the start was fantastic. We spent an hour on the phone discussing our ideal menu and they customized a special menu just for us, the food tasting experience was incredible, and the wedding day of was great. Multiple people at the wedding mentioned how much they enjoyed the food. The only feedback I'd give is to make sure to order enough food. We did family style, and that is always difficult to predict how much food, but would recommend erring on the side of more than not enough.

t follow through on. We had problems with under cooked appetizers, not enough food, or lack of staff so guests were chasing them around. They even left out an appetizer, but still charged us for it. They were responsible for serving alcohol. Since we were at a winery we were paying by consumption. I came home with 10 open but full bottles of Chardonnay, which inflated our bill to the winery. And even though they were full bottles, they were opened so we had to throw them away since we were going on a honeymoon for two weeks. The food was decent, but not as good as at the tasting. The chef had such an ego it was horrible. She had no desire to work with what I wanted the day to be. She was just a source of frustration and contention. The wait staff and bartenders on the other hand were friendly and fun. It made up for the botched orders and under cooked chewy lamb.
