Sean was so easy to work with and gave super helpful direction during the whole process. As a newly engaged couple this was our first experience getting our photos taken, we were pretty nervous and unsure of what to expect but within the first five minutes of meeting Sean all our fears of how to navigate photoshoot went away and we started having some fun! Coupled with his inviting and laid back vibe he has a unique eye for nature which he captured beautifully in all of our photos, we would definitely recommend him!

I highly recommend Sean for his amazing photographs! Not only are his pictures stunning and candid, but also, he was very professional and easy to work with. We were in communication before the wedding to go over details of the sessions and he answered any and all of our questions/concerns. For our destination wedding, he offered the day after the wedding to take our portraits as to not take away time from our wedding day, which we were so grateful for. He even arrived early and scouted the surrounding areas to then suggest where to take the day-after portraits. Sean was accommodating to our wants during and after the wedding and we felt very comfortable in front of the camera. We also had the pleasure of meeting his lovely girlfriend who was so helpful in assisting with the day-after session. From holding the bouquet to throwing the cathedral length veil for the iconic veil in the wind shot, she was the real MVP. Sean has an eye for photography and we were very happy with the outcome of our special day. Very laid back, professional, and awesome guy to have worked with!!

Sean could not have been more fantastic to work with. He was one of our first decisions that we made for wedding vendors and by far the easiest one! From the initial phone call to meeting in person, we knew he was the right choice. He's laid back and easy to get along with, has the right kind of sarcastic humor, and his photos are BEAUTIFUL. They completely captured the candid experience that we wanted, with a few classic portrait-style ones mixed in. We have received endless compliments on them from family and friends. He brought a second photographer to our wedding to shoot with who was just as fantastic to work with, and he got all of our edited photos to us much faster than we anticipated. Stop your searching and just HIRE him, it will be the best money you will spend on your wedding!

I worked with Sean to take photos of our proposal at Willamette Valley Vineyards. Sean was excellent at helping me to talk through my plan, and made sure to reach out to the staff at Willamette as well to scope out the best possible place for our photos. Sean helped to keep the event a surprise throughout and my fiancee was completely unaware of his presence. We completed a short photo shoot at the vineyards afterward where Sean helped us to immediately feel comfortable and at ease. After the proposal, Sean sent us some preview photos quickly after so we had some images to post online to announce our engagement...they were incredible!! We are SO happy with the photos and I absolutely recommend working with Sean--you will not regret it!

Sean is amazing! While my husband did most of the coordinating with him (which was a breeze), we both could not be happier with him and his photos. We loved meeting up with him before the wedding - it definitely put us at ease after having a chance to meet with him and just hang out. He is nice, kind and cares a lot of about the work he does. Our photos are beyond beautiful and we felt like we relived the entire day while looking through them. He was able to capture our personalities and those of our guests. I would highly recommend him and we hope we have an excuse to book him again!

My husband and I got married in the Columbia Gorge with family/friends coming in from all over the United States. After talking with Sean and looking at his portfolio, we decided to work with him specifically because of his eye for capturing pure, candid emotion and experience shooting beautiful outdoor venues. Needless to say, I'm thrilled that we went with Sean. From the moment we booked to the day-of, everything went so smoothly. The day-of he was casual yet professional, and dove right into the crowd. My *new husband* and I eloped and Sean did not only deliver INCREDIBLE photos quickly afterwards, but he served as our guide throughout the event. Since we do not live in Portland but had been to our chosen site once a few years before, Sean scoped it out beforehand and found beautiful spots where we could hold the ceremony and celebrate afterwards. He took SO MANY photos to capture every little moment and he paid special attention to our pup, which of course we appreciated. As a one-man show (not to say his assistant wasn't amazing as well), I was really impressed with the character and quality of the photos we received at the end. Also - his "chill" demeanor really put us at ease since this was our first time being photographed, and that makes a huge difference; you can see it in our photos. :)

Wow! I can't express into words how amazing Sean is- as a person & as a photographer. My family, fiancé, friends, and I can't stop looking at our engagement pictures. They are beyond my wildest dreams. Sean took so much time with us making sure he took every "photo-fantasy" I had. All around amazing experience + outstanding price.

Sean is so awesome to work with! We had an intimate, less-than-traditional destination wedding in Savannah, GA and did all of our planning long distance. We wanted our photographer to be fun and low key, someone we actually wanted to hang out with all day, and when I saw the breathtaking photos on Sean's website I knew he had the style and artistic vision we were looking for. Not only did we get amazing photos of our wedding, we had a lot of fun exploring Savannah in the process. And yes, there was a high five after our walk back down aisle. I can't imagine having had anyone else there to capture our wedding day. Highest recommendations.

Thanks to Sean, we captured all the seasons in one day! Sean is down to earth, easy-going and adventurous. We flew into Portland from Houston and he took us to some really beautiful spots that was just breathtaking. Sean has great "eye," a creative mind, and he sure does know how to capture the moment. I can't even begin to describe what a wonderful photographer Sean is and how much fun we had shooting with him! He did both our engagement and wedding photos and they are incredible. He's got a gift with finding the right composition, developing a story with his photos, nailing a certain mood in that moment and all while being great company. How do I give Sean more than 5 stars??? Sean is absolutely amazing and extremely talented!!! And in my husband’s words, “Sean’s the man!” I found Sean on Instagram and was completely blown away with his pictures. I instantly had to message him to see how much these million dollar pictures were going to cost and I was ecstatic to hear he was extremely affordable and responsive! Sean did both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. When I was telling him about my vision for the engagement pictures he was just as excited as I was!! (His emoji game may have sealed the deal) Sean went above and beyond to make my vision a reality. He even suggested we do two different sessions to get exactly what I wanted, which was both beach and forest. He got our pictures back to us quickly and I loved them all so much, I did a variety of save the dates. The amount of compliments I received on the engagement pictures has been endless!! They are so beautiful!! (red dress woods and beach, if you want to check for yourself)! Every amazing moment of our wedding day was captured with Sean there and his attention to detail shows in our pictures! Our wedding pictures are just as amazing our engagement pictures! Sean was such a pleasure to work with! He has such a down to earth personality and makes you feel comfortable! He fit in perfectly with our crowd and everyone loved him! I promise you, Sean will not disappoint! I can’t wait to hire him for future photoshoots!

Sean was my first choice wedding photographer and I could not be happier with our shots! He was organized, timely, and laid back, which was invaluable with all of the stress associated with wedding planning! On the day of our wedding Sean had a great rapport with our guests, videographer, bridal party, and of course, the groom and I. AMAZING. Sean is an incredibly hardworking, professional, and detail oriented individual and probably the best in the gig! After extensively researching many photographers & locations, we flew in from Florida to hire him for an exhaustive (& EPIC!) two day engagement photo shoot at three of the Washington's most photographic locations: Diablo Lake, Rattlesnake Ledge, & Snoqualmie Falls. He went above and beyond on our photo shoot in every way & his commitment to excellence was demonstrated in both his work & character. Due to plain jane bad luck, we had severe & unexpected wildfires/smoke during the shoot which threw a wrench in our original plans & made shooting more tricky for him, but like a pro Sean still managed to rock it. The photos came out stunning, and are truly a piece of art. He is open to ideas and mindful of your desires because he really wants to make sure you are happy and get what you want. And I do not say this lightly, since I was very particular about color tone, background, and feel. He replied timely to all conversations, answers all of our questions/concerns, & sent us a contract outlining details. His communication speed is seriously among the best in any business. I really learned the caliber of professional Sean was when I accidentally sent him 10x the deposit (5x the total cost of the shoot itself!), and he contacted Venmo that same night to have the issue corrected. Before our scheduled time, Sean had researched each of the areas to locate photographic points and how to best access them. He also provided his advice regarding lighting/suggested shooting times, angles, filter, etc. to achieve the look we wanted. During the shooting, he was very laid back, yet directed us enough to help us look our best, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He also consulted us for our preference, and shot many different angles so we would have ample choices. All in all, we are in love with our photos and had a great time with him. His talent speaks plainly through his work. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Sean did such an amazing job. He was able to perfectly capture the feeling of our venue, wedding party, and reception. He also wasn't shy about incorporating the wedding venues Cat into our shots. My husband and I couldn't be happier.

Sean was a pro, no-hassle photographer who exceeded all of our needs and expectations. Basically all of our pictures were an A+. From first contact to delivery, Sean made it super easy to communicate with—all for a fair price. His photography is up there with most commercial photographers—clean, crisp, and amazing colors! If you want to look back at your photos and say, "wow, these photos really captured the magic of that day" then Sean's your man. He got some really unique shots. He is so laid back yet extremely professional and easy to work with. We didn't do a wedding video, so we put all of our trust in Sean to get amazing shots. He didn't disappoint! I couldn't have dreamt of better photos or a better guy to share in our celebration. Also, he did my bridal portraits and they are phenomenal. It was important to me to have some shots in my wedding dress with my first love...my dog. Sean was great working with my old dog. The pictures look straight out of a magazine. Six stars.

Sean was by far our easiest and best decision for our wedding day! We saw his work online and knew immediately that we had to see if he was available. On the day of the wedding, we were worried that the downpour would severely affect our photos, but his vision and creativity actually resulted in photos so much better than we could have even hoped for! We were speechless. Our only wish was that we had the chance to share more Labatt and Genny with Sean at the reception. We will forever have amazing memories of the day thanks to him and his work. Sean was the perfect photographer for us! He is super chill and a great energy to have around on your wedding day! I could not have been more happy with all 900+ photos he sent me ... I had my wedding photos less than a month later! He even came to our house and shot some engagement pics for free. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Sean and working with him. I can't say enough about how great is energy and vibe is. He perfectly captured all of the love on our wedding day so for that I am SOOOOO grateful. He is a 10 out of 10.

Sean was an amazing photographer. He went over and above what he was asked to do along with producing beautiful shots. One of the best things is that he gave us all of our pictures that he shot...we didn't have to select a few that we liked. He is a great guy, super flexible and works very hard!
