Katie was an amazing planner and coordinator! I had calls with 3 planners prior to speaking with Katie, and all left me feeling a bit like just another client. On our initial call, Katie sounded genuinely enthusiastic and excited about my wedding ideas and I was impressed with the other reviews/photos from her previous weddings! Throughout the planning process, throughout the months prior to the wedding, she was always available for calls, advice, and to keep the whole planning process on track. She would even reach out to potential vendors if I had trouble getting in touch with them. Since we had a backyard wedding, there was a lot of moving parts - we had to rent a tent, tables, chairs, etc. and Katie helped me to make sure we didn't miss a single detail! We went over plans in detail multiple times before the big day, and as it got closer to the wedding, she reached out to confirm all details with all of our vendors. She's so sweet, and went above and beyond for our wedding. She even went to the store to grab flowers and assembled a toss bouquet the morning of the wedding since my bouquet was too large to throw at people. The decor was laid out exactly how we planned, we were exactly on-time during the wedding day (she made a wedding day schedule down to ~15 minute marks!). Not only was she a great wedding planner, but she made me as the bride feel calm and less overwhelmed on the wedding day, constantly checking in on me and congratulating us even the next day! Couldn't recommend Katie more.

Saying Katie was amazing is putting it lightly! She was so organized, coordinated with our vendors wonderfully, and did not leave out or compromise anything that we wanted. She was there to solve problems without a hitch in the day. Highly recommend the one month coordination for any bride who wants to just enjoy the process and have a weight taken off of her shoulders!

Katie was phenomenal. I gave her 27 days to help me plan my wedding. I had been planning my wedding for 7 months and just 27 days before it was supposed to happen I was officially done with my venue. They had been rude and making my wedding planning experience a nightmare. My husband and I decided to start from scratch. We knew we were absolutely crazy for it but we wanted our dream wedding. We decided to get a coordinator so we can have all the help we needed. Katie was the only coordinator who responded so quickly and with such grace. She realized what we had been through and made it her priority to make the next 27 days a breeze for us and make sure we had NOTHING to worry about. Her attention to detail was absolutely amazing. She decorated the venue EXACTLY how I envisioned it. I couldn’t believe that the night came and went exactly how we dreamed and Katie had a huge part to play in that. If you’re needing a coordinator, Katie is the way to go!!

Katie is an angel on earth! After our original wedding plans were disrupted by Hurricanes Helene/Milton, Katie swooped in with 4 weeks to go and helped us rebook an entirely new venue and vendors. She was incredibly organized, calm, and positive throughout the planning. On the day of, she was so kind and encouraging, and she thoughtfully anticipated the nuances of everything that needed to happen for the day to go smoothly. I can't recommend Katie enough!

I am very grateful for all of the help and advice I received from my coordinators Katie and Alex! Alex was with me on my wedding day and transformed my vision to life and made everything look better than I could have imagined! All weekend guests were coming up to me telling me how beautiful everything was! Alex was professional and prepared to deal with any last minute requests or changes from me, was able to help with my bustle, and kept me calm and reassured throughout the night. They really helped make sure that everything was perfect from start to finish!

Katie was absolutely incredible and showed the upmost professionalism when planning my wedding. She helped me easily find all of my vendors and kept in close contact with them. She thought of every little detail and took all my stress/worries away. My wedding day would not have been what it was with her! Highly recommend!!!

As a photographer, working with Katie was a dream. She was prepared and served our couple so well. She allowed me to approach the wedding with my unique style and helped the day flow so I could focus on capturing moments for the bride and groom.
