and professional. They were always there capturing all the important moments, and while we haven't seen the finished video yet, we are sure it will be great. Highly recommend SE Events for DJ and video services!

Lou is the best! From our first meeting he was so much fun and he understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We had to postpone our wedding several times due to COVID and he helped us with that with absolutely no issues. The day of the wedding he was an absolutely blast! We had so much fun with him and the music was awesome. We downsized our wedding to 57 guests and despite the small size he had us on the dance floor the whole night. Our guests absolutely loved him!

Our DJ Lou was a blast!!! He was great to work with and kept our intimate wedding celebration lively all the way to closing time! We really didn’t need to do much besides giving him some more insight on what we like and Lou made the best judgement calls on what songs to play! I highly recommend this DJ for a fun party!!

Would give more stars if we could!! Choosing SE Events was one of the best decisions we made in preparing for our wedding. Lou was an absolutely fantastic DJ who catered to every detail and desire we had for the celebration. This included his constant availability to discuss our questions and needs, a detailed planning process, and even mixing a personalized song for the bride/father-of-the-bride dance! Lou was very familiar with our venue and we felt completely comfortable as he directed the events of our wedding ceremony and reception.

The absolute BEST! We had Austin as our DJ! He is so AWESOME! He was super easy to work with, he had a great personality! Austin actually got into a car wreck a couple days before and was released from the hospital just to DJ our wedding!! Poor guy but he was so dedicated to us and wanted to make sure we had the best time! Austin said he was going back to the hospital. Spectrum was so easy! You have an online portal to create the playlist prior to your event and then you have a meeting with your DJ. Last minute we needed to add microphones and Austin added everything perfectly without hesitation! Highly Highly recommend!!!

I hired Spectrum Events for wedding uplighting. Lou, Richard, and team were super easy to work with and they were SO much better priced than their competitors for uplighting. I rented 16 uplights, and a Spectrum Events employee was in charge of changing them throughout the night. A week before the event, they called me to walk through my lighting plan which involved several color changes throughout the night. All were executed flawlessly, and I really appreciated that their team walked through the possibilities with me and even gave their professional opinion on colors that work best for weddings. Day-of, they worked in the background to make the event space look even more gorgeous than I thought possible. Highly highly recommend SE for their lighting options -- they are competitively priced, super responsive, and have tons of experience!

Jesse was awesome from start to finish! My daughter's wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020 and we had to reschedule for August. He made the process very smooth! He handled everything with finesse at the wedding! Great voice for a DJ as well! I had no complaints at all whatsoever. He made my daughter's day special as promised!

The crew from spectrum was amazing. Professional and organized, our ceremony went off without a hitch, and the reception was tons of fun. A special thanks for Levi, who got us or Zoom broadcast ceremony out to our guests who were unable to travel. The idea of a zoom wedding is new, but everyone made it work so well. Dana kept the dance floor moving and really took the time to understand what we wanted and executed perfectly, even when the power went out for the whole area; he moved his laptop out to the group that was dancing and kept it going for them. We worked with Lou as our account manager everything he promised came through and more. We had signed the contract in 2019 before the world changed and when it did, they worked with us to make everything right for the "new normal." So happy we went with Spectrum.

We went with SE for ceremony and reception music. We loved working with Jesse. His website was extremely user friendly, and he had some great suggestions for our song choices. I wanted our reception to be a mixture of piano bar style sing along songs and fun dance songs and Jesse nailed it. He was so good at reading the crowd and getting everyone to the dance floor. I highly recommend him!

DJ Lou is the best! The online portal makes planning your music selection for the whole day so easy and Lou helped us with any music choices we were unsure about. We gave him more control of what was played during the reception and he had people on the dance floor all night! I would highly recommend him and SE Events to anyone planning a wedding or needing a DJ.

We used Lou at Spectrum Entertainment after rescheduling and starting all over in planning our wedding due to Covid. Lou came as a preferred vendor to our venue and he was awesome. He was accommodating, professional and did a great job at keeping everyone on the dance floor! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a DJ who truly knows what he is doing!

DJ Lou was everything we could've dreamed of and more for our perfect wedding night! He made the party come to life and all our guests continuously have talked about the night of our wedding since and how amazing the entertainment/music/lights was. We thoroughly enjoyed working with SE Events for our September 2020 wedding. Lou was so helpful in our song choices and ensuring our reception would be a blast. DJ Diggs made sure that our guests were always having fun dancing and his song selections/mixes were amazing. I would definitely hire them again if I have another event in the future.

We never doubted our reception would be amazing once we choose our DJ. But we never could have predicted just how much John exceeded our expectations! He is incredible at what he does and kept us on the dance floor the entire night! You know it’s a great party when the bartenders and servers are dancing around the tables and the chef himself gets out on the dance floor! My wife and I absolutely loved our experience with DJ Lou Guzzo and SE Events. They are extremely professional and make planning your event super easy and fun. With COVID forcing us to change our plans, Lou was extremely understanding, flexible, and responsive. He helped create an amazing and memorable event despite everything going on in the world. They listen to what you want for your event and offer suggestions based on their decades of experience. Lou was even able to slow down our first dance song to make it more dance-able. We first heard of SE Events at the Atlanta Bridal Show at the Cobb Galleria Centre and were recommended by our wedding planner also, specifically John. My husband and I only knew the songs with wanted for our first dance, for dancing with our parents, and for the dance I did with our son – nothing else. We personally like country music but know this genre doesn’t always get everyone up and dancing, but we were told John was very good at reading the room and picking the appropriate music. When we filled out the survey requesting what songs we did/didn’t want played, our list wasn’t very long, and I was thankful we had been recommended to someone who was known for being able to pick music based on the energy of the party. I wasn’t sure how much dancing I would do or how many of our guests would be dancing, but once the party started everyone was up and dancing (we even added another hour onto the end of the night because we were ready for the dancing to stop). Thank you, John, for making our wedding a true party and letting us have a true celebration.

This is a no brainer. DJ Lou and SE Events made our reception. From the beginning stages, all the way to the send off, Lou was right there walking us through the process. He was easy to get in touch with for planning, their online portal makes the prep work easy, and the rehearsal was non stop fun. Throughout the night, not only providing entertainment, Lou made sure everything ran on time. He made sure guest were prepared with a drink for toasts, dismissed tables for dinner, got the bride and grooms attention when necessary, and kept the dance floor packed all night. We have had multiple guest reach out saying it was one of the best weddings they have attended and we know Lou was a major reason for that. I would highly recommend Lou and SE Events for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

DJ Austin and the string quartet I got through SE Events were both perfect! John was fantastic throughout the entire process. My reception was a blast and DJ Austin did a great job taking into account my requests and concerns as well as reading the crowd. All of my guests keep saying it was one of the most fun weddings they have ever been to! The String Quartet was also one of the biggest hits. I have played the violin since I was 8 years old and ever since my dream was to have live musicians play Canon as I walk down the aisle. I got to pick all of my own pre-ceremony and introduction music and I am thrilled I had the my dream wedding music.

DJ John came highly recommended by our wedding venue (Payne Corley House), and it's easy to see why! It was easy to get in touch with him, and he was always quick to respond, flexible, and happy to answer our questions. Once we got the hang of the online planners, we were able to build a playlist (more of a framework to give him an idea), provide ceremony details, and input wedding party details and song selections for the various reception highlights. On the day of our wedding, he arrived right on time. After our wedding, a number of our friends mentioned how they loved the music selection. John did an excellent job reading the crowd, and he even had a few extra Hindi/bhangra tracks up his sleeve to keep our multicultural party on the dance floor!

Lou Guzzo was the perfect DJ for my wedding! My wedding venue coordinator recommended Lou so highly, that he was the first vendor I booked after I secured my venue. Lou was a blast to work with from start to finish. We were really clueless about our wedding songs, and he was very helpful during our meeting. The software that Spectrum Entertainment uses is amazing in terms of suggesting popular songs and organizing songs for each aspect of your ceremony and reception. I also put a spot for song requests on my RSVP cards, and it was easy to add those to the software to be sure that everyone’s songs were played. Our guests loved Lou! Several people complimented how well he played to the crowd, and he was so entertaining! He’s quick witted, he has the best accent ever, and can truly get along with anyone (even people who’ve had quite a bit to drink – haha!). Picking a DJ is so important in determining the mood and energy level for your wedding, you can trust that Lou will make your day perfect!

We had the pleasure of meeting John Johnson at our first meeting in Norcross to discuss what we were looking for in a DJ for our intimate wedding reception. We were blown away by John's attention to detail-remembering our names and our wedding date just by our inquiry email. We knew we wanted SE to handle our wedding at first sight. So glad we did! The party didn't stop till we got kicked out and moved to the hotel after party. Thanks John! You made it fun!

We worked with DJ Lou for our wedding and he was fantastic! His online form was really helpful in encouraging us to think about what types of music we did and did not want at our reception, and we really appreciated him taking the time to walk through it all with us before the wedding! We also had a separate music provider for our cocktail hour, and Lou gave us a slight discount for using fewer hours than the typical "Elite package". During the wedding itself, the DJing was everything we could have hoped for. Lou got the crowd fired up at the beginning and kept the party going all night! He did a great job of mixing in a few slower songs to let the crowd catch their breath, and did a wonderful job moving between music genres. We could not have been happier with his services!

DJ Newland was amazing - our guests were raving about his song choices and DJ abilities. He read the crowd really well and kept us all out on the dance floor for hours! SE Events online system is very easy to use and you can communicate all your song needs right from your couch. They have great recommendations for music throughout the day and were very professional.

We hired SE Events to DJ our wedding and we simply could not be happier. Our DJ Jesse was engaged, energetic, accommodating for all of our needs and requests, totally on point with his selections for music to match the ideas we gave him, and we simply couldn't have had a better outcome. Jesse and his company provided audio for both our ceremony and reception, as well as up-lighting and monogrammed lighting for our head table that really set the mood. Jesse himself was very helpful and always available leading up to the wedding, helped out as we made adjustments during the event, and really had our vibe dialed in from minute one. I hired SE Events for our wedding and was NOT disappointed! John Johnson was our DJ, and he was amazing, energetic, outgoing, very friendly, and he communicated with us the entire wedding process and made the planning so simple. He even went out of his way to make sure all guests who were outside would come inside for certain dances/wedding moments. Best thing about SE Events was how ORGANIZED everything was. They have a website setup for you where you can choose your songs, songs that shouldn't be played, etc. The website is organized down to the names of the bridal party, and who is introduced first, and the first dance song, etc. If I could give SE Events more than 5 stars, I would. AMAZING!

They are AMAZING!!! My husband and I originally had picked another company who was horrible and with our wedding coming up a few weeks away we were so stressed and we're left without a DJ. Then we came in contact with Lou who literally saved our wedding! We are so grateful for Lou and Austin, they were there for us 100%. I'm so glad we went with SE Events. My wife and I decided to forego a wedding planner and SE Events stepped into that role as soon as the reception began. We worked with Jesse to get a timeline of everything we wanted, which was incredibly helpful, and then DJ John was our actual DJ. The entire experience was great and everyone had a great time. Our crowd ended up being a little older than we anticipated and DJ John really worked to get everyone out on the dance floor and having fun, which I can guarantee happened. I would recommend SE Events, Jesse and DJ John to anyone!

I met Lou at an open house event at my wedding venue and he was very kind and gave me all of the information I needed to make the decision to book with him. I was nervous about my guests dancing because they were mostly older/shy people. I didn't want to spend all that money for the set up just to have everyone bop their heads from their seats. Lou was very confident that he could get everyone out on the dance floor and he did just that! Even my husband (who I've actually never seen dance before) was dancing the majority of the night! He told me he'd do our first dance and the mother/son dance and that was it. Lou and Spectrum Entertainment fulfilled all of my entertainment wishes and made everything super easy from start to finish. Lou was the DJ for our wedding on July 6, 2019. We could not have asked for a better experience with Lou from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and phenomenal at what he does. He was detail-oriented, even giving us a quick basic dance lesson before our reception started when we asked. Lou collaborated with us heavily to craft an event music playlist that was personal to us yet played to the crowd. When we thought the dance floor was dwindling and our event attendance might slowly dwindle to nothing, Lou read the crowd and brought everyone back to the dance floor with an incredible energy we were completely astounded by. He truly made our wedding spectacular and we cannot recommend him enough to anyone. Thank you so much, Lou!

Choosing the right DJ was super important to keep the energy alive and keep the night moving along. Lou Guzzo at SE Events exceeded our expectations. He’s amazing!!!! He knows how to read a crowd and knew just what to play to keep everyone dancing, while still keeping to the types of songs we told him we did and didn’t want. Many of our wedding guests have told us how much fun the reception was and gave so many compliments to Lou. I highly recommend him!!

After going to other weddings and hearing DJs poorly mixing random-seeming songs, we were very careful in our selection of a DJ- and SE Events did not let us down! They sent us easy-to-fill-out forms to choose exactly the music that we wanted for our ceremony and reception, and they did a great job! Our event was a fusion wedding, so it involved both American and Indian music, and our DJ was up to the task of fusing those and playing the Indian music at the right points during the ceremony! He was a positive, fun DJ and our dance floor was always filled with people! SE Events also did our Photo Booth and our guests loved it! All in all, SE Events was an excellent vendor and DJ. I highly recommend them!

We hired SE Events for both our ceremony and reception music needs. Georgia Strings did a fabulous job with our classic yet fun ceremony music needs, they even added a song to their repertoire so we could have exactly what we wanted! DJ Lou Guzzo ran our reception, and it was AMAZING! Even two weeks after our wedding I still have people commenting on how great the music was, and how everything flowed so well mixing old classics with new top hits! I can't wait to have another party again so we can hire DJ Lou to keep the party moving and grooving! I highly recommend SE Events for your next event!

My husband and I just used Spectrum for our wedding, and it was a great experience! Jesse was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he really nice and easy to work with, but he read the room really well and knew exactly what to play to get people out on the dance floor! The music website and planning program was super easy to follow and Jesse was quick to answer any questions we had! Highly highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company! We met with our DJ, Matt, for nearly 3 hours to discuss every single detail about the music and schedule for my wedding, and he was so knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. Their online portal was invaluable in guiding me through what moments to choose songs for and song suggestions. We were so prepared after that meeting that I didn't worry AT ALL about things going smoothly, and that is huge for me because music was at the top of my 'oh my gosh this has to be perfect' list. Matt was so fun and so patient during the planning process, and he emcee'd the reception and cocktail hour perfectly. He made us all laugh and he was in tune with what the guests were experiencing and the music that they were responding to so we could keep the party going until the very end of the night. Out of all my vendors for my wedding, Spectrum Entertainment is the only one I don't have any "I wish this had gone better" moments. And I think that's pretty amazing.

I met Jesse at a bridal and show and I am so glad I did. He went above and beyond as my wedding DJ/lighting guru. He was AWESOME. I wanted a lot of specialty uplighting for my wedding and his company was able to provide that. It was awesome to be able to bundle the DJ and lighting services in one. Jesse was super quick to respond to emails and he was so enthusiastic about my wedding. It was awesome to have a vendor that was just as excited about my wedding as I was! Jesse set up a lighting trial with my venue so that I was able to see exactly how the lights would look before my wedding. His company also built custom brackets that fit into the rafters of my venue so that there wouldn’t be a bunch of big black poles all over the room. AMAZING! They really went above and beyond. Also, there online portal where I could create my wedding playlist and enter in the reception line was awesome. I think he may have been the only vendor that pronounced all the name correctly!! It was just the best. THANK YOU JESSE AND SE EVENTS!

We had Austin DJ our wedding this past Saturday! He did a fantastic job! He was very professional and easy going. Everything was perfect! The music was the perfect volume and he had every kid dancing on the floor until they passed out! He couldn’t have been a more perfect fit.

I hired SE Events for our DJ and Videographer after meeting Lou Guzzo at a Wedding Expo. He not only was super fun, but he also knew of our venue, which made me feel so comfortable with hiring him. They had an entire online planning form that made it so easy to provide information, as well as plan our day out and choose certain songs. We ended up getting DJ Pete, and I am so glad we did! He had also been to our venue and even took the time to talk to me on the phone a few days before the wedding just to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He confirmed everything and even got our rowdy wedding party in order before our big entrance. He took all of our requests and made sure the dance floor was the place to be that evening! Truly a wonderful DJ and company! James Dunn was our videographer from SE Events at our wedding, and even though he did not know the photographers beforehand, it was like they had all been working together for years! James even reached out to me a few days before to make sure he had everything he needed and that my fiancé and I were good to go. James was never pushy- he just went with the flow. He was super fun, nice, and professional throughout the entire day. I truly cannot wait to see our video, as I know it is going to be amazing!
