S.E. Needham Jewelers

Needham's is the best place to be jewelry, especially diamonds. All the wonderful things that they advertise are true. My (now) husband and I did compare the diamond we wanted to buy from them to those in the same price range at other jewelers and were shocked! The quality is much higher at Needham's for any price range! Service is spectacular.

Both my husband and myself purchased our rings from SE Needham's. My husband worked with Joseph Needham to design my ring. They were fantastic to work with in both of our experiences, and we truly love both of our rings.

we did have some communication problems with the person we worked with. Both my engagement ring & wedding band were custom--made with heirloom gold & diamonds. They both ended up beautiful, but I later found out weren't made exactly the way I had asked. Additionally, we had some trouble getting my wedding band on time, in spite of the fact that we were in there several times for the six weeks before my wedding. They were able to pull things off, & I got the band of my dreams. That being said, they were definitely the only place in Cache Valley I trusted doing a custom set. Long story short, beautiful, quality work, prices a little higher than other places, & make sure you are incredibly clear with your communication to them if you have anything even the slightest bit custom.

A great staff with consistent customer service & quality work, keeps this company in business!!I was very happy, from the moment I walked in to their store, until the transaction was completed. After looking at the rings they had in their cases, I decided I wanted to have my ring made. They said I could trade in the diamonds my mom had given me and use the gold in my grandma's ring to create mine. The turn around was fast for the wax mold & the finalization of the ring. The day I picked up my ring was just as awesome as I had anticipated. The ring is beautiful! Can't wait til I can get more jewelry from them!

S.E. Needham Jewelers have the best quality and service hands down. The staff are friendly and helpful and they KNOW their stuff! They worked with my husband in designing a ring to create my dream ring! They custom-made the ring and engraved the inside beautifully. Their rings are of amazing craftsmanship and quality and their diamonds are perfect. They have excellent service and warranties on their jewelry. They can be a little on the pricey side but absolutely worth it!

I highly recommend SE Needham. They have great customer service and were more than willing to work in any budget & style. My fiance was able to get the exact style of ring with a much bigger diamond than either of us thought we would be able to afford. I love going there & will make all of our jewelry purchases with them even though it's a 3 hour drive.
