Bebe handled the day with professionalism and grace. She worked with the venue coordinator and their staff, she set up all my complicated handmade decor perfectly, and she made certain all the timelines were carefully considered and followed. Everything was set up beautifully, managed efficiently, and moved along without my having to think about it at all! It was a beautiful day, and I am very glad I had Bebe to ensure that it all went smoothly and that I actually got to enjoy it. Having a small wedding attendance of around 60, I thought there wouldn’t be much to setting up and running a wedding, but in reality, there are SO MANY MOVING PARTS that I would never have been able to handle on my own. Take my advice—get a wedding coordinator like Bebe who knows what they’re doing and can ensure that you never have to worry about what’s going on. We loved Bebe and were so thrilled to work with her!

Bebe went above and beyond for us. I did not expect a day of coordinator to become in involved 1 month out from the wedding. We had multiple meetings during this time, which showed that Bebe really wanted to understand all the details so that she was able to perfectly facilitate on the day of. On our wedding day, she was commanding yet kind, which is exactly what I wanted in a day of coordinator. She protected my peace and made me feel like I could truly trust her with the most important day in my life to date. I would recommend to everyone to hire a coordinator, particularly Bebe, if you want yourself and your family to be able to focus on enjoying the day, as opposed to worrying about timelines, because the day truly does go by so fast.
