udget. They were very responsive to our e-mails and calls, and worked with us to customize the experience for the size of our guest list (about 150 people). The ceremony took place on the 10th tee of the golf course overlooking the fairway with the ocean in the distance, with a cocktail hour on the putting green right behind the tee (which was very convenient). It made for a spectacular setting for our nuptials. The reception area was a good size and easily accommodated our 150 guests. Seascape made it very easy to decorate the reception area in any way that we chose, and worked with us from early on to find vendors (DJs, decorators, etc.) to make the reception run smoothly. We actually went with a DJ that Seascape recommended, and we could not have been happier with him - we got so many compliments on the music from our guests after the reception. On top of that, the food was delicious, and bar service was friendly and fast. Seascape let us do a "stations" sort of approach for the food (where we staggered each table to get food, so the lines wouldn't be too long), including a pasta station which was a HUGE hit. Seascape Golf Club is also conveniently located about 1 mile from Seascape Resort, which made for a fantastic and luxurious stay for our guests, and was able to accommodate almost all of them (though some of our guests preferred to stay at the Best Western Seacliff Inn, which was also about 1 mile from Seascape Golf Club). All in all, the people at Seascape really made the difference - they were friendly, responsive, helpful, and really helped us shape the ceremony and reception to match what my wife and I had pictured from the get-go. If you're looking for a convenient, beautiful, reasonably-priced venue, I would definitely recommend Seascape Golf Club.

munication error at the end night the staff collected our rentals they thought were theirs, but I was able to get them back the next day. Also they are unable to give you a to-go food box they will not allow any food to leave the facility. They are not the cheapest venue but you will get what you pay for, professional service. I would recommend this venue to any bride. Its the complete package, it offers a ceremony site outside, with the banquet room right inside. They are very interested in doing what you want to make you happy. Email them with your questions they are very good about answering all your questions and concerns even before you book there. Take a tour and check it out, you will not be disappointed. Wish I could go back and do it again, it was an amazing day!

ike this venue is a great value compared to others that we looked at. And they were awesome about letting us customize the package we wanted, we didn't have to just go with exactly what was listed, and they were great working with our budget. I also liked the fact that all the basic things are included so I didn't have to use a lot of outside vendors. We did rent some special overlays for the tables and vases for the flowers, but we got everything else (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, candles, etc) included with the club. It also includes set up and break down which is one less thing to worry about! We were VERY happy with the food, I highly recommend the pasta station, it was a huge hit. The rest of the food was fairly simple: meat carving, chicken, mashed potatoes, rice, salad.... But it was all great and we got great feedback from our guests. I would definitely recommend this venue to a friend. It's not super high end or fancy, but you can bring in lots of extra decorations to dress the place up if needed. We didn't want to spend money in those areas so we kept the room pretty much as-is, but I thought it was lovely and I wouldn't change a thing! Also, I have to say that Monica Matthews is amazing! She was the on-site coordinator and she is great to work with and really experienced! She made the day flawless!

menu. One of the big perks that we received for booking our even was the help in scheduling the timeline for the reception. Everything went off without a hitch and we have Monica and Maritza to thank for that. Our guests liked the location and thought the venue itself was very nice, we have not heard a single complaint. We would definitely recommend Seascape Golf Club to anyone for any event they are looking to host.

There's a menu list/budget for everyone! It was definitely a memorable day for my husband and I and were thankful we had a great venue to share our wedding in!

It was warm and sunny with a slight breeze that you get from the nearby ocean so the guests were all very comfortable without melting in the sun during an outdoor wedding. The ceremony took place on the golf course and it had a gorgeous view. There were no golfers nearby as they were extremely courteous. The reception is in the Monarch banquet room just a few steps away from the ceremony site and was extremely spacious and elegant. You don't even need chair covers because they have very nice looking chairs! STAFF: All of the staff that I encountered was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. They clearly are used to hosting weddings and therefore know exactly what they are doing. Do not underestimate the value of that alone. The staff would assist the guests with finding a seat at the ceremony, take the gifts to the reception room so as to cut down on roaming guests, and worked with the vendors to help ensure everything ran smoothly. COORDINATOR: This venue includes a day-of coordinator; an extremely valuable throw-in! Their current coordinator is Marjorie Miller and she is fantastic. She seems to genuinely care that your wedding goes off without a hitch. She took charge and made sure everything happened the way it was supposed to happen at exactly the time it was supposed to happen. FOOD: This venue allows you to use outside vendors except for the food. They provide the food. I ordered the food off a menu without doing a tasting. So many of the guests commented on how delicious the dinner was! Compared to other places that I was considering, they also offered a wider menu selection and gave us more dinner options included in our package. Many places only offered you a limited menu and let you choose only one or two dinner options for your guests. This venue allows you three dinner choices plus a vegetarian option and a kids' meal option; so that's actually 5 choices! PRICE: This place was much more reasonably priced compared to other inclusive wedding sites. They provided a ceremony and reception location, dinner, and a coordinator. Their dinner prices were less than half price of the equivalent meals at a venue only minutes away from there! OVERALL: This venue was a complete package; great service, great product, great price!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in the area. So many guests had nothing but compliments regarding the location, staff and food. They also were very impressed with how effectively and politely they kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. I also included the optional "cocktail hour on the green". That was definitely worth the extra money as the guests loved it and it helped with the transition/down time between the ceremony and reception while the wedding party took pictures. I could not be any happier with this venue!

If I had to do it all over again, I would most definitely have my wedding here!!!!

heaper overall. We loved how it looked, but their were some details that they did not cover. First we had a guest list of 150 and for the ceremony they only set out 115, so we had quite a few guests standing during the ceremony. Then, for our pictures, they told us that they would have some chairs out for our grandparents to sit on, but they put them all away, and by the time we asked them for some, they had already been moved off to the storage area. Finally, we had assigned seating and the table names were mixed up on one side of the hall. The food was very good, the service of the food staff were sweet, and the hall looked beautiful with the linens and flowers. So if you book this place, be sure that you have somone in charge of double checking the details for the guests.
