My name is Drew Alan, and I’ve had the honor of coming alongside countless couples at this point, walking in their shadow on the Big Day while carefully chronicling the little moments that help tell the unique, powerful story of their love – all at a much lower rate than my competitors. But it wasn’t always this way. Before deciding to become my own boss by transitioning into weddings and corporate video, I started out working as a content creator in the business worlds of Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana – industries including entertainment, technology and nonprofit. My stylistic visual storytelling has earned millions of impressions and helped generate tens of millions in revenue. Perhaps the common thread between then and now is my passion for amplifying voices worth hearing and for capturing stories worth telling in an artful and eye-catching way. My corporate experience has translated well. After all, many of the rules of premium-quality visual storytelling never change. The key to making any quality wedding video is to find the beating heart at the center of a couple's story. We have collaborators, but the driving force behind Seabreezy is me: a wild-haired guy named Drew. That tangled, wind-blown surfer mop of mine, like the name of my company, may seem out of place in the most landlocked part of the country. But a lack of beaches has never held me back from my love of surfing and of spreading sunny vibes - even on the unbeachiest of days here in the Midwest. But my family lives here, and I love being near them. So I'm trapped, for the moment, between two loves. Many of us are at our happiest and kindest when we're on a sandy beach near the ocean. But I believe the "Easy-Breezy" style is less about a place and more about a state of mind & heart. Whatever your happy place is, be it swimming in the ocean, climbing a mountain, or spending a lively afternoon of competitive duck herding – Seabreezy was founded on the idea of emanating love to others by keeping those "happy places" close to our hearts. And where better place to embody heart than in the heartland? At least until I earn enough wedding money to go on my next surfin' safari roadtrip w friends!
