I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mountain, Denver, Colorado wedding photographer. Emmy, Brittany, and Kim were all a joy to work with, proactive in their communication, and took time to get to know us as a couple. A great wedding photographer was number one on my list and Searching for the Light Photography did not disappoint. We'll be enjoying these photos for years to come!

Emmy is literally everything I could've ever asked for in a wedding photographer and more. Her photography style was exactly what I wanted, and I love looking through our pictures. She shot both our engagement photos and our wedding photos, and...
we were absolutely thrilled on both sets. We get complements all the time on both sets of pictures. She did such a beautiful job of telling the story of our wedding day. She is a self-proclaimed "whimsical teller of adventurous and and authentic love stories", and I could not find a better way to describe her. She truly told the tale of our day and our love in pictures, and she couldn't have done a better job. She was so sweet and made both me and my husband feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. This was especially important to my husband because he had been in the wedding parties at several friends' weddings and was extremely uncomfortable taking those pictures. He isn't a huge fan of being in front of the camera, but Emmy put him and me completely at ease. She is such a quiet, calming, happy presence and is a joy to have at your wedding. I will treasure my wedding day photos forever.
