Absolutely horrible. We gave her a full payment for services which was required prior to our daughter's wedding. She then tried cancelling the engagement photo session due to multiple reasons, but with much force, we were able to get her to follow through. As per the photographer, our daughter was given a "shoot sheet" which outlined all photo groupings to be taken. She did not complete half of what was wanted and requested by the bride. Finally, we are now battling to retrieve all the photos she did manage to take, for she is refusing to give us all of them because we have stated our complaints with her publicly. Although the contract reads that we would have the photos within 30 days after the event, we are well past that with no luck in sight. And finally, we learned after the fact that she was sued due to this type of business practice she exhibits and was in doing so, changed her business name to Ericka Dawn Photography. Horrible .
