The food was absolutely incredible. The cocktail hour set up was as beautiful as it was delicious, with rave reviews coming in for the steak skewers and asparagus risotto balls. The best part for me was offering our guests something different from the traditional wedding fare. All the skeptics were blown away by the flavor and quality of the food. I will work with them again in a heartbeat!

We had salads, sliders and those wonderful tater tots. We also had the passed desserts. They cut the cake for us and passed it to the women in their seats. I had so many guests say how great the food was! I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

fun and unpretentious and the servers, Ant and Rosa are a pleasure to work with. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, I was very happy with my lobster roll and clam chowder and the pretzel themed cocktail hour went really well with our beer garden venue. Book them!

of working with Seaside Sliders can not be beat. I recommend Seaside Sliders 110%. We even decided to do the ice cream bar last minute and the wonderful staff put together a beautiful set up with to die for ice cream selections. We had Anthony and his staff set up inside our venue and they did a fantastic job, everything looked so professional.

ere budget friendly, and they were able to adapt to any request we made, and even added things to the menu last minute that we had requested which we thought would be a long shot. They even set aside time for us to do a tasting (which our wedding venue where we were set to pay 10x for didn't provide). Also, I am celiac, so I had many gluten free requests, which Anthony was able to make happen. I even noted that I really loved fried oysters, and although his original recipe was not gluten free, he was able to concoct a recipe that was among the best fried oysters I have had. Easily some of the best gluten free food (even outside of the oysters) that I've had (lobster rolls, chicken skewers, burgers, all of it!) At one point we had a guest that had to leave before the main course was served, Anthony was able to quickly build up a box to go, a good amount of time before dinner was ready. Really showing how attentive and accommodating they were. Most importantly, every single guest raved about how delicious the food was (from apps through dessert). All 40 people appreciated having a non-traditional wedding set up with food as they were able to pick and choose things they really liked. Anthony and team were also to able to match on the style we were trying to go for. They had some things that were passed, while others were more buffet style (with shields up & served by staff for covid). Most notably the meat/cheese platter was epic. Lastly, with all the delicious food (which I naturally didn't eat as much as I would have liked to because it was our wedding), the team packed up the leftovers for us to enjoy with our guest at brunch the next day. As this is the longest review I've ever written, should be substantial enough proof that we highly highly recommend Anthony & Seaside Sliders.

did an exceptional job catering for us on Saturday. My guests were beyond impressed. Many people asked me for their contact information and I truly hope they use them for their events. The food was amazing and the staff working were sooooo kind and constantly asked if there was anything they can set aside for me. Anthony and Rosa made us a plate because they knew we were so busy with our guests. The caramel apple waffle sundae bar was to die for.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND. All of the food was everything I hoped for and people are still talking about it. I can’t thank Seaside Sliders enough for caring so much about us and our guests on our special day. I am looking forward to working with them in the future. ❤️

We and our guests absolutely loved every food item they served (especially the desserts) and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious, unique food option with an unbelievably helpful group of people! We can't speak highly enough of Anthony, Rosa and the entire Seaside Sliders team. They were always very responsive when we needed to reach out to them and they helped our wedding be truly perfect.

had a 250 person wedding. I was worried that it was to many for one truck but Anthony and his team were flawless. Every person at the wedding raves about the food. Obviously, I mean Rosa is at home cooking it herself. You can’t ask for more in a food truck and in a couple that runs it. Perhaps the most amazing part of this experience is when my dessert donut truck decided he wasn’t going to show up. It 8:00, Anthony looks at me and says Jori let me handle this. He sends his crew out to get an array of desserts, they cut them up, put them on display and made it look absolute effortless. When I send my thank you cards put I’m putting Seaside Sliders link on Facebook because I want every person at my wedding to pass their name to every human being they know. Rosa and Anthony, you’re amazing people and Rick and I can’t thank you enough for making our night so perfect. Good luck with your sweet baby girl!!!!!

e the first and only caterer we met with face to face during our wedding planning process. Our first meeting we just felt like they were going to give us exactly what we wanted and we were right! I was very happy with all aspects, but especially communication was great, really big selection of food options and everything tastes very fresh and handmade!

to make my sundae as they were almost wrapping up... They did a beautiful set-up in our tent, brought their own table too which was very helpful! Highly recommend! -Jen and Anthony
